Food: 5/5 This is the best hotpot I've had. What separates it is the broth. We got the two broth pot with the coconut chicken broth and the mushroom broth. The coconut chicken broth was amazing and a must order every time. All the meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles were very fresh. There's also a dessert bar to make your own dessert. Service: 5/5 The service is extremely quick. The moment you finish a dish, they'll be over to take it off your table. Everyone's very friendly and helpful with explaining how to order. Ambiance: 5/5 The ambiance is modern, spacious, and lively without feeling overcrowded. The restaurant has a sleek setup with comfortable seating and a clean, upscale feel that elevates the typical hotpot experience. It's a great spot for group dinners, especially if you want a fun and interactive meal in a polished environment.

I didn't realize why everyone calls this place Panda Hotpot until I walked in and saw all the pandas everywhere. It's been on my list for a while, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The soup bases are actually better than Haidilao, which I wasn't expecting. I went with the trio pot because it felt necessary. We did the bone broth, beef tallow (medium spicy), and coconut chicken. The coconut chicken was my favorite. Slightly sweet, really clean, and light. Very comforting! It's perfect for veggies like cabbage and tofu, and it comes with chicken that you add in yourself. I'd order that again without hesitation. There's a wide variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The DIY sauce bar is solid and has everything you need, but the surprise was the dessert station. Being able to make your own dessert at the end was a nice touch and actually pretty good. Service was attentive throughout. Jeremy took care of us and made the whole experience smooth. Overall, strong spot. I'd come back.

So first off. This isn't a AYCE. It's a la carte. Don't get me wrong. Their selections are SLIGHTLY better then going to an ayce hotpot but for that price I would say they market it in a smart way with this whole "membership deal" you get discounts, and points and you get merch! Yes, MERCH! they target your kids with all these panda theme things and have them drooling for them. Entices you to sign up which is "free" so what you spend can turn into points where you can get merch and discounts for your meals. If you add it all up it's not THAT bad but they make sure that you get a bit of credits where it makes you come BACK again cause you don't want to waste the credits away. SMART! They also collab with the bubble tea next door where you can get a variety of choices and different sizes. Which again sugar up your kids. Did I also mentioned they have a freaking dessert station!? like make your own boba, grass jelly, soft tofu with toppings kind of dessert station. I'm not gonna lie. I made like 3 different kinds myself. Overall, for the price compare to others out there. It's not THAT bad. Service is on point and quick, their sauce stations are always clean and full, they have fancy soy sauces and it's complimentary of course part of your meal to make. Some places charges which is insane! I don't really see myself coming here again cause it is pricey. Granted they have some items that you won't see at ayce's. But, it's something I can live without. Just get me my lamb and beef and im all set! with the boba in hand of course! Parking can be a pain on the streets. They do have their own "lot" but it's tight so just be careful of driving in or out of it.

The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient, but the food didn't live up to it. The coconut chicken broth was much too sweet for my taste, and the vegetable selection was pretty limited, which was disappointing since that's a big part of the hot pot experience for me. Overall, it was underwhelming, especially for a $100+ meal. That said, it's very kid-friendly, even with a station of sweets and treats. The noise level reflects that, lively and on the louder side.

A very cute panda themed hotpot restaurant located on Northern Blvd, it has very limited parking in the back of the building so I would try to find street parking. I find the ingredients to be pretty good but also more expensive than other hot pot locations. They advertise their membership everywhere by putting the membership price on every single item. They had a decent sauce station with a few appetizers such as kimchi and cold noodles. Overall even though the quality was good, I feel like there are better options in Queens since its really saturated with hotpot restaurants. Went to three different hot pot places and finally got a seat in at this one. It was just a very cold snowy day and everyone wanted hot pot with long waits. We called and got lucky! We sat down, ordered and put on some bibs! They provided new boxes of tissue at every table to blow your nose from the spicy sauces. The bibs really saved our shirts. Next door is a tea shop that has a connecting slide door. Almost everyone goes next door to get some tea or milk tea to bring back over to enjoy hot pot with. The meat was excellent quality. They have so many more vegetable choices than what is offered in CA. Their dessert bar is phenomenal! There's the sweet tofu desert, red bean dessert, ice cream, candied fruit sticks, and more! I loved the booth seating. It was quite warm inside. You will leave smelling like hot pot, FYI. I am so glad we came here.

The dishes were very fresh and nicely presented. This Panda themed restaurant was very spacious too. There's a sauce station and a dessert station. The 2nd floor had a few tables but mainly was being used for staff to eat from what I saw that day. We enjoyed Fatty beef, beef tongue, fish tofu, tofu skin, ramen, and boneless duck feet. All came out to about $100 before tax. if you get their membership, it is cheaper but you have to purchase a set amount upfront. I paid $200 to receive $220 value and saved $9 on the meal. Next door is Tea Pulse too! get some egg tarts and boba while you're here.

