I was in the area for work and decided to check out Nations. It was Saturday evening and not very busy. The restaurant is in the corner of the shopping center by Starbucks. Seems like plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. The building looks new and well maintained. Cleanliness was mixed with some things looking great and others needing to be wiped down. It is an open kitchen so you can see them grilling everything to order. Because of that, be patient. It's a little pricey for counter service. Expect to pay 20ish for a basic burger, fries, and a drink. The food is mid, especially for the price. The pies are also pricey but look amazing and people come just for the pie. I tried the cherry cream which was good. It's worth trying.

I came here because my brother had gotten one of their custard pies for Christmas and I really liked it. The place was close to the Costco and we just finished shopping there. This was perfect that it was located in the same strip mall. We went inside and there were two tables with two customers each sitting down waiting for their orders. A couple had entered before us but didn't know what they wanted so they told us we could go ahead of them. The lady at the grill said that we would have to wait 5 minutes before we could order which was weird. We were only getting a pie. There were two employees working the grill making hamburgers. I guess they were behind. It was at night around 7PM . So we waited for awhile while both of them were making food. The place wasn't too big and it seemed pretty clean. Finally one of the ladies started taking orders. We of course let the couple order since it had been sometime now and they knew what they wanted and were first in. We ordered our pie and then waited a few minutes for that . Off we went. I loke their pies. So I will be in again for that.

I had doordashed and have been to the Stockton location a couple times so this was my first time in the. Lodi location, it is apparently brand new and I like this location over the Stockton one because it's VERY clean, very nice! The girl that helped us was SO sweet I found out you can make a whole cake and mix and match 4 pieces of pie or cheesecake into one cake. OMG what a dream. I did blueberry cheesecake, whipped cream lemon pie, cherry cheesecake, whipped cream chocolate cream pie pieces all into one !! Alas my hungry self DUG into it so I didn't get a pic but I did get their last slice of strawberry cheesecake on the side and absolutely delectable!! Not to mention their burgers SO GOOD!!! 10/10 by farrrr!!! Cannot WAIT to return!!!

We stopped in at Nation's and had an excellent experience. I ordered a BLT, and it was fresh, crispy, and stacked with lettuce and tomatoes, exactly how I like it. The iced tea tasted super fresh too, not old or watered down. The place was clean, the food came out fast, and everything tasted good. The staff were sweet and efficient. I'd definitely come back again.

Pies / cheesecakes are the best here. Had to get four different slices because I couldn't decide. All are fire! The girl helping us was really nice and on it! It was a quiet vibe tonight which was nice we were in and out fast. Definitely coming back!!!

The staff here was very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was a huge issue. The condiment bar was filthy and clearly hadn't been wiped down in a while, with dishes and garbage piled high. When I sat down, my table was sticky with syrup and crumbs, which I had to clean myself before eating. For the price point, the food itself was mediocre at best--not worth what they're charging. The final straw was when I went to pour syrup on my pancakes and two ANTS came out of the bottle. At that point, my appetite was gone. While the staff is polite, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and honestly feels like a health code violation. I won't be returning.

It was ok. Expected more to be honest. Wife had the sliders and I had the three egg breakfast. Super friendly service and nicely refreshed dining area.

Cheese burger with added patty. We ordered with no tomato.

Restaurant was clean and great customer service. We waited almost 20mins for our dine in order. Food, not good. Way too much mayo, the cheese wasn't melted on the burgers, and there is NO seasoning on the burgers. Basic, plain, over priced food. Definitely a one and done for our family. The manager offered us a free piece of pie if we scanned the QR code on the receipt and did a review. We did not!

Finally had the chance to have lunch there today. About half full seating inside. Employee taking order was very pleasant. As line quickly built behind me, I could feel the stress behind the counter. The look of A few cooking to see the line looked worried. It took 20 minutes to get burgers and fries and they were fantastic. Hopefully more employees are added along with an additional register. Stockton has a few and this helps move customers along.

Wow. SQZ Burger has been open for nearly three years in Lodi and I never noticed it. I know I've…read moredriven past it many times, but I guess their signage is too modest compared to the huge "IDOL BEER WORKS" on the other end of the building. I figured it was just another iteration of the original (now long gone) Squeeze Inn in Sacramento, and I was right. I don't think the various locations are franchises, but are more likely independently owned, and the quality varies from location to location. The one that used to be in West Sac, for instance, was terrible, which might explain why it's been gone for years. And the mid-town was also a resounding MEH, and also gone. There's nothing at any version of Squeeze Inn/Burger that I want more than just a basic Squeeze (or in this case, SQZ) with Cheese, though. I don't want a taco, nor a BLT, and especially not chicken strips. I want that which made the brand famous. A cheeseburger with all the traditional toppings and a cheese skirt just dripping cheese grease off it. SQZ Burger delivers the goods. The cheese skirt was just the right size, not too big, not too small. At one point in my life I would have said that there's no such thing as a cheese skirt that's too big, but a couple of years ago I had a cheese skirt that was so big that I felt sick afterward from all the cheese grease! In addition to the just right amount of cheese, the burger had lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and a healthy schmear of mayo and mustard. Damn near a perfect burger. The owner was running the register on my visit, and when she brought my food out, she asked if I wanted a side of ranch. I'm the kind of guy who would drink ranch dressing if I could, so of course I accepted. I didn't even ask - It was nice of her to offer! There's a throughline from the original Squeeze Inn on Power Inn Road to SQZ Burger, too. The father of the husband half of the H/W ownership team owned the original location. Brandon and Katie ran the Galt location for several years, and have now brought the goodness to a Lodi brick and mortar spot. I'll definitely be back.

