Nobody is wearing masks, they were all terribly rude when I was trying to do a return for the part they ordered wrong in the first place. I came in to do a return, the shop putting on my parts didn't give me the box back. I simply asked if I could return my catalytic converter without the box and the employee snapped at me saying no box no return! I will never use this auto parts location again because the employees are extremely rude and don't care about their customers. I suggest anyone who reads this just continue down the hill to the Riebes on Palm ave. They accepted my return down there and were very nice. I have collectively spent thousands of dollars at this store over the course of my 19 years driving. I haven't bought every single part for the 30+ cars I've owned (yes, I have a problem) here, but I have bought any part or tool with a competitive price to online or to get a good warrantied part within walking distance of my place in case I get stranded. Better than shipping off parts and waiting weeks for internet companies. Only ever had a couple incorrect parts, but they always handle it with no issues and has never been the fault of the employee. Usually just because mid-year changes in vehicles or because the parts are rare/discontinued, but that is not to say that they CAN'T get you rare parts. They always get your parts as fast as possible also. read more

The two gentlemen helped us so much after a tow for overheating on the freeway. Advised me abt the proper coolant and 2nd helped us put it in. That was the magical moment of the day - he figured out what had happened to my fluid loss and solved the whole problem with 1 small replacement part - the radiator cap. I am absolutely a fan of Riebes! When my car battery died and couldn't hold a charge, I drove up the hill to Riebe's and bought my new battery (which btw was one of the best and priced the cheapest). One of the young guys was kind enough to swap out my old battery for the new one so I could get over to the high school to pick up my daughter on time. They are phenomenal in the customer service department and i will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come! read more

Friendly helpful staff. Pulled in via AAA tow truck with blown radiator hose. Did not have molded but had a flex hose and 2 gallons of antifreeze. 15 minutes and we were down the road on our trip. My wife came in for a battery because the battery light was on crew member did not ask any questions even after he was told the battery light was on did not offer to check her alternator which a smart salesperson would do oh I'm sorry you don't have sales people you have order takers but this is what you get when you do not pay minimum wage so I do have to take that into account here's the big tip don't go here never go there or you'll be treated rudely and end up going to Auburn to get your parts anyway read more
