I asked for a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle at an independent garage, and they agreed without argument. They showed up with the car for the inspection on-time, and the car had no issues. They answered all my questions and concerns, and made me feel like my confidence in the vehicle and comfort during the sales process was their priority. The service team is also great. I bring my Camry back here for servicing all the time and there's never an issue. I like that I sign for the work I am agreeing to ahead-of-time, so there's never any dispute. And they don't seem to upsell me on more work than what is required. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this dealership.

Our photos from the listing clearly show the vehicle's condition at the time, with no visible roof damage. In your review, you've posted photos -- one taken during the winter with ice on the roof, and another more recent one where you're standing in front of an open garage wearing a t-shirt. If the vehicle was parked inside that garage, the snow and ice would have melted shortly after delivery, and any roof damage would've been visible right away, not five months later. The picture that you took with the ice on the roof clearly shows the damage. Also, to be clear: no one from our team told you we don't cover cosmetic issues. That statement is false and misleading. We always aim to be fair and transparent, but in this case, the timeline and evidence simply don't support your claim. Do not recommend…read more.. I was contacted about someone interested in my car to find out later on it was a lie. I signed paperwork for a new car before I knew all of this. I then noticed the car was still on the market and not yet taken off. I asked about it to be told it must have been an accident and will be fixed... (it never got taken down.) I was told my new car would be ready Wednesday or Thursday (about a week after my first appointment) to find out when I contacted them the Friday as I had yet to hear from them that it was not ready yet but should be soon. I contacted them a week later to be told it was still not ready. I went to them that weekend and asked for my old car paperwork and to shred the new paperwork for the new car. When they went to look for my papers it took them over 15 minutes to locate where my papers were after having almost everyone in the building running around for them. I have also yet to receive my $32 for my license exchange. This was all back in the beginning of December 2020. So like I said don't suggest going.

Three months later the entire AC was shot and would run me $2,500 to fix. On top of that, the check engine light came in shortly after purchase. Along with that the Stabilitrak turned off, the traction control stopped working, and the timing chain in the engine had to be replaced.. another $6,800. I figured their shop would take care of it - and they said they would. I wasn't aware that keeping it at the shop for 3 months and not moving it an inch from where I dropped it off was what they considered taking care of it. Their excuse? EVERYONE was on vacation. That is not how any business, especially vehicle repair, should function. Now, the car is showing - and I had no idea this was even possible - an "Engine Power Reduced Notification". 4000RPMS, 30km/hr. The engine stalled shortly after. This is an automatic car. Didn't even know that was possible. So, I figured I'd see if they could help me at all. Their sales manager said there was nothing that could be done on the piece of garbage they sold me. So now I have to pay off a lemon they sold me that I'm going to be scrapping in the coming days. They also have NO record of the sale of my vehicle?? I have the contract but they don't? Got it. That's not shady at all. Thanks Janex. You should be ashamed. If I could rate less than 1 Star I absolutely would. Waste of money, mental strength, and time. I wouldn't trust these guys to sell water in the desert, let alone any sort of vehicle that is semi-reliable at the very least.
