Also, I requested that the car be fully charged when I picked it up so I could confirm that the battery was in good working order but was informed while in transit to Ottawa that the charger wasn't working and that there wasn't time to replace it before I arrived. So I ended up buying the vehicle not sure whether the electric battery was working and it took me 2 weeks and several trips to the local Ford dealership to get a replacement charging cable (under warranty).
