I rarely rate 5 star, so no offense! I have been seeing this place and was really interested in getting my nails done here. Well, coming up will be my 3rd time, so I can say, the 3rd time will be a charm too. The first experience was great and loved the Apres nails. 2nd time same, Apres nails and loved the outcome, however, I did notice they should tidy up a bit. I don't like putting my hands in what feels like, looks like and is filthy. I had to also wipe down my own chair that had so much hair, as if someone just shed the whole time they were their. Which tells me, your not cleaning your station when a patron leaves?! All I'm saying is please keep up the cleanliness and sanitizing. I would highly recommend cleaning your UV light hand thingies, like really, we pay (and tip) too much for a service to feel uncomfortable! Overall, I like the serene relaxed feeling, and if I become comfortable enough, I'm interested in several other services offered, but I don't really see other Spa services being discussed, other than, nails and pedicures. read more

This was my first time coming to this nail salon, I just moved to the area so I've been looking for a new place that I can go regularly. Everyone was very nice. My nails came out exactly how I like them and I'm really happy with the service. I got dip nails done that cost about $55 which is a pretty normal price considering she also cleaned up my cuticles which a lot of places don't do anymore when it comes to getting dip or acrylic. I'm very particular about my nails and I'm for sure going to come back and get a pedicure as well. I think I've finally found my new salon! read more

