Amazing chipilones. Never had better. The truck is clean. The service is quick and the price makes it all worth it.

For my money, El Perro Loco has the best Sonoran Dogs in the business.

I'm very familiar with how burnt ends are made and I know if they didn't have them they didn't have them, but they cut up some brisket for me and sauced it. Good effort. So let's talk about the different components of the combo plate. I try to order the smallest quantity of all the meats when I'm at a new BBQ joint. The brisket was good, but not great. I wanted more bark on the brisket. The ribs were good and not overcooked. The pulled pork and chicken wings were awesome. The pulled pork was flavorful and not dried out. The chicken wings were what appeared to me perfectly cooked, excellent flavor and texture. It may be a good thing for them to offer a Buffalo sauce side with blue cheese/ranch. Maybe an opportunity? The sides, I had the coleslaw, mac & cheese, and Texas Toast. The coleslaw was average ie cabbage mix and some mayo based dressing? The mac & cheese was very good. I wanted the cheese sauce to be thicker. They did put a Tucson twist on it by adding a Mexican cheese to it.The Texas Toast was cooked to perfection. I would guess their grill cheese is amazing. Cool truck to check out.

Just after three Butterfly Gardens & Herbs areas, a pleasantly shaded patio ready for some delicious bbq & Mac-n-cheese! Excellent service from our busy (but friendly) waitress. The Green Chili Brisket Sandwich was phenomenal!

The fry bread is soft and fluffy and they have the most amazing green chili. Great staff, very friendly and amazing food. If there is any downfall at all it would be that since this is a food bus, it would be awesome to see them "pop"up in different parts of town. I travel all the way from Oro valley to get this amazing fry bread.

Orders was up in between 5 and 10 minutes. Frybread was good, the meat topping tasty and the lettuce and tomato fresh. Top marks. If I were order it again, I would order it w/o beans so you could pick it up and eat it like a tostada because with beans you had to eat it off the plate with a fork. That or order a second fry desert with no honey, sugar or cinnamon, and place one on top of the other, like a double tortilla frybread taco. I keep half for the next day and 14 hours later the items were still very good, although you can't be fresh from the fryer fry bread. The sun was still out so shade on the tables, about 3 tables, made dining a pleasure. Would definitely repeat. I came a week earlier and no truck was there, despite indicating it on social media, and no answer on the phone number. As of this writing it seems they update their Facebook frequently but not their Instagram.
