My experience with Tyler was phenomenal. He took the time to make sure my family was provided the best information to select appropriate helmets. Tyler was extremely professional and gave the impression he cared for my families needs. I would definitely recommend Tyler as a sales person for any safety equipment you may need. I will return to this business in the future because of my experience with Tyler and his staff. read more

Best prices in town, they beat ride now by over 3200 on the can-am we bought / thanks Tim and Jesse for awesome service

I found this dealer to be most helpful in answering my questions and directing me to someone who could solve my problem.

I've been going to this place since 2009. Never had a problem with staff bugging me or not knowing what they're talking about. I've even had them work on an old quad I had. They told me when would be best to bring it in to get it out next day. They have plenty of parts on the shelf like oil /filters/ handle bars. I'll continue to buy from these guys when I'm on their side of town. Otherwise I will go to the Apache cycle close to work in Phoenix read more

Prime UTVS are in high demand and I was looking everywhere for a triple black can am maverick x3 max x rs turbo rr. Jesse, the Mesa branch sales manager, found one for me and gave me a great price up front without any of the annoying back and forth games that all the other shops always play. When I went in to check out the vehicle, Jesse was first class and he connected me with Cole in the parts department to hook me up with what I needed to get the UTV out the door how I wanted it. Cole was great, knowledgeable and honest and didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. Next, Jesse set me up with Zachary in the sales department to give me a thorough tour/tutorial of the vehicle and answer the many questions I had. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'm sure I asked some very basic questions given that I'm a newbie, but he never made me feel dumb and was always patient. Great experience here and I really appreciate the team given my experience with the competitors. I almost gave up on buying a Side x Side because I couldn't stand dealing with the used car salesman culture that permeates at every other competitor. Other than Nash, all the other guys would give me rip-off price quotes when I asked for their best offer. I mean really, when pricing information can be so easily attained, it drove me crazy when I would walk into a place and they would quote me thousands above fair market hoping I was a sucker. To me that sales model is a dying breed and is analogous to them trying to pick my pocket, and hoping I'm uninformed and don't catch them in thievery. I can see it in those salesmen's eyes that they are drooling, hoping I bite on their sucker prices. Soooo greasy. I walked out of their doors immediately at those places. Jesse and team at Nash didn't play that game and I appreciate it. read more

The purchase experience was great, the service department is terrible. Make an appointment to bring in a brand new Honda Talon, never once on the phone did they mention there was a charge to do a damage inspection. Then husband drops off, they make him sign some papers, come to find out its $180 just to "look at " the machine. No one tells you this with words, its just in the papers they make you sign, and he probably should have read. Damage estimate is $1200, for a part you can buy online for $400. They won't release the Talon until you pay the $180, then the service guys says " Dude, you have insurance, why don't you just let us fix it and we'll get your money back" Ummm, insurance fraud? So you can overcharge my insurance to line your pockets? No thank you. Last time we will do business there, and have reported to the BBB. read more

Staff is helpful but basically I should take my quad elsewhere to fix it because they are so expensive. Twice the cost of another shop.

Excellent and professional business every time i come in. The guys are all smart an get you exactly what need as soon as they can. Tyler in parts has pulled through on some things for me numerous times now. I bought my Can Am Maverick from them and i get it serviced there as well! Nothings but good things about this place! read more

Brought my 2002 Gold Wing in for the recall and other service work, Pete And Steve made it an awesome no hassle experience, this was my 1st time I've been here for service and would highly recommend them, work was completed same day and they even cleaned the bike up for me, that was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again !!!!!!! read more

My son is in Mesa for school and had a problem with his bike. He is still developing his mechanical ability, so we called around and found a shop close to him that had pretty good reviews and seemed to be straight up after discussing the problem with them. Left bike at this other shop so they could do a diagnostic. After several days at the other shop they did nothing to diagnose much less fix the problem, but they did charge for a "diagnostic" to try and sell new tires, chain, sprocket etc. Long story short, not a good experience at the 1st place he went to. We then contacted the guys at Apache. These guys a very knowledgeable and helpful. Without having to take the bike in, not only did they give him some DIY fixes to try, they spent time walking him through the process. Turned out to be a relatively easy fix and bike runs great again. Would highly recommend the guys in Apache's service department. read more

