Dylan Sousa convinced me with pressure to sign for a high mileage car i never got to see with high…read moremonthly payments, TWO days after signing before even seeing the car I messaged him and said now that i consider the insurance i'm eligible for with that car I really can't afford the payments and will not move forward because I genuinely can't and he threatened to sue me instead of accommodating me. Saying his manager would say the same, they've already brought the car and got it safetied. The car was in Scarborough, I messaged him at early morning two days later i believe they're even lying about that unless they're also finding a sleazy way to pass safety quickly. Do not trust them!! Can't take no for an answer even before this, I should've noticed earlier. Keep in mind with monthly and insurance i'd be paying $900 A MONTH, would you make anyone take that kind of deal for a car with 150k mileage?? Also he misrepresented a lot of things, didn't mention what trading in the car would look like in a year but said i should be confident I can and get a new car, didn't explain what the warranty covers just "everything" didn't say the price of it, again I haven't even seen the car so i'm sure there's more. He also placed my first payment date a day after i'd be able to see the vehicle for the first time and wrote a false delivery date which won't be needed now Don't visit here !

The only place you should ever buy a car!!…read more I want to say thanks to Rob for educating me on my credit profile and helping me get into a much better car. I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received from such a small dealer. I also want to say that I have met the mechanic they exclusively use for all their cars and was very excited to see how picky he is. The dealer has been great and and taking care of everything just like they should without any arguments. Thanks Approval Genie !!

Great staff, friendly, and know their stuff! Highly recommend dealing with this dealership for you…read morenext car.

Apparently, asking for your own vehicle purchase documents is now considered "very suspicious."…read more My husband and I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from Prio Auto Sales in August 2024. In November 2025, the vehicle caught fire while we were driving and was subsequently declared a total loss by our insurance company. Following the loss, we began reviewing our financing documents and had questions about several charges, including $2,950 for an extended warranty, $2,322 for GAP insurance, and an additional $699 charge that was not clearly identified on the paperwork available to us. We also wanted clarification about what the finance manager told us when we purchased the vehicle, particularly regarding the extended warranty, GAP insurance, and the interest rate we would receive if we declined those products. These are reasonable questions about a transaction involving thousands of dollars. In August 2026, I emailed the dealership requesting copies of our original purchase documents and clarification about these charges. After more than two months, their sales manager finally responded and asked me to provide a copy of the vehicle ownership so she could retrieve our file and answer our questions. I sent exactly what she requested. Then, suddenly, I was told that the dealership would not provide any information unless my husband, the registered owner, attended in person with TWO pieces of government-issued photo identification. I understand the importance of protecting private customer information. I have absolutely no objection to reasonable identity verification. However, I am the registered owner's wife, I was the named insured on the vehicle, and the email address I was corresponding from is the same one listed on the original warranty and GAP applications. Rather than simply explaining how my husband could authorize the release of the documents, the dealership escalated the situation. In their latest email, they described my messages and requests as "very suspicious," stated that they take fraud seriously and "always report it to the authorities," and announced that they "will not reply to your emails anymore." Seriously? We purchased a vehicle from your dealership. We paid thousands of dollars for additional protection products. The vehicle was destroyed in a fire. We are now trying to understand what we purchased, what we were charged, and whether any refunds may be available. And your response is to imply that my requests are suspicious, bring up reporting fraud to the authorities, and refuse to communicate with me? Protecting customer privacy is reasonable. Treating legitimate questions about a purchase as suspicious and shutting down communication is not good customer service. At no point was I asking for a stranger's information. I was trying to obtain documentation relating to a vehicle purchased by my husband and me, and to understand charges we paid. To date, we still have not received the requested documents or satisfactory answers to our questions. We are now taking the matter to OMVIC. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to carefully review every charge, ask whether additional products are genuinely optional, verify any claims about lender requirements directly with the lender, and obtain complete copies of all documents before leaving the dealership. Because apparently, getting answers afterward can be considerably more difficult than handing over your money in the first place. I cannot recommend this dealership based on our experience.
