For their dinner menu, you can do AYCE hotpot and bbq for ~$43pp, which also includes appetizers and some drinks. For alcoholic drinks, such as soju and beer, you can add ~$7pp for AYCD. The tables are spacious and the place is bright. We ordered a variety of meats and veggies for hotpot and bbq and it was alright. The hot pot is definitely better than the bbq as the meat quality was too fatty for bbq. Moreover, because they don't change the grills, the oils from the meat just pool onto the grill and the meats get really oily to eat after a while. We also got the fried chicken, spring rolls, and fried buns apps and I thought that the chicken and buns were good but the spring rolls were okay. The only thing I would have to say is that the service isn't the best. I loved this place! I came here on a late Friday night, probably around 8pm and was glad that they were still opened. We were greeted very welcomely and was seated right away. It was unusually cold in NY during this time (5/23/25) and initially we were seated by the door where we would catch the cold draft every time the door opened. We asked if we can switch seats and the waiter was more than helpful. I feel bad for not getting his name, because he was very helpful throughout the entire dinner service, but, I've been walking around in the cold all day and the only thing that was on my mind at that time, was a nice warm meal. I've done a lot of Chinese hotpots and this was the first that we get the soup and grill without a price difference. The selections were typical, some may say less than other places, but, I felt that less was better. When there is too much to chose from, you don't know what to pick or pick too much. The one thing that I did missed was fresh tofu. They had a variety of tofu but not fresh tofu. But, I probably shouldn't waste my stomach space on tofu for and AYCE, anyway, lol! We opt for an non-spicy and a spicy soup base. If you are like me and do not like mala (numbing spice), I would not recommend getting a spicy soup base. Even my cousin, that does like mala, said it was a little overbearing after a while. If you do love spicy, like me, they have a condiment station to make your own sauce and have several chili options to chose from that is not numbing spice. For the price and selections, I feel that it was very satisfying. I really enjoyed their homemade peach and kumquat lemon tea; but, order fast because once it's gone, you are out of luck! Note, there's a 3%+ credit card convenience fee, and the suggested tip they offer is not only on top of the sales tax, but also on top of the credit card convenience fee. It's nice to be generous with tip, but that should be a choice and not placed for an unknowing customer to pay extra. We added ourselves to the waitlist around 7:30pm while we walked around in the area. We were seated maybe 30-40 minutes later. They give you an iPad to order things off of, so we used that to order our meats and veggies. The canned soft drinks also came with the AYCE package. I was impressed with the selection given the price, but of course not all of the meats were that high quality. I would avoid the pork belly and the lamb as those weren't that great, but I would still come back for the AYCE deal for all of the other foods. We tried mats like the short rib, pork belly, as well as some others and I think that they were pretty solid in terms of quality! The 2 for $49.99 combo that we got allows you to choose five types of meats from 10 types of premium meat options, 2 free soup bases, a do-it-yourself sauce station, the option between white rice or handmade noodles, sweet butter cheese corn, and veggies platter. We ordered all our food on a tablet and the server came if we had any questions. Even though it is not all-you-can-eat, it was still well worth it. The meats were delicious and well portioned. I realized we could have cooked it on the barbecue grill instead of the hot pot. That is completely up to you. The two soup bases we chose were spicy broth and tomato broth. The spicy is standard for spicy and the tomato broth reminded me of my grandma's cooking. The sweet butter cheese corn that the servers bring to you is buttery and tasty. Great experience... trust the waiters on their spice warning. When I went with a friend who was confident in their spice tolerance, the waiter recommended the lowest level, my friend wanted the highest. We came to agree on the medium level... it was still way too spicy. The waiter was still helpful upon seeing our struggle with the hotpot broth. We had already picked out all chilis floating on the top, and they provided us with plain broth to help offset the spice some. We ended up relying on the grill more so than the hotpot due to the spice level... our fault. However, for the moments where we could tolerate it, the flavor of the broth with the meats and vegetables we ordered was great. The space theming of the restaurant is really fun!
