I go here to get my fuel additive and car products to keep my car clean. It is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is no long lines and appears to be well staffed ( some ate seasoned employees from the other store). If you get an Oreillys card (Just need your phone number to track) it will track you and also make you eligible for some of the great deals they have! I got my fuel additive for 2 for ten bucks with my Phone number ( most places sell it for 7.99 each). Definitely will be back when I am need of their services!

While I was there, I also needed some new lightbulbs for my bathroom. The employee who helped me was awesome he took the time to find exactly what I needed, replaced my batteries, and even fixed a little spring in my remote that kept popping off (huge help!). I first went to the old location about 6 weeks ago for help with my grandsons alternator. Today I went to the new location for assistance with my own vehicle. I recently had a dead battery, and was told by a tow truck driver that my battery was good, and the problem (according to his test meter) was most likely the alternator. MESC determined that the problem was in fact the battery, and not the alternator. On both occasions they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the testing and results. The tow truck driver had also given me some inaccurate information about the electrical system. Fortunately, I only had to purchase a battery, and not an alternator. Had I known about MESC at the time of my grandsons elec. problem, they could have replaced the brushes inside, instead of us purchasing a (new) rebuilt alternator from a big box parts store. Their prices were very reasonable, and I will definitely return there for any future electrical charging needs for my vehicle or ATV. MESC has been around over 60+ years, and definitely know what they are talking about.

Do not waste your money on this overpriced, scam of a service (took employee less than 60 seconds from register to cleaning and back to the register) with a manager that can't be bothered to get out of his chair and properly address the issue. Been going to what used to be Riebe's for 22 years. Went last week and the young man had an off…read moreday. Anyway, he had me place my bank card in the holder. It did its usual beeping and do not remove card. Then the machine clicked "Approved" so I took my card out. The salesperson then told me the transaction did not go through and I need to go to the cashier in the front of the store. I later checked my bank account and found (not to my surprise) two transactions of $50.76. I called and spoke with the manager who told me I had to bring my receipt in. I did the next day and the 40 year veteran salesperson told me the store is not responsible for the double charge and to take it up with the bank. It cost me $7.00 round trip to be denied crediting my account. The manager could've reversed the overcharge but chose not to. Where's Bart when you need him? Anyway, I came home and filed with my bank on the double charge. I am now tempted to shop at O'Reillys Auto Parts and/or Autozone. Great way to treat a long-time loyal customer - bye bye Napa...
