When soaking off my nails, he stretched his arms all the way across the table just to get closer to me -- his face was literally a few inches from mine -- and stared into my eyes while telling me how "cute" I was. He held my hands in a flirtatious way, made weird comments about me looking "scared," and even joked that I wouldn't come back because of how much he kept holding onto me. When my nails were done, he made me hold his hands "while my nails were drying," even though I kept saying they were already dry. He would just grab my hands again to keep me there longer. On top of that, he did things to my nails that I never even asked for, which was so frustrating in addition to his gross behavior. When I stood up to wash my hands, he noticed my tattoo on my leg, bent down (while I was wearing a dress), and started touching my legs without permission. Throughout all of this, he kept saying he was going to call me and take me out, even though I repeatedly said I had a boyfriend. He insisted I was lying and kept pushing it anyway. Overall, this man is a complete creep. He'll touch you inappropriately, make you uncomfortable, and ignore your boundaries. On top of that, he didn't even listen to what I wanted for my nails. Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. I felt cared for, understood and seen, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this nail salon.
