My usual…read moretechnician back home does very detailed designs, so when I called to book, I specifically asked for someone experienced with nail art. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they had no idea who I even was. I showed the technician the design I wanted and asked if she could do it. I made it clear that I was completely open to choosing something simpler if it wasn't within her skill set. Instead of answering the question, she repeatedly responded with "it's up to you" and showed visible attitude when I tried to clarify. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the design I showed. The nail shapes were uneven and the acrylic application looked misshapen. I did not even get cuticle oil at the end. I was charged $75 for an acrylic fill. I still tipped generously but the overall experience and quality did not meet expectations.
