From beginning to end my experience was great. The entire office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The gave me choices about what exams and treatments to do and didn't push something I did not need. Amy was wonderful when it came time to buy new frames. read more

They don't honor any kind of warranty they sell you one pair of glasses and hope to not see you In a year until it's time to milk your insurance again and upsell you on all the bs anti glare X-ray vision coating. Which then conveniently always peels like clear coat on a car after exactly one year. This way they make you buy new lenses. This time they told me to not pay the extra bs money on them and I can't even use them because there is so much glare it's like an infinity mirror. They absolutely don't care about you here they just want your money. Let me repeat that if you got ADHD... do not go here go to Costco this place sells you shitty glasses and will ensure they break after they sell them to you. Don't come here read more

I came here based on a referral from a friend and the fact that it is close to home. I have never worn glasses but age is catching up and I had money in my flexible spending account to use before year end. My appointment was at 11:15 on a Tuesday. They require masks and do not provide them. They take your temperature. The office was full and they turned away a customer to wait in his car saying they were at capacity so I would say they follow Covid guidelines and felt very safe. I was not seen until 11:40 to do preliminary tests and then another ten mins to see the doctor. The overall exam went well. The doctor was very nice and informative and the other gal helping me pick out my glasses was also very nice. Then to pick my frames. You try them on but have to put them in a box so that they can sanitize them. I chose my two and she marked the lenses for my pupil centering. One frame had a missing nose piece and she says, "we'll order new frames for that one." So does that mean the try on pairs are the ones you get? Hmnn. Overall had a good experience and all employees were very nice and pleasant. Office is also very clean. My biggest gripe was the wait time. I allow 10-15 min delays but I think if they expect you to be on time, that they should do the same. read more

I was pleasantly happy with my visit at Natomas Optometry. It seems like it is a pretty busy clinic but it runs well. The optometrist did the typical exams and made sure, I had the prescriptions I needed for both contact lenses and glasses. The staff, was very helpful. I did like their set-up for covid. They had a nice organization to allow you to look a few glasses and a sterilizing process for in between. I had no problem with getting my glasses. The only thing my optometrist forgot was the referral to an ophthalmologist. It's been a few months now, so I assume it was forgotten in the busy hustle and bustle. Oh wells. Not too in a rush, but the staff I am sure would have been willing to help if I decided to call in about it. They also have a lot of glass options from sunglasses to prescription glasses. For young kids, teens to adults. Great option. read more

My fist optometry visit in decades. Getting old and having difficulty seeing at a distance. Dr Charlie was great. Thorough and informative. Office staff were great. Picked out a set of glasses and I was on my way. 5 stars read more

From online scheduling to picking up glasses and at every stop in between, the experience at Natomas Optometry is excellent.

Always takes well care of customers, amazing customers and good variety of choices for glasses frames.

Needed to have my eyes checked for the first time at a new location and settled on this one with my insurance. They were very friendly and helpful. The doctor checking my eyes asked some great questions about my last pair of glasses as well as guiding me to what lenses and frames I should look for given my prescription and day to day use needs. They had so many brands (Burberry, Gucci, Ray Ban, Etc), frame color & sizes, and even in sunglasses. Would definitely buy a few more pair from here and I liked there doctors attention to details. read more

Great service however I didn't love the custom sunglasses I ordered and could not return them at the store today.

First let me say that I have been buying glasses here for 20 + years. Secondly the Indian young lady made my experience good and gave me the total customer experience Now my issue, I arrived 2:17 on Saturday, there were 2 other customers in the store. The first thing out of the mouth of the receptionist was, we close at 3 and we may not get to you and you may need to come back. So this is how you are doing business? This is my go to place for glasses(OAKLEYS) so I already knew what to look for. 2 more customers walk thru the door and not 1 mention of we close at 3. Luckily I didn't turn around and walk out because the young indian lady turned a bad experience around and I purchase another pair of glasses from Natomas Opt within 20 minutes. read more

I love this place! The optometrists are knowledgeable and genuinely care about your vision concerns. They make accommodations for me when I was experiencing extreme dry eyes ... I was given an appointment the same day, prescribed a special eye drop and given maintenance tips to manage my dry eyes! In addition, the office is beautiful and they have a wide selection of eyewear! Parking is free and plentiful. Finally, the staff is amazing ... friendly and just fun to work with! I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

I came in today needing an adjustment and Gurleen helped me so well. She was really helpful and kind. Definitely will be coming back to her new glasses from her! read more

