Staff was very friendly and attentive. The salon itself is very open, and very well organized as far as desks go. Very pretty decor, and they had Sza playing the whole time which is 1000% my vibe. Wanted tortoiseshell and green nails for my upcoming 30th birthday next week, and am always nervous asking for designs/styles. There were two staff on site--one working with another client and the manicurist who did my nails. The space was clean and calm, and the staff were courteous and professional. I had both a manicure and pedicure done with regular polish. Everything turned out well, and the pricing was clear and reasonable. I'll definitely return.

This past weekend, I went to AT Deluxe with my friend for a UV gel manicure and a pedicure. Immediately, they offered to complete both services at once, which was so nice. The pedicures were standard, and very nice results, but expensive. However, both of our manicures are not nice. Both applications are incredibly thick, and chipping after one day. I am going to a new nail salon tomorrow to get these removed because of how thick they are. I really enjoyed my first experiences, but I will not be returning. At $145 each before tip for our services, I would expect a higher quality.

She didn't even soak my old nails off that I came in with she ripped them off using another nail. There are some places where you have to wait regardless so it was great that they honored your appointment time. They have a great array of colors that we chose from and our manicurists were super diligent in their job. She reviewed the place, expressed her feelings, and someone at this business had the audacity to reply to her review saying "we don't know why you're doing this." Take some accountability and acknowledge that you had an unhappy guest instead of blaming them. Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Might be playing with fire here since they have a record of being nasty to their customers who review them poorly. In addition to the above mentioned: The quality of work here was not up to our standard either. Two gel manis that chipped, and the tech wouldn't put on an additional top coat since he claimed it was "special and can only be put on once." So why did it chip if it's so special?
