    Pork tamale plate..yumm!
    Paul S.

Zeek thank you for the tamale recommendation! I ordered the pork tamale plate it came out faster than a rocket.... and absolutely made my day and lunch, since I only had 30min! I loved the cleanliness of your location, bar was clean and well maintained. The staff has made their regular customers feel like they are home, through watching their interactions with them. It was quite refreshing, even though they were bust they took an extra minute to engage with their clients.

Amazing food, full of flavor. Great service and atmosphere. We will totally be back. Chips and salsa were tasty.

We get nachos all the time and this is always the reaction every time it comes to the table.

Excellent Mexican food, great servers, fun atmosphere with authentic Mexican fare. Nachos with mesquite grilled chicken with all the trimmings is our favorite. Everything here is delicious--fajitas arrive sizzling, enchiladas, tacos, desserts: flan, fried ice cream, and unlimited chips & salsa. We don't drink much but have enjoyed margaritas at the bar with friends. Our experiences have always been delightful, thanks to the lovely servers who are all so attentive and friendly: Lily, Omar, Dalia, Sydney, William, Jazmin, and last but not least, Grace at the reception desk. I don't know the names of some but we've never had a bad experience here. The photos posted are from several visits in 2025. Nando's is so dangerously close to us and we love it. Highly recommend--BEST Mexican food in the east valley.

This is a place that a friend and I often meet at that because it's centered between our two homes. It's pretty large, especially when you include the two patios up front. I love the metal work that they have throughout the restaurant including the big tree divider between the dining room and the bar. We always have great service when we're here. Last night our server noticed that I was going to order a side of rice and my friend was going to order two a la carte tacos. She suggested my friend get taco plate, which includes rice, as it would only be a dollar more than two à la carte tacos. She offered to plate it separately so that I could have my side of rice, which saved us money. We appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness from a server. Generally, I like the food here. After all the whole rice ordering thing, I did not like the rice. I am super picky about rice, so if may just be my weird thing. The cocktails were, as always, delicious.

We were seated promptly and our server David G soon followed taking our order. We have been here many times and order the same items. Our drinks quickly arrived along with Nando's warm Tortilla chips and two types of delicious salsa. Our food order soon arrived and was piping hot as usual. Everything was delicious! The server came by a few times to check on us. We love it here

Consistently good and large portions to share. Of course I wouldn't share this margarita of the month.

Generous portions, good chips and salsa. The service was good - food was ready very quickly.

First time at this location - really liked the food, just seemed fresher and tastier than the Germanne location. Service was mediocre (restaurant wasn't too busy when we went, around 11 am so not sure where our server disappeared to). They offer a pretty large basket of chips while waiting. The pomegranate green tea is so good! I had the Mexican Pizza with whole beans and it was good. There Mexican pizza is unique from other Mexican food restaurants because it has two crispy flour tortillas, the middle has guacamole and it is layered with meat of your choice, mine was whole beans, and cheese, green onions and tomato. I ask for the habanero salsa to dip it in...so good. My friend had the steak fajita bowl and said it was really good and fresh. They have a bar at this location and offer plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely enjoyed the food at this location and recommend.

Fish tacos-terrible and not grilled fish.

For this occasion we ordered: Bone in ribeye: 4/5- the 20oz steak was perfectly cooked with a charred flavor, but I personally think it's missing butter and some rosemary. As for the mashed potatoes, it was finely grated and mashed and was just divine to eat Salmon carpaccio 3/5- the ponzu flavor was light and not too overwhelming and thought it was great sauce. However, the deduction comes in the way the salmon was cut. For sure if the Salmon were thinly slice vs chucks, I would've gave this dish a higher score. Cutting it in chucks had this mushy texture Ceviche 5/5- this ceviche was delicious. Right amount of seasoning, and with that hint of coconut it complimented the fish and shrimp to perfection As for the service, definitely could've used some improvement. Our server was slow and didn't come often to pick up our dishes or ask us how we are doing. We were the ones that constantly had to wave her down to get help

Parking was a breeze, and since there were three of us (including one never-full teenager ), we went for the Mexi-Q Platter and added an extra birria taco so everyone could try one. It absolutely lived up to the hype! The surprise standout? The brisket tostada--sooooo flavorful and satisfying on every level! We also loved the sausage link, Mexi-Q twinkies (aka smoked jalapeños stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, then wrapped in bacon ), and honestly, everything we tried was a hit. For sides, we ordered Grandma's Calabacitas (a yummy squash veggie mix), roasted cream elote, and Julio's mac n' cheese (which I skipped, but the guys were big fans). We wrapped up this phenomenal meal with their GF banana pudding (they offer both GF and regular options), and it was seriously scrumptious--such a treat to have a gluten-free dessert that feels just as special! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive. They double-checked that everything we ordered (minus the mac n' cheese) was gluten-free, which is always such a relief. It means so much when a place truly understands gluten and can clearly guide you on what's safe. We sat outside and soaked up the beautiful weather--it was the perfect setting for such a fun and tasty meal! An easily awarded and well deserved

I liked that sauce so much that I'd consider going back just to try it on some of their other bbq. I didn't like the brisket birria taco as much because it was way too salty for me. Great sign as I'm sure it was even busier later after 2 pm when their Taco Tuesday starts. Parking was plentiful about a block away behind the buildings in the parking lot. I ordered the Joyride Margarita and shrimp ceviche from the HH menu. Margarita was good, you could taste the alcohol and the tajin rim was tasty. The ceviche was great with a good amount of shrimp and avocado, very flavorful. Both were great considering they were only $6 each. For entrees we ordered the SoCal Burrito and the Beast Burrito. The SoCal Burrito was really good, and there was a lot of big shrimps. The al pastor was a bit salty as was the carne asada in the Beast Burrito but it wasn't too bad. We also ordered one crispy fish taco which was good and came with a heaping scoop of guacamole. I really enjoyed the side salad that comes with the burritos! It had huge corn nuts which was a nice surprise. All in all their menu could be a tad larger (I was hoping for burrito bowls or a fish burrito) but their food is pretty tasty. Our server was very nice and checked in on us just the right amount of times, offering more chips and salsa as soon as we needed it.
