Restrooms with showers - super clean
    Kristin F.

This is a nice little RV Park! We came in around dinner time and we got desert to go from the restaurant - big milkshakes and pie and ice cream. Delicious! The restroom/showers were super clean and the service was great! Our only complaint was all the mosquitos! We normal eat outside and take the dog for walks, but we stayed indoor this time. It wasn't so bad if you have repellent on. Bummer coffee shop wasn't open the morning we left - but that ok! Next time! We would definitely stay again if misquoto

Only RV Park, gas, store, restaurant, laundry facility between Burns south past the Steens Mountain horse management area. But, the best part is the prices are good, the owners are very nice and willing to go the extra mile, it's super clean, and overall just a nice place to stay. If you are just passing through or looking for a place to stay to go looking for wild horses or bird watching, you cannot beat this place.

This establishment is wonderful. Tina (I believe the owner) is so kind and genuine. The food is great. The milkshakes are absolutely amazing! I recommend stopping by when passing by or like me, drive in form Burns and enjoy yourself!

Great place on the way out of Burns toward Frenchglen. Gas, showers, best burgers and milkshakes you can imagine. Highly recommended.

Stopped in yesterday for the first time and had a great clubhouse sandwich. The owner/chef was great and kinda cute.

Great place. Inexpensive and friendly. Don't get caught up in the local stuff around the protests here. Just enjoy the area.

Burns,OR May 2026…read more We came on a Wednesday night and there were only three other tables that were occupied. At 6:15 all the tables are filled. The restaurant is very clean. The floors, the food, the tables, the chairs. I am very impressed. My husband and I ordered a half chicken salad to share and we also split the chicken Alfredo. The Chicken salad was large. I found it hard to believe it was only a half portion. The salad came with a very large portion of shredded torn, hot chicken. The lettuce was Romaine and it had diced tomatoes with shredded cheese slices of cucumbers, large slices of red onion, and croutons. It was supposed to come with a sliced egg, but there was none on the salad. The chicken Alfredo was a very large portion. There was more chicken on the salad then in the chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce tasted smoky. I swear there was a half a pound of pasta in that dish. Like all the other portions of food it is very large. They serve fresh bread with butter to the table. The bread is delicious. The waiter said they make it here. We were offered dessert but we chose you to decline. They have a display case of three different kinds of pies, bars, chocolate cake, cheesecake, and more. My only complaint is that the booths are so far from the table. I had to eat at the end of my bench. But I love that the backs of the booths are so very tall. You can't see your neighbor behind you. I was finished eating and pushed my plate away. My husband was still eating his food. The waiter came up to see if we needed anything else. As we were talking to him, an older woman came by interrupted our conversation with the waiter and started to take all of our plates. My husband was not finished eating, but since she piled the plates on top of each other, we were now done. Perhaps in the future, she should ask if we are finished before removing them from the table. The staff is friendly. The food is ginormous and delicious. This is definitely a place if I were passing through I would stop and eat again. I give this restaurant 4.7 stars.

Stopping over in Hines on our west coast trip, we needed a dinner place. All recommendations…read morepointed to The Pine Room. It was busy when we got there so we had a bit of a wait. We were seated and it was indicated that it might take our server a little bit to get to us. Honestly, we didn't wait any longer than a typical restaurant that wasn't busy. All good. With its supper club vibe, the entrees include a shrimp cocktail, soup or salad, bread, and choice of potatoes. They do not scrimp on portions. Even my wine choice was a healthy pour. The room was decorated with lots hangings that felt homey and welcoming. I chose the pork chop as my entree. It was served nice and hot and cooked perfectly. It was a thicker, bone in cut, served with cinnamon apples on top. Very good. Salad was huge, shrimp cocktail was served in a small stemmed dish with a dollop of cocktail sauce on top. Garlic mashed potatoes were buttery and creamy. Our server was great. We enjoyed this stop.

We were passing through town looking for a good lunch spot…read more After looking on Yelp, we found this place and hit the "directions" button. When we arrived there were no markings or signage on the exterior of the building, which made it a little hard to find or to be sure that we were in the right place. We decided to investigate anyway. Sure enough, it was there. The exterior and interior of the building were very well done. Inside was cute, clean, with a cozy atmosphere. Also, the temperature was perfect. We approached the counter where you order and briefly looked over the menus before settling on our order and putting our menus down. It was an uncomfortable 3 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the tatted gentleman behind the counter. Seemingly disinterested, he took our orders. We then found a nice table and sat down. After a reasonable amount of time our food was brought out. The Philly and chips (according to my companion) were great. The Mediterranean salad (according to my companion) was greatly overdressed, but other than that was crisp and fresh. My Korean wrap was good, however it was light on meat and packed full of rice, which I don't care for. Also rice was not mentioned in the ingredients list on the menu. If it were, I would have not ordered that item. In addition to that, the wrap was saturated with creamy siracha sauce. Which was a shame because other than that, the mentioned ingredients seemed to have good flavor potential. We ate our meals, and before leaving I stacked our plates and tiddied up our table. A female employee noticed this and made a kind remark, thanking me for doing this. It was a pleasant exchange and I was appreciative to have her positivity before we left. I wanted to love this place. and I think with a few tweaks, this place could really rock it.
