I love the "Magenta" prickly pear lemonade it's not too sweet like other lemonades I've had. I've tried multiple gourmet wraps but the honey chipotle has been my favorite so far! You can't beat that the honey for this wrap is from their own bees! I love the portion size of the wrap and paired with their kettle chips and mesquite chocolate chip cookies I'm always full after. I'm a big fan and can't wait to try their signature sweet potato fries soon!

The wheat wrap was beyond fresh, the hummus was perfect and the salad mix was like it came right from the garden. Fresh ingredients, the flavors popped together, and it was so satisfying. I also got the sweet potato fries.....and as I type this I'm craving more of those delicious fries. I didn't get any dips for the fries and there is no need to. I am in love with some Bam Bam! That may even be an understatement. My favorites are the Korean…read moresteak tacos. The rib eye is perfectly marinated in a kalbi type sauce. The meat is lean and not fatty at all. The kimchee gives it that perfect bite with out being overpowering- plus, it makes it healthy in my book (insert humor)- kimchee is loaded with nutrients and probiotics. The lettuce the top it with is super fresh and abundant, helping me get in my dark leafy greens while totally enjoying some sinful tasting tacos. They also top it with a bit of a sesame glaze that is tasty. The quesadilla is also great...very similar to the taco but with cheese. I never deny cheese. However, the tacos win in my heart or shall I say, stomach. Another showstopper is the Bam Bam burger! Shaved rib-eye marinated in the same" marinade of perfection" as the tacos forms the patty. No ground meat here. This is a true steak burger. Topped with melted cheese, fresh pineapple, sriracha and local Chilttepica salsa. It is a flavor bomb. I have never been able to pick it up and eat it like a burger though. I knife and fork it. There are many other things I want to try like the noodles, the burrito with the noodles, the insane fries featuring more kimchee and the talk of the interwebs the ramen burger!!!!!!!!! Yes ramen burger, food trends are slowly trickling down to the old pueblo. Their truck may not be the prettiest, the credit card machine may not always work. But the food is worth it. Burger just didn't live up to the $8 price. Disappointing.

I tried the Korean eggroll, the bacon & egg eggroll, and the sausage gravy eggroll--each one was crispy, flavorful, and totally unique. My wife especially loved the green chili eggrolls and the buffalo chicken eggroll. You can really tell they put care into every bite. It's not every day you find a food truck that delivers amazing food AND gives back to the community. Eggroll Masters does both, and we're grateful they came out. The ribs and brisket are so good they don't need any sauce added, but Black Market provides sauce for those who want it. They also have chicken and pulled pork. They don't always have burnt ends or sausages but, when they do, they're amazing. Their sides are quite good too, but I usually stick with the mac n cheese, which is my favorite. Brooks, the owner, runs a well-oiled machine. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. They're a food truck, so you'll have to follow them on social media to find out where they'll be but it's definitely worth the trip. I usually catch them at Caps & Corks at the corner of W River Rd and W Orange Grove Rd. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

That or order a second fry desert with no honey, sugar or cinnamon, and place one on top of the other, like a double tortilla frybread taco. I keep half for the next day and 14 hours later the items were still very good, although you can't be fresh from the fryer fry bread. The sun was still out so shade on the tables, about 3 tables, made dining a pleasure. Would definitely repeat. I came a week earlier and no truck was there, despite indicating it on social media, and no answer on the phone number.
