When I arrived I had a couple of coats of polish on my nails and they asked me to put my hands into a bowl of acetone and they'd be right back. I waited 20 minutes with my nails soaking in acetone before she came back. I was very concerned as I'd never been told to leave my real nails in acetone that long. I did as I was told and after 20 minutes she came back and painted my nails. The polish looked pretty but the very same day it started to peel off like the kind of polish children use. It all just peeled right off. I kept thinking it was because my nail bed had absorbed so much acetone that the polish literally wouldn't stick. The very next day half of the polish peeled off on its own. The lifting and peeling polish was getting stuck in my hair when I'd run my hands through my hair and just come right off. It's been a week and my nails are just getting worse each day. I am uploading photos to show the damage to my nails which was caused by soaking my nails in strong acetone for 20 minutes. I want them to know that I'm disappointed because I paid $25 plus tip for polish that wouldn't stay on my nails for even 1 day - due to my nail bed soaking up the acetone. Also; my entire nail is disintegrating on each finger due to the harsh acetone stripping my nails of keratin. See image please. I just want them to know, so it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. +1 Stars: for the beautiful paint job. -4 Stars: to damage & polish peeling off on first day. When I arrived 15 minutes later, they had no idea who I even was. I showed the technician the design I wanted and asked if she could do it. I made it clear that I was completely open to choosing something simpler if it wasn't within her skill set. Instead of answering the question, she repeatedly responded with "it's up to you" and showed visible attitude when I tried to clarify. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the design I showed. The nail shapes were uneven and the acrylic application looked misshapen. I did not even get cuticle oil at the end. I was charged $75 for an acrylic fill. I still tipped generously but the overall experience and quality did not meet expectations.

When I pointed it out to her, she refused to fix it! So upset! Didn't even offer a discount for their terrible work