I would definitely stay away from this place. Total disaster. Front desk is not professional, not customer friendly. The doctors is clueless, you need to keep asking questions to get answers. I went there for an eye exam, it took more than 2 hours for the exam and optometrist to buy my glasses and lenses. I had to wait about hr for the optometrist. Then, they told me they are busy and will send the itemized order receipt same day. Waited for 5 days and after 2 phone calls finally I got it but then I had to email again to get my prescription. After 14 days of ordering my new glasses and lenses, I sent an another email to inquire about the status. Guess what, I got an email claiming that they broke the frame and need to reorder again. Update(4 weeks later) I just wanted to add that my optometrist Amy was really great. The whole situation was not her fault, in fact she was very customer friendly, professional and helpful. She also acknowledged the issues and tried to resolve and compensate the situation. I received my glasses after 4 weeks, but at least the lenses were exactly what I was hoping to get, thanks to Amy. read more

Had an appointment here for my daughter, they did really well with communication and sending out alerts for appointment updates. On arrival the ladies at the front greeted us with smiles. Filled out paperwork and my daughter went to the back, her optometrist and her assistant were very lovely and kept the appointment quick and to the point (she is 7 and can get a little wiggly if she waits too long). My only downfall was when the exam was over we were walked out and that was about it. I was told she has astigmatism but that was pretty much it. Didn't really feel like I knew too much information about her actual eyes or any recommendations to help her. It was just the eye exam, she has astigmatism, she should get glasses and then walked us out. Left pretty confused but other than that they were very nice, the place is very clean and the options were plentiful. read more

I came here for an emergency appt and then soon after for my eye exam. The office is a breath of fresh air! The decor is very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and they practice safe social distancing! I saw Dr. Ly - she was super helpful and very sweet. I'm super glad I found a great optometrist. She showed me the health of my eye and described the importance of getting eyes checked for genetic and health reasons. YoYo was awesome! He helped me pick out a new pair of lenses and was super helpful! He helped me pick a pair that framed my face and was very nice and friendly! They had a ton of great brands to choose from which made that process easier! Can't wait to get my pair and also they have a free lens kit when you check in offer! read more

A very good listener, she is willing to spend time with customers and help them find out what they really need and give us many options! I feel like I was treated like she's treating her family! It was that good!!! From her, it's the first time I am understanding what actually the vision insurance is about and how to find out what is the most suitable to pick. Awesome work Gurleen! The most impressed words she mentioned a lot is "no worries, I can fix it,I can work all day!" , there's still many to tell! we've been coming to this place for years! It's always good, but this is the best! We feel we're welcome and will definitely introduce relatives and friends to come.! read more

Stella the manager reached out and got my husband new lenses for the glasses that Anshu scratched. He still paid $200 for the other pair he was forced to buy to replace the glasses that were damaged. And his insurance was run for the glasses he had to purchase. So maybe this is unfair but I'm going to put this on here anyway. I haven't had my appointment yet here but I scheduled it this week. This is the first communication that was sent to me from this office. Hi - From Natomas Optometry...Your MASK is required for your exam! Please your confirm appt 12/##/2021 at 10:45 am. Reply 'C' to confirm. I don't care either way if I have to wear a mask or not, but the fact that I haven't done business here yet and I'm a new customer it's a little aggressive. Seriously caps on mask and exclamation? I am putting this here because businesses are starting to forget that we spend are money with them and this is just a ridiculous message to start out a relationship with someone. I'm just going to put this out there that there are plenty of ways inform new people of Covid policies. Seriously considering rescheduling with a different location. I'll make another review if I end up going to the location. I'm sure the people that work here are great and maybe this is just a automated message that may need review and be changed. read more

Was told $50 on the phone for a contact lens exam. The doctor Myra Lew then asked me if I wanted to pay $90 to actually update the prescription. I agreed then walked out and the money handler guy said I needed to pay $140 in total. I didn't ask why because I was so mad and over it. I had Aetna insurance as well, but I guess you need even better insurance which is so bs. Lost $140 and they lowered my prescription which I didn't need, pathetic. read more

I had the best experience I've ever had at an eye care facility. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a great selection of eyewear to choose from and you aren't pressured into anything. They let you take your time. My doctor was Dr. Lee, she was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She explained every process and was very thorough. When I finished my exam I was greeted by Amy who helped me choose a pair of glasses. Again, very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She guided me into choosing the right pair of glasses for my face, size and coloring. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

I recently found out I needed a prescription, I came to Natomas Optometry based on positive reviews which they lived up to! This was my first time shopping for glasses, I didn't really know what to expect but everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for another pair in the future. 5 star service from every employee who I spoke with. I didn't catch the name of the two associates who answered questions and provided insight. Shout out to Anshu for helping me pick the perfect pair of frames, I felt better about needing glasses after speaking with the friendly employees at this location. read more

They were able to set up an appointment right away and offer the standard services for optometry. The frames they sell are ok selection, but they are able to order online different types and colors if needed. During COVID-19 they required masks, temperature checks and allow limited customers which is a great for a person that has a newborn at home. The staff is friendly and doctors answer your questions. I definitely commend them. read more

It's been a while since I've had an appointment. I saw Dr. Lew this time and must say, she is absolutely the best; professional, empathic, funny and relatable The office staff is a direct reflection of Dr. Lew's work ethic.
