I have ordered from this Pizza Place for years, Today I ordered 2 pies, Plain and Pepperoni. My son went ahead and ate a slice and tells me "Mom they cut the slices weird" So I look and yeah seems odd they would slice it up in random sizes..seemed like there was no care or a left over pie. I've been coming here for years as it's right next door to home Depot and I'm in there at least twice a week. They are super reliable for a good slice of pizza or even a soup. The last time I came here, I tried their seafood soup for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. I'm glad it wasn't a red broth and it was more of a creamy broth and it had mussels, shrimp, and clams in it. It was fantastic. I asked server why there aren't any vegetables in napoli pizza and by then, the server noticed they made a meat pizza which I didn't order. The sauce that comes with it is also more impactful than other pizzeria. Chicken noodle soup is actually chicken rice soup, so don't expect to slurp any noodles. The chicken is white meat, the broth is very savory and rich. Soup comes with 2 HUGE THICK pieces of bread with a very soft center. French fries they are basic fries but the portion is HUGE and they were very crispy when they arrived. Cannoli was nothing special, not bad, but not out of this world. Large house salad with grilled chicken. It is about 2 chicken breast chopped up, which is a lot. The salad portion is also very generous. Stopped at Napoli Mania today for lunch. Chose a slice of the Meat Lovers pie. It was delicious. It was so good that I ordered a full 18" version of the pie ($21.50) to take out. Upon opening the box when I got home, I noticed the meat toppings were spread unevenly about the pie with some seriously uncovered areas. The biggest disappointment was there was no ham or bacon on the pie. Plenty of pepperoni and sausage with some meatball It didn't look or taste anything like the slice I ate at the store. Absolutely horrible customer service! I called ahead and placed an order. I was told that I could pick it up 15 minutes later. Showed up 20 minutes later and order was not ready nor was an explanation given. I had to ask two more times about my order. 40 minutes later, I told them that I wanted a refund because I was not going to wait another minute more for my food. Cashier didn't even acknowledge me. Instead, she went to speak with person in charge and they both went into the kitchen. Five minutes later, they came back with my order and not even an apology. Food was bland and cold! Will never return! Do not tell your customers that their order will be ready in 15 minutes when you cannot keep up with your orders. You should seriously provide customer service training to your employees because they lack basic communication skills and should not be customer facing. Very disappointed! read more

Napoli's is located in a shopping center that may have some of the worst parking around but this is easily one of my favorite lunch spots. I am usually the first to suggest that we go here on a Friday at the office for a huge slice of pizza that is loaded with toppings. If we are ordering takeout I will always get the Napolitano salad with grilled chicken, the mozzarella is fresh, the roasted peppers are sliced so nicely and the chicken is moist. The menu is pretty big at this place so there is something for everyone and the staff is very friendly. There are tables inside for quick diners but their takeout is pretty quick too. I gave it five stars simply because I do enjoy the guy who greets me at the cash register. He is a cutie pie but the only downside I have with this place is that they do not sell gyros. I swear I went there are a few times. The first time was for pizza (wonderful), the next time was for a specialty sandwich (wonderful), but was devastated when I saw they didn't have any gyro menu items. I would add that one thing to their menu. The place is a nice size, reminds me of a small neighborhood pizza parlor, authentic New York pizza slices, and everything is made fresh when you order it. This place used to be great, but has gone downhill since they went under new management. I purposely ordered my food an hour and a half before I usually go on break, and Grubhub said it would be there around 6:30, approximately half an hour before my break started. It didn't show up until almost 7:45. When I called the restaurant around 7:15 I was told it would be there in less than 5 minutes. The girl I spoke to at the restaurant and the driver both seemed very nonchalant about the fact that my food (a cold sandwich and French fries) took so long to receive. I'm disappointed and won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. Update 8/24/18 - My family ordered from here tonight. One woman at the counter was very rude to me and argued with the other girl over which order belonged to which customer. I just "discovered" this place after many many years of shopping at the home depot across the parking lot. What a find! Not only is their pizza really interesting and delicious, but most surprising to me was how great their food is. It's authentic italian cuisine served in a pizza shop environment. Their mussels marinara is absolutely delicious and we've loved everything we've ever had there. Their appetizers and main dishes are very large portions but the main courses seem to take a little bit longer than some might like. We've never gone there in a hurry, and the appys are wonderful, so it's no problem for us. The staff there are very friendly and very accommodating. We couldn't ask for a nicer bunch. Just found this little gem and so glad I did. Delicious, crispy pizza (both plain and speciality) and the soups are fresh/homemade. Pasta fagioli is yummy and chicken noodle has huge chunks of chicken. Chicken parm sandwich is huge for the price and really good. Staff is friendly and food is always ready quickly.
