    Fried fish tacos. Yummmm
    Augustus S.

Had to try this place out after checking it out on social media. Drove across town and it was amazing. Love the freshness and the crispness of the fish and huge shrimps. Only draw back were the fries. Wish they were crispier but other than that. The flavor was great. Awesome corn tortillas and toppings. Would definitely eat here again

Without a doubt, they're making the best fish and shrimp Tacos in Tucson! This family food truck (actually a trailer) was at the AZ Beer Co. and we decided to give it a try. The menu is very simple: Fish taco or Shrimp taco. Plate of 3 of either for a slight discount and they will make a mixed plate as well. Freshly made with a light batter and both the shrimp and fish were fresh (on a Sunday night!). No stinky stuff. Both were light and delicate. This isn't the greasy, dense, dried out carnival midway fare. The fish and shrimp portions were huge - the 3 taco plate is a satisfying meal for an adult. My order for 2 plates was ready in about 5 minutes and the presentation was beautiful. Nice family operation. The young son takes orders and runs the register - he's all business! We spend part of each month in San Diego, reputed to be the fish taco capital of the US and the meal from La Bufadora is better than any I've had there over the past 30 years, even in the little hole-in-the-wall joints. I'll definitely make a point to go wherever they are in Tucson on a Saturday or Sunday night.

Baja tacos just like what we had in SoCal! So fresh and tasty! You will not be disappointed, and you might end up a follower like us. The owners are real ones and you can feel their authenticity by their character and friendly demeanor. Well done Leo & Ana! We loved every bite of our Baja tacos and cannot wait to come back! You guys are the best and we wish you much success! Thank you for bringing this to Tucson! And thank you for sharing your space with us

You know a place is gonna be good when their menu has 2 items. The fish tacos were fried to order and were fresh and delicious. The salsa on top is spicy and I felt like the toppings overpowered the fish a little bit. Although they are a decent size (lots of toppings), $6.50 for a taco is pretty steep. The picture posted by a fellow Yelper a month ago shows $5.75 a taco, so a $.75 increase in a month? Taking off a star because of the value.

It hit or miss. Tacos are good, but the last time there my tacos had no fish. Just batter ball of oil.

Honestly, I wish I could give Yaquesita a little more, maybe half a star more, because this place definitely has potential. Their flavors are good, but compared to similar restaurants the menu feels a bit overpriced. For a party of three we ended up paying around $100, which felt like a bit much for what we got. The restaurant itself is pretty small with only about 3-4 tables inside, but the patio is a decent size and has a cute vibe. It's actually a nice option on cooler days if you don't mind sitting outside. Some items were better than others. The wet-style burrito was delicious and definitely a highlight. The quesabirrias were good, however the birria felt more like fancier shredded beef. It was missing that rich, spicy, slightly acidic, earthy flavor that usually sets birria apart from barbacoa or traditional shredded beef dishes. The bowl was just okay and had lots of lettuce. It felt more like a salad with a bit of meat, rice, and beans. Honestly, Chipotle does bowls better, and that says a lot considering the price. The nachos were good, but I've had better. Seis Kitchen has amazing nachos to share. That said, it's definitely a place I'd come back to mainly out of convenience, not because one particular item on the menu won my heart. I really do hope they continue refining the menu because the flavors are there and this place could easily become a standout spot. Personally I just think at the total price of my ticket other restaurants should not even have room in my mind during my meal. If you're in the area and looking for a safe bet where everyone will probably find something they like, it's worth giving them a try.

I was raised in a very conservative food pallet home like many Americans so trying new items like cabeza tacos is a very foreign choice in cuisine. Let me just say I am on a new adventure of respecting restaurants that honor the entire animal by properly knowing how to prepare each and every inch into a world class experience. These cabeza tacos did not disappoint! It was extremely buttery and melted in your mouth! If you do one thing this year, you owe it to yourself to put this place on your 3rd spot routine. The ambiance is so beautiful in this space too! There are beautiful murals inspired by Mexican culture with luchadores wrestling and oversized monarch butterflies, this place is truly a different dimension!

They made it sound like a hidden gem. Let's first go over what makes great Carne Asada. 1. Flavorful 2. Juicy 3. Good cut(minimal to no grisle, bone, not flat/thin cut and not diced into kibble) 4. Tender Juanito's had some flavor, but it was VERY dry and tough and had far too much grisle. I just didn't like it at all. I had to force my way through it it was so dry, I dislike dry meat. I want to try a different meat, maybe it'll gain a star there, but for the Carne Asada? Hard pass. The service wasn't great either.