I received a french dip. The service was extremely slow & and the young lady spent a lot of time on her phone but she did a decent job. I found the shop on Yelp and noticed the high reviews for dip and the $50 price (the maximum I've been charged) is what I have become accustomed to post COVID. When I went to pay I was charged $65 and inquired why the price was not $50 as noted on the website. I was told that there is a $15 surcharge for French dip. Huh. It is done practically the same as a regular dip. I have been to SEVERAL nail shops in and out of Texas and have NEVER been charged more for a "french DIP". Are you kidding me? Have you checked your local competition ? I left the shop with ashy, and rough hands. I wasn't offered lotion, oil, spit, vasoline, a warm towel, nothing to warrant a penny over $50. Pros: The decor of this place is beautiful! They were also accommodating to stay open late and take us. The staff was also nice, so that's why I gave it three stars. Cons: I've become accustomed to salons offering me a drink, perhaps even an alcoholic beverage. Here weren't even offered water. The nail techs spoke in Vietnamese with each other and laughed the entire time we were getting our nails done. One even took off her mask to keep talking. I feel like them laughing and talking the entire time really took away from me being able to relax. I unfortunately couldn't wait to get out of there because the service didn't seem to be the focus of the experience. Additionally, the tools they used were in bags so they seemed sanitized but the arm rests and UV light looked dirty and were covered in all kinds of spots of different polish. Ultimately the actual nail service provided was okay. Not great, but not terrible. I stumbled across Nature Lounge here on yelp and decided to give it a try! Here are so bullet points on my full run down! -extremely friendly staff - attention to detail!!! - a fresh and modern environment! - above and beyond service! - regarding any negative reviews, this salon has about 5 employees and have only been open 3 months! They're service is amazing if you ask me! Nature lounge is my new holy grail, go to nail salon! I had the pleasure of meeting Vi, the manager! She was actually my nail technician! (Managers carrying some of the work load, we love that!) The staff also spoke mostly English with each other which I know can man a lot of people feel more at ease (less self conscience that they're being talked about!) Anytime the staff spoke another language, Vi was quick to tell me what they were talking about so I didn't get worried it was about me! I feel like this point can come off very self serving and shallow, so I almost left it out but I know some clients do get paranoid about these things! I went in 30 minutes before close (oops) but was treated with such kindness and positivity! The environment was so fresh, and not something like you would regularly see- as opposed to the basic warm colors, low lighting, and gaudy details! I loved how minimalist and bright it was! I was so comfortable talking to Vi that actually felt like I could request a different nail color! This is not something I feel comfortable asking for at other salons and the techs usually hate being inconvenienced! My manicure did not include a bowl soak or anything like that, which is totally fine by me because I feel like that step is unwanted fluff personally! Vi gave my nails so much love and attention, she worked on them for close to an hour and 10 minutes (40 minutes after close!) at no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing them (even though I totally was) which was really nice! They also had tons of designs presented on the color swatches! Seeing this gave me the confidence to request an accent nail which I NEVER do as I never trust the skill of the tech! But Vi blew it out of the water!! My nails are so cute and I can't wait to come back!! I plan on getting a facial in the future, when that happens I will add to my review! So confusing why have your business hours state something different. Not including the front desk receptionist being stuck up. Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done for prom and saw that this place had a promotional BOGO free. We placed appt beforehand on their website and it was really easy to navigate and schedule. When we got there, we were immediately helped and able to sit down. We both got dip nails and pedi #2. I had Tracy and she was amazing with my nails! She would ask during the whole process whether I like my nails or if it was ok and that really reassured me that my nails would look great!! My friend had Vi and her nails were ok. She was disappointed that Vi went off to her next appt during the last part with the top coat and the second lady had smudged her pinky. It also felt like her whole spa experience was rushed through. Today was my first time to try out Nature Lounge, and they did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in the door, my appointment was confirmed, and I was asked to wash my hands and sit down in a chair. Vi was the manicurist who did my nails. She was so nice, and you could tell she is a perfectionist because she did not stop until each nail was perfect. The part that set this place apart was the fact that prior to adding extension to my nails, my natural nails and cuticles were cared for. I also got my eyebrows done and I was so happy to see that Vi didn't try to wax them overly thin. She clean them up and followed my natural shape. Everyone in the salon was so nice and friendly. This is my favorite nail salon I have ever been to! I have been going to Nature Lounge for almost a year now. The first time I went, my best friend and I immediately fell in love with not only the atmosphere of the whole place, but also everyone who works there is so nice and always takes care of us. They have gotten pretty popular since we first started going, so we don't go as often anymore, but we absolutely love when we do get a chance to go. The most genuine thing about her is that she check with me on ensuring that her treatment didn't hurt me and most of all she ask me if I wanted something to drink at the beginning. Either they cut me or bugged me so much about trying a different color than what I wanted that I gave in and hated it. Or left paint on my skin, and just a plain bad paint job. Pros-- The nails are on point! 5 stars for the nails. If you want unique designs and great customer service then this your place. They are all very good and skilled technicians. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye with modern chairs, tools, techniques. It's appointment based so it's nice to have someone dedicated to you. Cons- which makes me give the 4 rating....the pedicures are NOT worth the price. Average price in Mansfield is $45, with hot neck wrap, massage chair, etc. Here the "2nd tier" pedicure averages $55, and the "3rd tier" being $75. There is barely any difference between the 2nd and 3rd (a mask and hot towels). Unnecessary price gouging. The chairs aren't comfortable for a pedicure- they are modern home chairs. Aesthetically pleasing but not practical. You can't tilt the chair back, no massage, feels like it sitting in a living room upright chair. A bit stone-aged for me especially for the price. Get your pedi somewhere else- it's not that great. The best part was that the tech is very nice. Booking system isn't intuitive. I love that they have one but selecting technicians and availability is not easy- you have to select each tech to see their availability rather than a quick drop down or listing the availability. No way to select you want your pedi and mani at the same time. Be careful to make sure they do the service you picked online or you'll get charged the higher rate (happened to me). First time unknowingly I didn't know the difference . They don't show to a menu to confirm your pedi selection or ask to confirm. When you get to the counter is when you find out and it's too late. About the manicure... the "complexity" of the design will SIGNIFICANTLY change the price from a $65+ Apres nail for 10 nail design to $85 because they say it's complicated. They don't define what is complicated on their site or tell you from the picture. Definitely subjectively. Just watch/ask for the price so you don't have sticker shock. I'll only be returning for the nails. read more

I came with my Maids of Honor to get our nails done and each nail tech was so detailed and took their time with each of us and didn't rush our nails one bit!