We just purchased a 2017 Can Am Spyder at Nash. What a great experience! Jesse, Dennis, and Darrel were fantastic. No pressure. Just fantastic concern for the customers wants and budget. Other dealers should take a page from the Nash customer care manual. 5 stars, guys and thanks. read more

i bought a new can am x3 max XRS on sept 22 from a salesmen named (Dennis) and that part was great. but i had a pop in the front end so i brought it back 1 week later (180miles) to the service department to (Harley). he said it was in the front shocks and i would have to pay for a couple of hours for them to fix it and that the warranty would not cover it so i told them not to touch it and i would pick it up and bring it to someone that knows what they are doing with shocks. so needless to say i was upset having just bought the machine ($35,000) and the extended warranty, so i went to talk to (Dennis) and the sales manager and they promised they would take care of it and call me to let me know when to bring it back to get it fixed but they never called. i brought the car to MST Off-road and had them go through all the shocks ($2,000) and the pop was still there. I went and tightened up all the front end bolts and now its gone so i will never go back to nash powersports and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not only did they mis-diagnose the problem, they brushed me off less than one week after purchasing a brand new machine. read more

I am so glad that I checked this place out after being discouraged by another dealership. Having just completed the MTC course, I was looking into getting my first motorcycle. Rikki was the salesperson who helped me out, and I could not have asked for a better experience! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, he was not at all a pushy salesman (unlike those at the "other" dealership). He made sure that I got the bike that I wanted, rather than what somebody might think I wanted. There was no pressure to buy a bigger bike, or a more expensive bike, and he totally listened to my opinions on every bike I sat on. I will be recommending Apache Motorcycles to all of my friends and family who are looking for a new toy, parts, or accessories. read more

Caution when buying a used bike from these guys. I realized that buying a used bike would cost me more than if I bought it directly from a person directly. I believed the trade off would be that the dealer would have thoroughly gone through the bike before putting it for sale (Oh so I should not need a second opinion from soemone else). I tried to test drive the bike before purchasing it, but the solid answer was no. Under no circumstances do they let you test drive (OK I get the insurance issue, even though I have my own). So I couldn't get a second opinion if I wanted to. I bought the bike anyways, as it was the one I had been looking for (2006 VFR800). On my ride home the bike felt and sounded odd, but I had previously owned a cruiser, so maybe they are suppose to sound and feel like this and I just needed to get use to it. I rode it the next day and it just didn't seen right so I called the Apache dealer in Phoenix (I live in Phoenix not Mesa) and asked if they would just ride it around the block and tell me if the bike was running as it should. They got me in the next day (2 days after purchase) and guess what the chain drive needed to be replaced. That was the cause of the odd feel and sound. Instead of them working with the Mesa store, I had to call the Mesa store and work with the sale guy to let him know of the issue and ask what he was going to do. We talked, he called the Phoenix store to verify and asked if I wanted to bring it to Mesa or Phoenix to replace the chain drive (free of charge). I scheduled it for the Phoenix dealer. While they replaced the chain I also asked that they look over the entire bike as I was going on a 1500 mile trip with the new bike in 2 days. They did and said nothing else was wrong. Wow, replacing the chain drive made a world of difference. Later that day I was talking with some biker friends and they asked if they changed the sprocket too. I said no, why. They explained that typically the sprocket is always changed at the same time.the chain is replaced. So now I am nervious again, I take it to another mechanic and have them do a once over to see if It needed anything. Guess what...it did. Some how both dealerships missed the fact that there was too much oil. Not a little over but alot about a cup (He showed me). So I had him drain it to an acceptable level. Also the clutch fluid needed to be changed. He said I could hold off until after my trip. Ok so I bought a used bike from a dealer who abviously doesn't / didn't do a full inspection before selling it and I had to spend my time and money to correct things they should have done or told me about. I can't speak to the new bikes, but if you buy a used bike from these guys plan on spending more money to have it inspected again as they don't do a thorough job. read more

