Went in and got no help for about thirty minutes. Finally a salesman was free and I informed them I was sent over from another location including what I was looking for. I got three bike literally pointed at and offered no information about the bikes. When I asked about a fourth bike the salesman said "it's a nice bike" I literally talked myself into a bike that was double my budget and the sales guy completely dropped the ball. I will never shop there or recommend that shop to ANYONE. Go to the Scottsdale location and you will be very well taken care of. read more

If Yelp offered a negative star I would give 10 negative stars!! Not once, not twice, but 3 times Nash Powersports told me that my 2021 Can Am was 100% ready to go and I didn't even make it more than 2 miles from the dealership before the vehicle went into ''Limp Home Mode''. I've been at this for over a month now! After being completely frustrated with the last of basic customer service I met with the store GM on Saturday the 28th, he promised my Can AM would be done that day. On Tuesday I still hadn't received a call to pick up ride so I followed back up with the GM. He told me he would get right on it and NEVER called me back. Nash Powersports is by FAR the WORSE dealership on this earth!! I could go on and on... Like paying them install a AZ street legal kit and they forgot to install a lighted license plate or forgetting to install the 2nd battery not once, but twice... Through all this BS the dealership has yet to apologize. read more

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive having been a long time customer with Apache, old school bike store compared to the new big shiny location, however I walk away very pleased. My 2008 C14 needed a big service and also the brakes checked due to a very hard rear pedal. After the technician was in communication with Kawasaki it turned out the ABS module was bad and that was a very expensive item. Talking to Tony he suggested I talk to Kawasaki which I did. Kawasaki in turn saw there was no resolution to the ticket so they called Nash. It turned out Kawasaki covered the ABS unit and installation. It says a lot about the dealer to help and at least try options to help where they could have just as easily said that it is the cost. It may not work for everyone but it did for me. read more

My X3 needed some work that would have been covered under warranty but my factory warranty was out so I thought I was out of luck. A friend told me to call Nash Powersports and see if there was anything they could do. I was reluctant to call because I did not purchase it there and it was out of warranty but thankfully I did. I called and talked to Eric Hancock. He went way above and beyond communicating with Can-Am and was able to get them to take care of the repairs even though it was out of warranty. I also had them do my scheduled maintenance and he was great to talk to explaining the things that are recommend and also what other riders have seen and recommended. They were incredibly flexible on me getting it there and picking it up. Over the years I have been so frustrated with big dealerships I had pretty much given up on going there but this experience has given me hope. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism I received from Eric and everyone I dealt with through the process. Nice to see a dealership in the Valley with great customer service. read more

I took it in, they looked at it right away, it was the battery that I had bought from them 8 mos prior and they swapped it out, reset my clock, and put new screws in the windshield, all free of charge. If I could give 0 stars I would, please be smart and don't go to this dealer at the Phoenix location. They try to suck all the money they can from you. I went in to get quoted for a canam x3 Max ds, was planning to give more then half of the price down and finance the rest they tried to give me a ridiculous interest rate and was very insistent on me getting a extended warranty packet. Which would bump up the price $3-5k more, I get it, they try to sell for commission, but once we negotiated for a fair interest rate and no extended warranty. He told me to come back the next day to finalize the deal since it was already late. I call next morning on my way with cashiers check just to confirm we are still on with te deal and for my surprise he tells me someone had already went in to give a deposit. When the shop wasn't even open yet. My plan was to get there as soon they opened but "someone" had gone in to buy it before business hours!!! He wasn't going to make enough commission I guess and lied! Waisted my time and they ran my credit for nothing! Be smart go somewhere else don't make the same mistake! read more

Had service for a 2005 KLR 650. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Standard shop rates, but very knowledgeable. I feel the service manager, Troy, really went out of his way. Wish they could work on my car! Note: they won't work on anything older than 10 years old. The showroom looks quite extensive too with Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha in stock. Used bikes too. read more

My work isn't too far from this apache cycle center. I like them more than Ridenow. The staff seems more knowledgeable and quick to help me out. They had the part I needed for my yamaha raptor in stock. They also had quite a few items on out on the floor like oil, uni filters and other stuff. I'm giving Nash a 1 star review as the service shop in Mesa is horrible. I recently took 2 of my cars there to get looked at for simple issue. One car was in need of a steering rack, the second car had a fuse issue. They fixed the fuse in the second car and charged me $130 for that. Once I got the car back they left a fuse out on a fan for the intercooler and also disconnected the Spod that runs all the accessories. I had to pay my regular mechanic to fix those issue that came out of the trip to Nash. Now I had my regular mechanic put this steering rack in that Nash said was needed, they told him to bring it back today to program the new DSP to the computer. Well it's almost 7 at night and they haven't programmed the computer. Now we have to take it to adrenaline in casa grande to get done what Nash said they would do. Needless to say Nash has horrible service department. I bought one of my 2 cars from Nash for cash and the sales side is great but the service side has really got me bent. read more

