I had to keep going back week after week and leaving my car in their shop so they can complete it which didn't happen until after 2.5 months. Last week, I was kind of frustrated when my mechanic showed me the missed areas that were not treated or rustproofed. When opening the hood, above the wheel wells, the areas were only sprayed on top but not completely. The trunk was also sprayed at the bottom but the trunk was not fully sprayed. I found that the money I paid was a waste. I wanted to rustproof the car in the summer to let the oil work its way in hot weather, I will go somewhere else and rustproof the car again before the winter. I don't think it's worth going back even for free. I do not recommend the place.

I thought any body shop that was "insurance recommended" wouldn't necessarily be the best, but this place was fantastic. We dealt with Tyler, who I believe is the owner or manager of this location. From the very beginning Tyler provided exceptional customer service, getting in touch with us right away when he heard from the insurance. He got us in for an estimate and even gave us an estimate on another part of the car that was damaged (unrelated to the accident). He explained everything and arranged for a rental car pickup for me while they worked on my car. The service was very fast, and the work was completed a day before expected. When we arrived to pick up our car not only was the bodywork pristine (I couldn't even remember where the damage was!), they also cleaned our interior mats (which were quite gross from the winter), and the dash was spotless. Such a thoughtful thing to do! Tyler also spent some extra time chatting with me about the other damage he gave us a quote on (a tear from a snow plough) and gave us fair and honest advice. Should we decide to get this fixed, or if we have any other bodywork to be done we will absolutely come here. Fast, quality work and excellent customer service!