We've been wanting to try this spot for a while, and since their other location is closed in Sacramento on Tuesdays, we finally made the trip to Lodi and wow, it was absolutely worth it the wait and Abdul that helped us was cool. He had a good sense of humor. We were coming back from Monterey and all of us were hungry. We ordered quite a feast: (3) chicken tikka wraps without lettuce 8 piece chicken tikka 8 piece chicken malai 6 regular naans + 1 garlic naan Tandoori fish order Tandoori chicken pizza Chicken tikka masala rice plate Every single item was flavorful, mouth watering, and cooked perfectly. The chicken tikka and malai were tender and packed with flavor. The naans were soft and fresh, and the chicken tikka masala rice plate had that rich, comforting sauce that was creamy smooth you can't stop eating and dipping your naan into. The tandoori fish was a standout smoky, well seasoned, and tender. They give a lot of meat inside the wraps. The tandoori chicken pizza... let's just say we couldn't even wait to get home. We ate a slice in the car because the smell alone was too tempting. That's how good it was. We took everything to go, the quality was top tier! You can tell they care about their food and flavors and wanting their customers happy. Abdul kept letting us know the status of our order and took care of us with chutney and ranch. If you've been thinking about trying Smokey Grill, don't wait.... this place delivers on every level! Ask for Abdul, he is down to earth nice guy. 5 stars!! Thanks Abdul!! Photos are attached

To share around the table, we split the following: - Crab Cakes - Sticky Toffee Pudding The salad and entree I ordered for myself included: - Heirloom Beets & Melon - Classic Beef Wellington First and foremost, the salad was absolutely fresh and palatable. I was not used to enjoying a salad with beets + watermelon, so now, I am a fan. The crab cakes were flavorful, especially paired with the house-made lemon aioli sauce. The Beef Wellington dish was divine. The meat was super tender, the brown sauce was dynamite and the vegetables + mashed potatoes were the perfect complements. Lastly, the sticky toffee pudding was great, as the dessert was not overly sweet. The green apples added on top provided a nice balance of tartness against the richness. Junior was my server. I appreciated his warm, friendly disposition. He was very kind and attentive the entire time. The Oxford Kitchen and Gastropub has delectable British food. Parking is easy. There's street parking out front, a small lot right next to the building, and the Lodi Station Parking Garage is just a short two block walk away. The decor is modern and attractive, with wall art that adds some fun British touches. It's family friendly too, and they have a kids menu. We came early without a reservation and had plenty of seating to choose from. Service was friendly, quick, and efficient from start to finish. For food, we started with the calamari. Instead of the usual rings, they come as steaks, and they were nicely crispy while staying tender. For mains, the shepherd's pie was delicious, and the chicken tikka masala was just as good. The one miss was the kids pizza. While the portion size was nice, the crust was doughy and the sauce was thick and quite acidic. Luckily my son was fine with it, but I'd steer kids toward something else. The cocktails looked great, though we skipped them this trip. On value, the shepherd's pie at $24 was a great deal for the quality and portion size. The chicken tikka masala at $32 is a bit pricey, especially compared to what you'd pay at a typical Indian restaurant, though it was tasty. Overall, the value felt fair for the venue and the food quality. They take reservations, though we didn't need one on an early Friday. We'd happily come back next time we're in town, and I'd like to try those cocktails.

I was recommended to try the pork schnitzel by my friend and it did not disappoint. I got my sandwich with a side salad. We also ordered the deviled eggs to share. My friend has never had the deviled eggs before and pleasantly surprised and delighted that the eggs were absolutely delicious. They're very smooth, eggs were cooked perfectly and the touch of bacon was just right. It does come with a small helping of mixed greens topped with pickled onions. The pork schnitzel was crispy & crunchy due to the breaded pork loin, came with pickled onions, slaw and the chipotle aioli sauce. The sauce does have a bit of a kick to it but it wasn't too spicy, well, at least for me. My salad was very good too. It was colorful and had an interestingly tangy dressing on it. It paired well with the sandwich. One was spicy and the salad was tangy but refreshing. My friend also ordered the pork schnitzel with beef tallow fries. I tried some of her fries and they were thin but still crispy. Overall the food at West Oak Nosh was so good and delicious!
