Been going to what used to be Riebe's for 22 years. Went last week and the young man had an off…read moreday. Anyway, he had me place my bank card in the holder. It did its usual beeping and do not remove card. Then the machine clicked "Approved" so I took my card out. The salesperson then told me the transaction did not go through and I need to go to the cashier in the front of the store. I later checked my bank account and found (not to my surprise) two transactions of $50.76. I called and spoke with the manager who told me I had to bring my receipt in. I did the next day and the 40 year veteran salesperson told me the store is not responsible for the double charge and to take it up with the bank. It cost me $7.00 round trip to be denied crediting my account. The manager could've reversed the overcharge but chose not to. Where's Bart when you need him? Anyway, I came home and filed with my bank on the double charge. I am now tempted to shop at O'Reillys Auto Parts and/or Autozone. Great way to treat a long-time loyal customer - bye bye Napa...

Nothing like walking into a brand new store..so clean and organized! There is another Oreillys in the Brunswick basin as well. This one is bigger with ample parking. I go here to get my fuel additive and car products to keep my car clean. It is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is no long lines and appears to be well staffed ( some ate seasoned employees from the other store). If you get an Oreillys card (Just need your phone number to track) it will track you and also make you eligible for some of the great deals they have! I got my fuel additive for 2 for ten bucks with my Phone number ( most places sell it for 7.99 each). Definitely will be back when I am need of their services!

He said he never saw anything like that so we may go to Autozone who carries what we want. I then Googled O'Reilly Auto Parts and and put in the search: radiator pressure relief cap and lo and behold they carry what I want. Perhaps the salesperson needs to go for extensive training or go back to McDonalds as he has wasted our time. I filled out an online email at O'Reilly and just as I was about to enter the invoice number from our receipt, the system closed down. This might be done so as not to read any complaints. CHP impounded my Audi on aug 21st 2024 They called kilroys to come and retrieve my vehicle from a parking space in front of holiday market grocery store. The audi was released to us from kilroys on aug 22nd 2024 after having to pay just under $900 to get it out of impound Here's the kicker. A bunch of my stuff was missing from my purse and toiletry bags inside the audi. These items were inside of my purse and toiletry bags which were inside the audi when kilroys came to pick it up. Items lost/STOLEN: a BOATLOAD of SEPHORA & ULTA BEAUTY products, creams, lotions, seeums, makeup, facial sorays, mists, setting sprays Also, my 2010 FORD F150 keys (value: $300) were no longer in my purse which was inside the audi for the duration of its 24 hour stay at Kilroys BEWARE don't leave any valuables in your car if its to be towed to kilroys for impound because they are NOT going to be in your car anymore when you pick it back up. I pulled up on a busy Friday afternoon and walked in though the door expecting to enter an office, but found myself standing in the middle of a shop packed full of beautiful cars. I waited only a moment before Chuck peaked his head up over the dash of a fully restored ancient beauty. I told him my girl's top was sagging and he dropped his top to help me out. He spent about 20 minutes trying this and that until he found just the right thing to shore up my girl's droop. Cost? Free. He said it only took him a few minutes and was an easy fix. I tried to pay him, but he refused. Before he left I wanted to get his opinion on dying my suede side doors and he told me it would be too expensive. Clean it instead. Chuck saved me a lot of money all around! Yet another honest car genius. I'm thinking about what cars I can take to him for a paying gig. He has a shop full of gorgeous cars on which he's down some beautiful work. Chuck worked at finding the perfect color and perforation match for my torn up car seats. He ordered the leather and when it came in he called me to bring in my car. Now, it looks like new. The craftsmanship is impeccable! Great work.
