I was disappointed I didn't take advantage of this. But I did call 15 minutes before they were closing to see when I could make an appointment. He gave me choices of days and I immediately jumped on Monday morning. He said he wouldn't be into work cause he's off that day, but another employee named Matt would help me. He said that the brake inspection would be free. The following day, I arrive to my appointment 10 minutes early, and I was instructed by Matt what they were going to do. When I was in their weight room, I met a friendly local lady here for service as well. The waiting room was clean and organized with a vending machine but water was available. The lady and I had a nice conversation while we were waiting. The time went by quickly and it had been probably a half hour when he returned with good news. My brakes were in really good shape and so were my tires. He had paperwork to show what condition my car was in. Now I can drive safely to Southern California to visit my girlfriends. It's nice to go to a business with friendly, caring service.

CHP impounded my Audi on aug 21st 2024 They called kilroys to come and retrieve my vehicle from a parking space in front of holiday market grocery store. The audi was released to us from kilroys on aug 22nd 2024 after having to pay just under $900 to get it out of impound Here's the kicker. A bunch of my stuff was missing from my purse and toiletry bags inside the audi. These items were inside of my purse and toiletry bags which were inside the audi when kilroys came to pick it up. Items lost/STOLEN: a BOATLOAD of SEPHORA & ULTA BEAUTY products, creams, lotions, seeums, makeup, facial sorays, mists, setting sprays Also, my 2010 FORD F150 keys (value: $300) were no longer in my purse which was inside the audi for the duration of its 24 hour stay at Kilroys BEWARE don't leave any valuables in your car if its to be towed to kilroys for impound because they are NOT going to be in your car anymore when you pick it back up. From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it.
