The staff of Amerind had rave reviews of their burgers and salmon burgers. My husband had a juicy all sirloin green Chile cheese burger. It would have been cooked perfectly for me, medium, but not enough for him. He said it was really good but next time he will know to ask to have it cooked longer. The salmon was delicious on a toasted bun with lettuce. The service was friendly and fast. If you see the Wicked Burger truck at an event, I highly recommend giving it a try.

They are all fantastic. The pulled pork sandwich has lots of pork, cheese, and they added a thick layer of green chiles. The burgers are big and delicious, with several varieties. The sandwiches are fixed fresh. I also tried their feta-spinach tort, which is very tasty. Haven't tried to burritos yet, but plan to soon.

One of my friends tweeted that it was "Truck Exhaust + Good Eats". That kind of sums it up. That being said there were also huge lines, I waited for about an hour for MaFooCo and my friend waited an hour and a half for Planet of the Crepes. The food that was well worth the wait, but like a boy scout you should be prepared. Take heed if you plan on going to an event like this, get here when it starts to avoid the long lines or divide and conquer sending members of your group to different trucks and sample together. Our group was able to hit 5 different hot-spot trucks using the divide and conquer approach. Seating is limited so if you have some folding chairs they will come in handy. There is a huge value in this event for those of us who don't work near a food truck. It's a casual and inexpensive way to get to try foods off the beaten path. I will definitely be at the next Round-up!

Despite it being outdoors, the views of the mountains are great, and your nestled between some beautiful historical buildings in the community of Vail. Service is completely out of this world. I went once with my sister-in-law and the employees recognized us on our second trip. They greeted us and said they were glad to see us again. Their food is so good that I decided to have them cater my daughter's graduation party recently. They showed up with a giant truck that was parked outside my house. My guests were able to go up to the window and order what they wanted from a predetermined menu. They were greeted by the same amazingly friendly employees. The tacos and Sonora dogs were of the same fantastic quality as they were on my previous trips. They set up a salsa bar outside the truck so we could dress our tacos. It was so much easier than cooking or ordering food and running back and forth to get it. And my guests were well fed and happy! And let's face it, it looked pretty cool having the truck outside the house.
