ABSOLUTELY LOVE NATOLIS. I might be *slightly* biased because I live in the area and my husband and I are frequently ordering from this place. But it's a win-win because we're able to support a local business and get delicious food. The service here is top notch. You're constantly being asked if you're being helped and if you are waiting, they will give you updates when they can regarding the status of your order. Everyone on the staff is friendly and attentive which is great considering how busy they can get around the lunch and dinner rushes. I also appreciate how they have daily lunch specials of salads, sandwiches, or platters. I've had several of their specials and can attest that they all taste good. I have a preference for their sandwiches/paninis because they are consistently delicious and usually come with chips or fresh french fries. I also am a fan of their chicken soup. It's so comforting and is the best way to warm up on a cold day. I will admit that they don't have the best pizza I've had in the area but they're still able to put out a solid pie. The pizza is fresh and tasty but taking off some points because I have had a few slightly average experiences, but nothing terrible. Literally everything out of their kitchen is good. read more

This place was recommended to us and boy are we glad we gave it a try! It is now our goto spot for those days when we don't want to cook. Not to mention they even offer free local delivery. Cant get any better than that. Oh wait it can!! Their hot roast beef sandwich with hot gravy and fresh mozzarella on a garlic roll.. absolutely amazing!! Just had lunch, hot sandwich and a water, and the order wasn't prepared as I asked. Didn't gut and toast the bread but was too hungry to request a redo. Mentioned it to the guy who took my order and is now taking my money. His best response was an off handed, 'Sorry about that.' I think it was the tone in the response that has me writing this because as a small business that I and my family have supported from across town for years - I never felt anything but appreciated as a customer here. I know finding employees is not easy so the ideal candidate is not always walking in the door now but please take the time to train and guide them in your business culture and be clear with expectations - your customers depend on it. read more

Ok. Honestly I just really need to start with a slow clap for this heaven sent restaurant. (*dramatic slow clap*) Ok, let's continue. I was introduced to Natoli's about a year ago through my job. We had two deliciously cheesy pizza pies delivered and it literally was a game changer. The cheese?! So much cheese ... and it's cooked to perfection. So on National Pizza Day Natoli's was second to none in the runnings for who should host our small office celebration. Let's start with what we ordered: Two 16" pies. One plain cheese and one half bacon/half pepperoni. + One two liter Pepsi. Upon placing the order via phone - the gentleman stated it would arrive between 30-45 minutes. As 40 minutes began to soon approach, I picked up my phone to call and BAM! there was the delivery guy notifying us that he'd arrived. Hallelujah. Then, (allow me to paint a picture for y'all) as I stood at the front door of my office building, shivering in the wintery cold, a hot box of heaven emerged from the warming bag. Smoke arose, confirming its fresh deliciousness as it made its way towards the door in the hands of an angel. As he handed me my delivery with a smile, it was confirmed in that moment that my expectation for National Pizza Day had been changed for life. Today was our first time using Natoli's catering for a work luncheon, and it certainly will not be the last. Working with Lisa was an absolute pleasure, she made sure all of my requests (and there were many) were taken care of, and truly gave me the best service every time I called to change our order. The delivery was on time and once the order arrived, they go the extra mile and assist with the setup of the food. The young man who delivered had a great personality and did not leave until everything was set up and he was sure there was nothing else needed! I have been going to Natoli's since I was a little boy. It is an Italian deli that is known for its emphasis on community. Steve is a wonderful man who makes some of the best sandwiches in the area. Try the ham, salami, fresh mozz, and sun-dried tomatoes! They make a heaping breakfast sandwich here, as well as a great Margherita pizza. Lastly, they have a mini Italian market inside where you can get some of the basics on your grocery list. The store is clean and the staff is efficient, courteous, and helpful. I remember a day I came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, they were super busy, and the owner spoke with me as if we were the only two people on Earth. We drove 409 miles to eat lunch here . We spent 8 weeks in town eating every Friday night pizza and meals during the week . Always drive past this place, but never got a chance to try it until today. I now understand how this place has such high ratings on yelp. Their customer service is phenomenal and super friendly! I love NY style pizza and anyone who has moved away from NY/NJ knows that no other place in the country can make it quite like NY/NJ. I got the plain single pizza slices here, which are large and just perfect in every single way (color, texture, taste, smell). Staying over at the La Quinta (yeah I know I'm ballin) and we were starved! I called Natoli's and asked how long it would take to deliver. They said about an hour (which is perfectly reasonable) but we were real hungry. So I ordered and drove over there to pick it up. If you are from out of town and plan on going to pick it up, you should know it's in a very residential area so you might have to get a little fancy with parking. We got the Eggplant Parm w/ Spaghetti, a cheese pizza and some fries. It was done when they said it would be, all of the food was fantastic, and the shop is really cool. Super nice and the food was pretty good. We came in from out of town and wanted good pizza we ordered half cheese and half Buffalo chicken while we waited they gave complementary soup which was so good it was a tomato based soup. The chicken Alfredo was good and the pizza was ok I wasn't a huge fan of the Buffalo chicken side it was like fried chicken in Buffalo sauce on a pizza and it was pretty greasy but over all it was good I would recommend and come back. read more

Go in as a stranger leave as family! I catered a tailgate from Natolis for the Giants game this week. Coming in from Long Island I did not know what to expect. The staff was amazing, the food was unbelievable and they thought of everything. Right down to hot water for the sterno tray. While the others were deciding on topping I decided to look through the Yelp photos and see what looked good. That's when I happened upon a photo of the Sicilian pie. OH MY GOODNESS! I am a huge fan of square pizzas and have not had one since moving to Jersey. I immediately decided that we would get the Sicilian pie and ordered a half cheese half pepperoni to go with an antipasto salad. ***This magnificent pizza takes longer than a normal pie and they will tell you that on the phone. Don't let it deter you, its so worth the wait!*** When my fiance finally walked back in the door with this huge box he said "OH MY GOODNESS feel how heavy this pizza is!" Needless to say when we finally opened the box my jaw dropped. The pizza tasted as amazing as it looked! You could tell it was made from scratch and was fresh out of the oven. The antipasto salad was delicious too. All of the ingredients were fresh and the dressing was perfect. I have had such bad luck when ordering salads from pizza places and I finally found one thats good. This is our second time ordering delivery. First time took almost 2 hours for the food to arrive, pizza was cold and soup was from a can. Other food was average at best. We thought maybe that was just bad luck, so I ordered delivery again this time. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza, 2 slices of grandma bread and one philly cheese steak. This time it took one hour and half. Despite the extremely slow delivery, i had to give generous tip because they didn't take credit card payment over the phone, and I didn't have any change in cash except $20 bills. Anyways, the pizza was burned, the cheese steak didn't have the ingredients I asked for and they used yellow cheese instead of white cheese. The fries that came with it was pretty soggy. The pricing for the garlic knots are super fair .75 cent each for garlicy goodness the size of an adult fist. Stopped in for lunch today. First time here. Wow. What a great experience. You're welcomed as if you have just entered an old friends house. The menu looks delicious. We ordered an eggplant parm sandwich and a chicken cutlet and mozzarella sandwich along with a white and grandma slice. Everything was delicious with portions so large half was left over for dinner. While the inside is small and there are only 4 tables there are partitions between each table giving you some privacy. The owner checked in tableside a number of times to make sure everything was ok and see if there was anything else we needed. You really feel like you've been invited into the owners home for a home cooked meal. We ended getting slices of cheesecake to bring home to go with the leftovers for dinner. Again, delicious.
