It has a pink color scheme, pretty chandeliers, and a nice waiting area. There are an array of colors to choose from and usually a lot of nail techs working. I tend to call in and request the same guy but even when he's not available, my experiences are usually positive. They're clean, efficient, and professional. I also think their prices are reasonable. I get ANC dip powder with added extensions for $45 (pre tip). If you add on a shape it's an additional $5 and an additional $20 for chrome. With chrome, I would suggest asking for additional coats and attention with the gel polish that seals it, as chrome tends to chip around the edges (at $20, it's worth trying to avoid that). Also highly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. The wait to be seen (even with an appointment) can be length. I've waited 30 minutes some days. So book ahead, be on time, and communicate with your nail tech! I don't usually get any elaborate design, just one solid color and sometimes chrome. My dip nails generally last me 3 weeks minimum. I prefer going back in for removal to keep my nails healthy.

There were two staff on site--one working with another client and the manicurist who did my nails. The space was clean and calm, and the staff were courteous and professional. This past weekend, I went to AT Deluxe with my friend for a UV gel manicure and a pedicure. Immediately, they offered to complete both services at once, which was so nice. The pedicures were standard, and very nice results, but expensive. However, both of our manicures are not nice. Both applications are incredibly thick, and chipping after one day. I am going to a new nail salon tomorrow to get these removed because of how thick they are. I really enjoyed my first experiences, but I will not be returning. At $145 each before tip for our services, I would expect a higher quality.

The pedi basin was lined, and I picked the $50 pedi with leg/foot massage. The entire experience was wonderful! I was escorted to the drying station and was handed my bill. I told my tech I'd have to use ATM machine to pay for Pedi, but I gave her a $10 tip in cash then and there. I finished drying, used ATM, and handed the cashier $60. She gave me $10 change. I started my exit, and another tech came running after me remarking that I gave the cashier $60 and took $10 change insinuating that I neglected to tip my tech (?). I assured her I already tipped, and she then proceeded to inform yet someone else who wrote something in a notebook...she then smiled and said ok. What if I chose not to tip? Would they have locked me in?!?!? I was embarrassed and unnerved. I will go again because it "appears" to be the cleanest & most sanitary salon I have tried so far. She reviewed the place, expressed her feelings, and someone at this business had the audacity to reply to her review saying "we don't know why you're doing this." Take some accountability and acknowledge that you had an unhappy guest instead of blaming them. Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Might be playing with fire here since they have a record of being nasty to their customers who review them poorly. In addition to the above mentioned: The quality of work here was not up to our standard either. Two gel manis that chipped, and the tech wouldn't put on an additional top coat since he claimed it was "special and can only be put on once." So why did it chip if it's so special? Will not be coming back here. I also spread the word to my friends to avoid this place.

They leave the door to the salon open so I had flies flying around me the entire time. 2 stars only because I was able to get in quickly without an appointment and it was not expensive.