Especially if you were persuaded to pay the deposit for a motorcycle that turned out to have been damaged in an accident? And they only told you after you insisted 5 times on some documentation? And here it is a month later, and they have not refunded my deposit. But ... I'm not through with them. i bought a 1999 honda shadow ace. i called for honda serviceing . they refused,said my bike was tooooooooo oldddd!!!!!!!!! they recomended me to a mexican guy two miles away. who charged me $184.00 for parts he said he was ordering from apache honda. then he charged me for 4 hours of labor at $240.00. !! they both burned me , never again . read more

A few weeks ago I went to Apache Phoenix, and these guys went above and beyond for me. I went in to trade in my old bike for a Kawasaki Concourse. Unfortunately, I didn't have the paper work for a title, so I couldn't do the trade in. The guys at Apache did more than they were suppose to. They called up and talked to the guys at Kawasaki and got me the title I needed to get the Concourse. Not only that, but they helped me finance and pay off my old bike so I could make the trade and finally get on the bike I've been dreaming of. Apache Phoenix knows how to treat its customers. I thought it was impossible. An ATV dealership with customer service???? Reasonable prices???? Actual callbacks???? Didn't think it existed. Requested info on a Can Am advertised on their website. Within a day received a call from Ronnie. I had a trade so I wanted to work out the numbers before I made the long drive there. They were reasonable on the price and trade value. Now for the moment of truth, the dreaded trip to the dealership. Met Ronnie who was friendly and quite laid back. He had Luis take me for a couple of test drives. Luis was great. Knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Eric the Service Manager answered all my questions and seemed to give his honest opinion when asked. I chose one and we worked the numbers. The numbers given to me on the phone were the actual numbers they gave me. Made the deal and I left with my new toy. Very happy. I had tried to buy from a couple of other dealerships who shall remain nameless (Ridenow and Iron City, oops) with no luck. If I got a callback they either never followed up of had ridiculous upcharges added to the advertised price afterwards. Nash may be the only place in the valley to go when shopping for a bike or new toy. I will be returning to the service department in the next week or two to have something added to my toy. I will update this review then but actually expect great service and good pricing. Thanks guys, you made this a pleasant experience. read more

I never licensed or registered a quad I bought in 2003 from Apache . Lost the title . Ok MVD I am yours ..Well after 5 weeks and 3 trips I was able to get a bonded title . My bike, a 04 TRX 500, had an engine that was having a problem and it obliviously needed some kind of repairs. Before I brought the bike to Apache Phoenix, I brought it to another dealership, who apparently were not using their heads, because they told me I was going to have to replace the entire engine. This would have broke the bank, but before I let them do that I went to Apache and they took a look at the bike and found that all that needed to be done was to fix the back cam shaft bearing and the rest of the engine would be fine. This cost me under $400 bucks, way cheaper than ripping out the engine and putting a new one. Apache knows what they are doing. If I ever have a problem again, I'm going to Apache before anyone else. read more

I have been taking my 1999 Kawasaki Voyager to Apache for the last few years. Each time they have told me they don't like to take bikes 10 yrs old or more because anything could happen, but always took mine because it was in good shape and they knew anytime I had an issue with it, I had it addressed immediately. I was always happy with the service they performed, but I cannot excuse this issue. The paint on my bike was almost pristine when I took it in as I always keep it clean & wax it frequently. I've had the bike for 15 years, Apache had it for a week and when I picked it up the paint was bubbled & peeling on the lid of the trunk, and both saddle bag lids in a splatter pattern. When I confronted the service manager upon pick up, he immediately responded, that is why we don't like to take bikes that are over 10 years old, cause anything can happen. He explained that they kept it out back in their fenced in compound while awaiting parts and it was exposed to the sun. The high temp while the bike was in their possesion was 72 degrees. It has been left in the sun with temps over 120 degrees in the past 15 years. The staff of Apache swears no one spilled anything on it and asked me what did I expect from a 15 year old paint job. I would certainly not expect it to go from pristine to trashed in a week and certainly not in a splattered pattern. I couldn't believe they would not step up to the plate and take care of this issue. When all was said and done, they offered to take 10% off of the paint job. When I refused they tried to make it sound as if they were trying to work with me. I would rather spend the rest of my life telling my side of the story for 10%. Yep, my bike is 15 years old, I'll probably need a new one in a year or two. Guess where I won't be purchasing my next one Apache and I can assure you each time the word motorcycle or bike comes up, I will tell my story!!!! read more
