I've been using glasses since I was 9 years old and never thought that I could see without glasses again. Honestly, I do not know where to start! The team at this location is INCREDIBLE and so friendly. From the techs to Dr. Watkins. I came in for my LASIK surgery procedure and the whole process was so smooth. Dr. Watkins was so assuring that everything was going to be okay without being dismissive of my fears or condescending. At the initial consultation, Dr. Watkins was very clear about what the process would look like and explained every detail of the recovery process. As well as the cost of the procedure. After two months of my visit I decided to book my appointment. The day prior to my surgery Dr. Watkins answered any last minute questions I had even though I had already asked him the same questions like 10x. He even put in my prescription though the phone so that I had my drops before the surgery the next day. Now, the day of the surgery I met Dr. Fintelmann and he was just absolutely amazing! He was kind and friendly. Even though he has done thousands of procedures he explained every single step of the procedure. The procedure took like 15minutes overall. I could keep writing more, but overall it's been a week after my procedure and I am back at work and out and about enjoying my new HD vision. Thank you everyone for this incredible gift of vision!

Spending the amount of money on not 1 but 3 pairs. When the first two pair came in, my husband went in and they handed him 2 of them, but gave him ONLY 1 case. I called the store and spoke with them about this unacceptable customer service. They assured me when he comes in for the third pair, to bring the other 2, and they would make sure to fit test all 3. Three strikes cause again same behavior and poor customer service. These folks do not understand the importance of Fit testing to make sure the prescription was actually correct, and sit properly on customer's face. This was my husband's first time getting prescription glasses. Apologies and we will make it right, mean nothing!!! Nationwide Vision you need to do better!! You deserved a -5 review. You were given a second chance to make it right and failed both times!!!!

She explained exactly what would happen, and she was 1000% spot on! They saw him, they treated him and reassured us that his acute left eye cross issue was not a (eye sight threatening) issue. But not at Primera Vista optical, as soon as I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted, my time was a priority to them as well as my health and vision. The staff at Primera Vista was helpful from the very start and once it was time for the exam I was introduced to the doctor where again I was pleasantly greeted. She was absolutely amazing, spent the time to really hone down my eye sight to near perfect while explaining every detail why my eye sight was the way it was. The actual HONEST level of care you expect from a doctor. After the exam I returned to the Primera Vista's lobby to try on some frames just to get an idea of what I was looking for, not expecting to purchase anything at that moment because in the past I usually ordered them online but in doing so you never really know if they fit right or look good. Not once was I attacked by Primera Vista's staff or felt pressured into buying anything but, with so many frame options I decided to ask for an outside opinion. Primera Vista's whole staff helped me with their honest input on what looked good on me and what fit well. It really helped me find a frame I was confident with and felt confident in. When I asked the price expecting some outrageous number to a pleasant surprise it was around the same price as online and I will get my glasses so much faster plus I actually know I like the frames. The experience was so incredible I just had to share it with everyone as I wish more places would treat their patients like this.