We bought brand new sea doo spark 9 months ago.7k cash.. Took it in for a warranty issue in 4 months later in October kept getting told were working on it and couple weeks would go by and nothing would be resolved. Just told we're at seadoo's mercy they email us and we try it but hard to get parts cause of snow storms and sea doo is out of country???? (Howver when they were selling me this jet ski NO ONE BROUGHT THIS UP) Finally I started making a case myself with sea doo directly... one week later issue fixed. But after four months of our ski sitting outside and shuffled around during the winter we got it back. Scratched and dinged up tool marks on it. Looking like a old beater ski. This dealership was asked to keep my cover on the ski multiple times it took me stopping by 3 times and REMINDING THEM i gave them the cover for a reason use it!...but when we picked it up they just covered it and set it on my trailer and said okay thanks have a good one. However upon us strapping it down my wife noticed the had left the plug completely out. And there were stains on the. white seats. And there were grease marks and dirty hand prints everywhere. Just a let down. My wife was in tears. She treats her ski like it's her kid. . They treated it like it was a four month burden they were so happy to be rid of. Did nothing about it. Dea doo offered to replace seat under warranty and extend my factory 1 year...this dealership hasn't even offered any apology. Let alone to detail out or ski. Sad part is we just bought a brand new kawasaki stx 15f somewhere else. They lost out on a waverunner sale...cask..10k. . read more

Brought my VTX1800 in for what I thought was a quick and simple job - needed a front / rear tire. Brought the bike in by appointment. Nearly 3.5 hours later, finally finished. 3.5 hours for two tires?? O the Honda books it shows 1.5H labor. I've personally removed and reinstalled both tires consecutively in about an hour. Granted they had to replace the tire itself - but hardly 3.5 hours worth of effort. While I was there, they were also working on another individuals tire - apparently, they broke the TPMS sensor while repairing and were having an issue getting a replacement to even work. Just my impression - based on this, and actually watching them in action, I have no faith in the ability of their service personnel. I think they have one or two competent guys - and if your lucky to get one of them probably okay - but they also have a handful that seem completely incompetent and incapable. Just my two cents... read more

This is my first experience with Nash Powersports since the change of ownership from Champion. I took my SeaDoo in for service ahead of my annual trip to Lake Powell. The ski wasn't running and the tech diagnosed it as a bad full pump. I authorized the $1200 repair and they had it completed in a few days. When I arrived at Lake Powell and took the ski out for a ride, it overheated within the first ten minutes. The exhaust heat burnt a hole in the resonator (waterbox), the bilge filled with water and the ski began to sink. I was able to get it pulled to shore by another boat. On this particular ski, there is a water line that runs over the fuel tank where the fuel pump is located. The water line has a plastic T-fitting that sends water to the engine and exhaust. That fitting was broken and the water line to the engine was disconnected. This obviously was damaged during the fuel pump replacement. The shop can rebut this and say it was already broken but the fact is it wasn't. The waterline would have needed to be moved to get the fuel pump out. If the tech broke the fitting, why not just replace it? It's probably a $10 part. Maybe he didn't notice the damage? It would have been evident testing the ski with a water hose hooked up which obviously didn't happen. As a result, I spent almost two full days of my vacation diagnosing the heating issue and figuring out a replacement fix for the damaged resonator and T-fitting. A new resonator is about $300. As an aside, I was told by the service adviser when I picked the ski up not to bring it back for service since it was over 10 years old. The reasoning was the 'technology was obsolete' and they didn't have the proper diagnostic equipment. Really? The engine in my ski is still being manufactured for BRP's snow machines. Lame. Needless to say, I would not recommend Nash Powersport's service department to any PWC owners. read more

Terrible shop with terrible customer service. Took my bike in for a recall and they told me 2 days max. I called after 1 week. Still hadn't touched it. Then I called another week later told me they couldn't do the work cause my water pump seal was bad. ( I verified with Suzuki that part was covered in the recall) I agreed to pay the extra just get my bike done. Another week goes by with no contact so I call and once again get MJ on the phone and he didn't know? Finally call in another week to find out my bike is done. WTH why didn't they call me? Go pick up my bike tell Eddie the manger how I never got one call through this whole process and he tried to make things right and agreed that was wrong. I get the bike home and the brake pedal is missing? Find it in the bed of my truck with the springs. Then I tried to start the bike won't start. They unplugged some wires and never put them back. I then start it and it sounded way funny so I shut it off. Took it to another reputable shop. There is no oil in the bike! WTH are you serious!!! Had to do more work now and put oil in and check the top end to make sure it didn't damage anything! Cost me another $210! Called Apache said bring it in we will make it right? And they said they told me that there was no oil in it! Seriously! I said well Suzuki sent oil and coolant as part of the recall right? Yes he says. So you didn't do what Suzuki paid you to do and didn't even give me the oil! Just terrible customer service and I would not recommend you to take anything there! read more

