When I did speak with him he told me that the service dept couldn't help me in fact he said that GM doesn't allow them to do code resets of which was needed to fix the issue, at this point I became discouraged. I asked him what could be done? He said I that they would have to replace the entire radio system at $2600 because convertible camaro has a anti theft system and GM doesn't allow it to be rest, then said that if I found a place that does do system rests to please let him know. So I went down the street to another GM dealership and in less then a hr the system was rest at 179.00. Please be careful it seems as if Lou Bachrodt will not be fair. If fact there was another employee tryna give me an estimate for my vehicle as if I were there to trade or sell my convertible after I said no thank you she became bitter turned and walked away. When spoke with sales associate on the phone was told that the price didn't include BMW certification. The car is listed as certified on BMW site, on dealer site and even on carfax, which is false advertising. When called their sales manager, Dimitrios, I was accused of lowballing, interrupted when tried to explain my frustration in a very rude way. Very surprising to see this type of experience with BMW. It seems like they are not interested selling the car.

To see if it's under warranty. I told Brian in the service department SEVERAL times to not do any work on my car until they consult with me first.
