See pics... The fixings were great and were what stood out...but there was little joy in the meat itself, as it was dry and overcooked. They weren't busy...was like 2:30 in the afternoon. It's hard to understand how a premium burger shop gets it that wrong, but it happens... Anyway, when you like Medium Rare and accept Medium because that's what most places like at a minimum, there's no dining pleasure when you get a burger that's Well Done. Did I enjoy it? Nope.