I ve been to many MC dealers in the last 20 years, so I know what to expect. Apache has never been pushy with sales. I have looked at gear and new bikes with minimal sales help (intrusion). The parts desk is ok. They can look up a part and charge you - don't expect some type of awesome service when you are there to buy a special nut and washer for $5. Also, the parts desk doesn't seem to have overall knowledge of mechanics, so don't expect for them to diagnose and offer suggestions on what parts you need. They are ok - at least better than rude and pushy. read more

Went in to look at a used Polaris 50 for my grandsons bday and after getting no help found it on my own. While walking around for several minutes I finally grab a salesman and ask him about it, which he has no clue on and tells me two different prices. He logs me in finally and than leaves me hanging around 45 minutes. I finally leave thinking they do not want any of my bulging pocket of cash. About two hours later I receive a call from the general manager giving me some bs story and a price 200 bucks cheaper than a new atv. Save your money and stay away from these idiots as their crooks. Took my cash and bought a new machine for my grandson. Than they call and harass you that way. STAY AWAY! read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. They changed their name but their service still sucks. Bought a used bike and with less then 500 miles on it now needs almost $2000 in repairs. They keep saying that it is a different company then Apache Motorcycles but it is the same. Stay away from this business they are crooks and do not believe in taking care of their customers. read more

Got my first motorcycle here. Had a terrible experience with Ridenow so my friend recommended Apache. The overall vibe is like night and day. This location is so laid back. Jesse was really insightful in helping me choose my first cruiser. I told him exactly what I was going to use the bike for and how often I was going to ride. He pointed me to a 2012 Yamaha V-Star 950. My credit wasn't the greatest since I was still working on getting my student loans back to current but Jesse was able to make a great deal on the bike with my budget and was cool enough to adjust the price of the bike so that my payments were affordable. After I was approved, he walked me through the financing process and was very correspondent from the moment I signed the paperwork until the day I picked up the bike. It was almost as if he knew the bike was going to be mine. Loved his attitude and no-pressure sales vibe. He definitely made this buying experience a pleasant one. Go see Jesse if you're looking to buy your first bike. read more

The guys in the maintenance department are awesome, it's nice to know that if there's an issue with my bike I can't fix (or don want to) they have the knowledge, understanding, and caring to fix it right. Also when I went in to have an issue fixed they showed me something else thy needed to be fixed ( which I knew about) so add honest to the list of reasons I recommend them to everyone who I know that rides. From sports bikes to dirt bikes top notch... read more

STEER CLEAR OF TIRE REPAIR! Apache Motorcycles Mesa store may have excellent sales and service but the tire repair service is a disaster. Apparently they hire what ever kid is looking for a job and put him to work with out any training what so ever. Three times I have had a bad experience here. The first was so much tire mounting liquid slopped into the tire that it went out of balance at speed. The second was wheel weights so poorly mounted I refuse to accept it and made them re balance it. The third (and last) was a simple puncture repair. They use a patch that has a nipple in the center, the idea being to force the nipple thru the puncture. It looks like they took a knife to the tire and cut a ragged hole larger than the puncture in the tire to get the nipple thru....and it still leaks! (No surprise). I've been using their tire shop for several years because its close and convenient but no more. I would rather drive an extra 20 miles to a shop I trust than take my tire repairs to these amateurs. I suggest you do the same. read more

There customer service is terrible. I had to come back because they did not do there job right.

