You can seat yourself. The server was nice. Food and drinks came out efficiently and tasted pretty good. Portions could've been more filling and, of course, prices were higher since it's in the airport. The salmon rice bowl and steak were tasty.

Nice comfortable seating to eat. My husband ordered the breakfast burger melt with crispy potatoes. And we had a couple drinks. Brought drinks promptly server was friendly. Super long wait for food. If you're in a hurry pick something else. 30+ minutes before food arrival after ordering, Diabetics be careful with insulin due to wait time. Side note-Unfortunately was told can't have outside food purchased prior to arrival after already ordering drinks and 1 entree dish 2 people. Ordered a sandwich before my husband decided he wanted something at Native. Can't say I begrudge them because I wouldn't bring anything at a regular restaurant. I just thought it would be more accommodating at an airport.

Located in Terminal 3 near Gate 33, this spot is definitely worth checking out. The bartender was incredibly friendly and made excellent recommendations for both drinks and food. I enjoyed the pork belly tacos an amazing combination of sweet and savory with just a slight kick of spice from the salsa. Definitely worth a try. Very low key great vibe for airport bar.

Native by Nyesha (by Top Chef competitor Nyesha Arrington) presents bold flavors right inside the LAX terminal. With a decent dining footprint and tasty food, it makes for a pleasant, relaxing stop in the normally chaotic LAX background. THE FOOD * Pork Belly Breakfast Tacos: These were excellent. The crisp pork belly and scrambled eggs were topped with fresh avocado, cotija cheese, and salsa verde. * The Side: The plate came with a stack of triangular, deep-fried hash browns, which were crispy and comforting. SERVICE * Special thanks to Nat (originally from Chiang Mai), who greeted us warmly and provided attentive, timely service throughout the meal. IMPORTANT NOTE Check your bill: an 18% gratuity is automatically included in the check. OVERALL A relaxing place to sit during a chaotic LAX layover, with tasty food and kind service.

Airport food is always suspect, but it's pretty hard to screw up a fried chicken biscuit. Let me start with the hash browns. They were actually thick perfectly cooked and some of the best hash brown patties I've ever had. I'd give them five stars easy. The chicken biscuit however was a disaster. The biscuit just fell completely apart. The chicken thigh was slimy and weird. The whole thing was just a complete train wreck. They do have a nice IPA and a beautiful counter to sit at and eat. They don't allow luggage at the bar unless it's under your feet. Which is kinda weird considering everyone there has luggage. You could sit your luggage against a rail behind you but it felt so insecure that I wished I had a bike lock to secure it. They do have nice beer on tap. I had a couple wonderful hazy breakfast IPA's. The staff was friendly and the service was fast I'd say it's ok to eat here but don't get the chicken biscuit!

Honestly, I'm so over airport restaurants. The price, the quality, and the service are all horrible. I ended up just going with a glass of white wine which was $18 and had automatic gratuity on the bill. This was frustrating because the waitress took forever to come by, it took forever to get my wine, and then upon closing the bill she gave someone else's credit card to me (and mine to someone else) - no apology.

This restaurant is a diamond in the desert of crappy airport industrial food at LAX airport . The food is incredibly well constructed and flavorful, presented beautifully and reasonably priced ( for an airport) During my 3 hour layover , I sat in a nice comfortable chair (instead of the horrible hard back breaker seats in the airport waiting areas) I had their delicious , buzz worthy Hollywood Hills Margherita and a generous bowl of their green curry corn chowder . Omg every spoonful was so delicious . I don't like junk food or fast food or anything mass produced . I can see and taste that a lot of care and thought was put into their menu and the dishes served . Every time I'm in terminal 2 I go there and enjoy the drinks and food,

I had the Duck Confit, with their thousand layer potatoes and a tiny tiny dollup of tarragon mustard. The crispy outer layer with the moist meat was nice. The thousand layer potatoes fun. I should of also ordered a side salad or a vegetable, but, oh well. My friends shared the Salad Nicoise which had too much salad dressing and the lettuce was drowning. For the olives, they opted to use thinly sliced new green olives that are pickles and crispy. My friends thought that was a bit odd and missed the regular kalamata olives. Overall, my friends said they enjoyed the salad. We shared bread and butter which was heavenly! For dessert we shared the plum, fig galette. It was delicious and glad we all had a small portion, which is exactly what we wanted to finish the meal. We had fun watching the staff prep for dinner too! The decor is fun throughout the restaurant. I would definitely return here again. Tomat is a fun casual fine dining experience.

He was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind: it can get pretty windy up there since you're close to the airport, so bring a light jacket or dress accordingly. The highlight of the night was definitely the drinks. We asked for something fun, and the manager surprised us with a couple of off-menu cocktails that were creative, delicious, and honestly the coolest drinks we've had in a while. They were pricey, but the presentation and quality made them worth trying. Unfortunately, the service took a turn after that. The manager disappeared for what I assume was a break, leaving a single server to cover the entire rooftop. We completely understand that things happen and it wasn't the server's fault, but we ended up waiting around an hour to an hour and a half without anyone checking on us. We wanted to order another round of drinks, but the server was constantly rushing past trying to keep up with everyone else. Eventually, we gave up, walked to the bar ourselves, paid our tab, and left. Flora has a great atmosphere, beautiful views, and some genuinely impressive cocktails. If they can improve the staffing during busy hours, this place would easily earn a higher rating from me.

What's even more shocking was that I was driving by a place that in my eyes deserves some special attention! So espresso martinis are a thing and this place came highly recommended for them so my sugar sugar and I said, why not?? We made reservations and left a bit early because based off Google Maps the restaurant is on the corner of Manchester and Lincoln but based off my memory, I never saw a restaurant with that name! So to clear the air, it's there y'all, you just have to slow down and look. When you walk in the restaurant is dimmed and it totally sets the mood and my mood was steak!! Our waiter was super cool and we appreciate his hospitality. He asked if it was our first time. We confirmed and he ensured us that we would enjoy our experience and enjoy we did! First - espresso martinis. It was as if the bartender read our minds...they were made to perfection! Flavorful and you can definitely taste the balance of the espresso and alcohol. I ordered the steak frites and sugar sugar ordered the salmon. We always try each other's food and we couldn't determine which dish was better. The salmon was baked perfectly and the side salad was delicious! The steak had just enough seasoning so that it didn't overpower the quality of the meat. I have never had a perfectly cooked steak in my life! Ruth Chris who? Maestros where? I don't even eat steak on a regular but best believe it will be at the Manchester moving forward. As sugar sugar and I continue on our quest to try as many espresso martinis in LA, best hands down the best steak for me is here! Save me a seat!!

We sat at a high table by the window and the kind young bartender took our drink and food orders. We had arrived in time for happy hour, so we chose the charcuterie board and two orders of the salmon sliders, both reasonably priced at $9.50 each. The sliders were spicy and delicious. The charcuterie board was not as impressive. It didn't seem particularly fresh; the grapes especially were a bit wrinkly and sad. We could also have done with a few more pieces of toast to go with the pieces of smoked Gouda and Brie, and the couple slices of salami and prosciutto. To drink, I had the refreshing Lychee Mocktail, and we also tried King Plus's five-sake flight, which is a great way to experience a variety of authentic Japanese sakes.