Stopped by for some hot pot, sauce station is convenient and the dessert/ drink/snack/ fruit bar is great! There's coconut milk and milk tea, some candied grapes and coffee/vanilla ice cream. I tried 3 different broth, my favorite was the medium spicy soup, it's mostly oil but great for cooking meat, pay in cash for a discount. They'll give you a raffle for getting their giftcard. friendly staff and cute spot!

Triple broth

We love going here! Service is fast and staff is friendly! Food is fresh and delicious! We ordered triple broth- tomato, mushroom and hot and sour. We ordered beef, fish tofu, cabbage, mushrooms and corn. Everything was good. Ambiance is nice- theme is panda!

Love the takeout Malatang. So worth it! I can get a whole bowl for $10. This saved me on the night before the storm.

Plate setting , they also gave us hot towels to clean our hands.

First time trying Nanshan hot pot and surprised by the cute panda themed decor throughout the restaurant all the way to the panda themed bucket hats on the wait staff. Being this was our first time, they walked us thru the selection on the IPad and let us know we can order drinks next door from Teapulse. That was nice. Both meat and seafood selection were a good variety. Where things fell short was having to pay an additional price for the sauce bar, which I think should've been included. The good news: the broths were flavorful enough, that you really didn't need to dip into sauce. However, there was no order around it, people were cutting and crossing over each other. There was only one bathroom, which seemed odd for a place that size.' I'd come back again and try this on a weekday , as we were here for lunch on a weekend which was slightly busy.

Just wanted to share a quick food find--Nanshan Hotpot finally opened a location around our area, and I checked it out for the first time. The experience was honestly great! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. They even gave us hand towels when we sat down, which was such a nice touch. Right now, they're running a special: $139 for a 22-item hotpot set--super worth it for the quality and amount of food you get. If you're into hotpot or looking to try something new, I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

This AYCE hotpot and BBQ spot in Midtown is a great casual spot for dinner with friends. For their…read moredinner menu, you can do AYCE hotpot and bbq for ~$43pp, which also includes appetizers and some drinks. For alcoholic drinks, such as soju and beer, you can add ~$7pp for AYCD. The tables are spacious and the place is bright. We ordered a variety of meats and veggies for hotpot and bbq and it was alright. The hot pot is definitely better than the bbq as the meat quality was too fatty for bbq. Moreover, because they don't change the grills, the oils from the meat just pool onto the grill and the meats get really oily to eat after a while. We also got the fried chicken, spring rolls, and fried buns apps and I thought that the chicken and buns were good but the spring rolls were okay. The only thing I would have to say is that the service isn't the best. Although they are kind, half of the things we ordered never arrived or we had to constantly ask them to bring it out/check on our order.

I loved this place!…read more I came here on a late Friday night, probably around 8pm and was glad that they were still opened. We were greeted very welcomely and was seated right away. It was unusually cold in NY during this time (5/23/25) and initially we were seated by the door where we would catch the cold draft every time the door opened. We asked if we can switch seats and the waiter was more than helpful. I feel bad for not getting his name, because he was very helpful throughout the entire dinner service, but, I've been walking around in the cold all day and the only thing that was on my mind at that time, was a nice warm meal. I've done a lot of Chinese hotpots and this was the first that we get the soup and grill without a price difference. The selections were typical, some may say less than other places, but, I felt that less was better. When there is too much to chose from, you don't know what to pick or pick too much. The one thing that I did missed was fresh tofu. They had a variety of tofu but not fresh tofu. But, I probably shouldn't waste my stomach space on tofu for and AYCE, anyway, lol! We opt for an non-spicy and a spicy soup base. If you are like me and do not like mala (numbing spice), I would not recommend getting a spicy soup base. Even my cousin, that does like mala, said it was a little overbearing after a while. If you do love spicy, like me, they have a condiment station to make your own sauce and have several chili options to chose from that is not numbing spice. For the price and selections, I feel that it was very satisfying. I really enjoyed their homemade peach and kumquat lemon tea; but, order fast because once it's gone, you are out of luck! The place was clean and the noise level was average. I think this is the best Chinese hotpot place that I have experienced in USA and would definitely go back!

I'm also obsessed with the complimentary soft serve at the end--I don't normally like soft serve, but the milkiness of this one and the cone really hits the spot! Pretty large with a variety of table spaces and sizes. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. Service was good and they were pretty busy but it was only felt in my drink being delayed from the bar (placed before we ordered any food but showed up only after food arrived. Husband's beer arrived super fast though fwiw) My only gripe is the menu on the iPad thing - there are no descriptions of anything (including cocktails). We kept trying to click stuff on the iPad to see the description, but it was adding it to the cart. It would be great if there were descriptions, so you could see more detail about each item before you order (at least for the cocktails). We ate à la carte but the AYCE was starting while we were there and it looked pretty dope. Lots of good stuff laid out in large qty. All in all we will probably add this to our hotpot restaurant list and will return again.