Buyer beware we bought two jet skis at this dealer and before we could even get them home they damaged one loading it. Then we brought it back to have it repaired and they damaged it again. Brand new ski with a torn foam platform and they didn't drain the fluids when they flipped it over to repair the hull damage. read more

Have no clue what type of three ring circus the service shop is trying to pull off. Had my 2006 GSXR 1000 In for a simple Valve adjustment was quoted over the phone $330 get there first thing they have me do is buy 90 bucks in parts. Told me I had to bring my bike in cold so they could do the adjustment. So i loaded it up in my truck the night before drove it there and dropped it off. Day later I get a call bike is done but they tried starting it and it wouldn't idle/run and was pouring out black smoke, not exactly what you want to hear after you drop off your perfectly running bike. They asked if they could look into the problem more I said yes so they disconnected my power commander and found out that was the cause of the problem. $325 Being hard to believe seeing how its less than a year old and was working just fine the day before. When I went into the shop to pick up the bike they said they would hook back up the power commander and show me the problem. They started it up for me and long behold it was running just fine just like before. So I have no clue what were they trying to do if they were trying to scam me into buying a new power commander and also charging me for them to look or a problem that never was their. I have a feeling they hooked something up wrong the first time and correctly the second but do you think they would knock off some money off my $550 dollar bill nope this shop was very unprofessional and I would advise you to stay away from this shop. Lesson learned. Also when I brought my bike back home I noticed an air box screw stripped as well as the case cover bolt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going some where else for service. read more

I've been patronizing Apache Motorsports for many years, Parts and Service and they did a decent job. I stopped in for some basic hardware for the Maverick and found that the business is now under new Ownership, so thought I would give them a chance and put their customer service to the test. Long story short, bought three items, 1 in stock, two were special order, basic stuff. After 1st week I called and was told not in yet. Called at the end of the 2nd week, 1 item in and the other for some unexplained reason was not ( 2nd item #8 bolts). At the end of the third week went down to collect my parts and was told that the 3rd item had been canceled, why,by who,unknown...I left. Told the wife I didn't think I would ever be going back ,so she called to talk to the Store Mgr, and was promptly sent to his a voice mail, later the Parts Mgr called and he said it looked to him like I received substituted parts and that my order had been filled and suggested she call me and confirm that before he credited our account a total of $4.50 + tax. I've been a consumer of Powersport Products for 45 years, I believe this is the worst "first impression" of a new Bike house there has ever been. NOT IMPRESSED read more

strike 3! I am rebuilding an old honda motorcycle. so yeah i know that find in stock parts will be next to impossible. the first time i tried to get parts from them i called on a tuesday while i was at work. the parts department put me on hold for 30 minutes! i decided to just order my parts online. so i get them and of course they are wrong. I emailed the parts manager to tell them what a joke their establishment is, a few days later i get a response full of excuses... Tuesdays are a busy day.... if you called and spoke to someone we could have ordered the right parts.... ALL SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE..... okay, he had some valid points. so the next time i need a honda specific part i tried them again... this time it was a brake light switch. i called and again was put on hold for an unacceptable period of time.eventually i get someone on the phone and place my order. this was on a sat. the guy informs me that the order won't get placed until tuesday because they are closed on monday. No problem, i am in the service business too so i understand this. i ask him when will the part be shipped out. he tells me wednesday. i live in the same city as them so i figure by thursday the part should be on my door step. Thursday... no part Friday... no part. i called the store again and talked to a kid, he finds my order and says "there was a problem with ups, let me look into it and i'll call you back" 45 min. later i get a call back. the part was IN their warehouse in Phoenix the whole time, UPS never picked it up because they never processed the order. he tells me if i want to come down to their warehouse before they close i can get my part today. they close at 4 its 45 min away and the time was 3:30pm. i tell him unless i can sprout wings there is no way i can get there in time. so i get the part on Tuesday and (drum roll please) ITS THE WRONG F****ING SWITCH. i ended up modifying the housing to accept it. so this past wednesday i called and asked about brake pads. i don't care if they are oem i just need brake pads. the kid tells me "yeah we have them in stock" i cannot make it down there until saturday so i go down there today. after standing in line for 20 min. i finally get waited on. the old guy behind the desk doesnt start off very well by telling me they didn't even MAKE my bike in the year i bought it. I correct him as my blood begins to boil because if you've actually read the last 2 paragraphs, their track record is not so good.He tells me they don't stock them, i don't tell him that i called on thursday and they said they are in stock, there was a line of people waiting patiently behind me and if i wasnt going to get what i came in for why should they wait any longer.your money would be better spent at Western honda if your looking for the honda stuff or Skunk motorsports for biker parts.
