The prices are way too high for the type of menu they offer. They charge you for practically everything and offer services that, if it's your first time visiting, you can easily fall into the trap of paying a $15 fee just because they sing "Happy Birthday" to the birthday person. They offer to sing without informing you beforehand that they will charge a $15 celebration fee. There are many restaurants that offer excellent service and great cuts of meat at much better and less abusive prices, and on top of that, they don't charge you for celebrating a birthday. Very loud, fun and the food was good. Wanted to try the viral plate that looks like a Brazilian steakhouse but it feeds like 6/7 people and cost $200. So we opted for a chicken tender kids meal, fried pork belly and the ribs, sausage and steak sampler. Had the guacamole for an app and the lava cake for dessert. The cake def tasted store bought. We won't order that again but the food was all good. I especially liked the steak. The next time I want to try a different steak entree and my husband said he will get the bacon wrapped chicken. Basically we will be back. read more

We recently visited this Venezuelan restaurant and had a mixed experience. The main dishes were good, however, the starter left a lot to be desired. We ordered tequeños, and the plate came with 6 pieces. After each of us (my husband, my son, and I) took one, we immediately noticed they were cold on the inside. We politely informed the waiter, who took the plate back, but instead of bringing a fresh order, they returned the same plate with the remaining 3 pieces, now with an almost over-toasted exterior. It was disappointing. A cold interior in a fried dish points to poor cooking technique, and it would have made much more sense to simply bring out a fresh, properly prepared plate. Great food overall, but this detail in both execution and service really took away from the experience. read more

Ordered the 5 person group plate. Lots of food, we couldn't finish it. Great service, fast and friendly. Really cool ambiance, a lot to explore and random games and photo ops. 9/10 read more

Incredible food and exceptional service! We truly savored every bite. Everything was absolutely delicious, leaving me completely speechless. I can confidently say that Nando Grill is now my top choice for dining in Orlando--sorry, Hawkers Asian Street Food! The prices were very reasonable for the generous portions we received. read more

I absolutely adored this place. It felt like a Rainforest "Venezuelan style". Enrique took care of us and he was so nice, very energetic and knowledgeable. He recommended the Passion fruit and Coconut mojitos, I tried both and they were delicious, I compared to other places where I had mojitos, and this was superior, you can feel the good quality rum and real fruit pulp. Then recommended the pork belly tostones and they were amazing. We also had the carne individual plate and the carne/costilla combo plate. That was plenty for the 4 of us and so tasty. We had a big party, and he had no problem splitting the check in 7. Very patient and sweet. read more

First, it's not ACTUALLY on Sand Lake Road. It's in a shopping center that fronts on Sand Lake. From the outside, the building is very attractive and features a herd of cows! Not REAL cows, but enough to give you the idea that they are serious about meat. The decor is definitely fun but upscale. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. It was lunchtime but quite a few tables were occupied. Special thanks to our waiter, Jose Gonzalez. He was so considerate and helpful with menu explanations. His timing with the delivery of our dishes was perfect. The menu is an electronic tablet handed to you when you are seated. Each dish is pictured and described accurately. Neat! The three of us ordered the pork belly mofongo appetizer which everyone pronounced excellent. We had two orders of the lunch special of firewood steak and one order of the chicken skewer lunch special. The sides selected were white rice, maduros chorizo and a Caesar salad. All the sides were very good except the salad, which lacked real flavor and was buried under a literal mound of croutons! The chorizos were a surprise: they were exactly the same as Polish kielbasa, and not spicy at all., Worthy of note, there was Spanish music playing in the background but it did not drown out the conversation, which is a pet peeve of mine. We weren't there for the live music which, I expect, might be louder! All in all, a good choice for lunch and I expect, dinner as well. read more

The service here was awesome. First time coming was thinking was going to be packed since it is Easter Sunday and line was going to be long. On the contrary the service seating process was on pint. It was busy but all the employees worked hard and kept the flow going. Server Irene was excellent and recommend asking for her if she is available. Had the shareable appetizers platter and also the main course shareable meal with meat and ribs, Didn't take many food pics but the only pic took was the coffee to end the dinner date. Definitely will be back. Live music very cultural ambiance. read more

What is there not to love about Nando Grill! From the moment I did the reservation at the beginning of the week until the end of our time there was phenomenal. We usually run into so many issues when we reserve for big parties but this was smooth, simple, and such a stress relief as we celebrated 4 birthdays at once. My family and I loved the food, music, and service so much that we've decided that this is going to be our new go to restaurant when we have big groups or people visiting. We cannot recommend this place enough! Every single thing we ate was also scrumptious from the drinks (coconut lemonade was by far my favorite!), to the appetizers (fried cheese and guava OMG!), the food was ringing licking good and the desserts wowwwww (chocolate cake and flan YESSSS!) read more

Alejandro Turiel was amazing--attentive, professional, and on top of everything. The food is hands down the best Spanish-Latin cuisine in Central Florida. The llanero-style steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. This was my fifth visit this year, and it never disappoints. I had a maracuyá mojito that was both strong and delicious. We came as a party of six without a reservation on a Saturday night, and despite the place being packed, we waited no more than six minutes. Plus, there was live music that added to the great atmosphere. read more

Simplemente no aceptan reservaciones media hora antes de cerrar. read more

"Completely garbage!!!!! Just another overpriced restaurant owned by a Venezuelan, excusing the high prices by claiming you're paying for the atmosphere. I don't even know how this place is still open. Horrible service--the food was dropped off at the table, and we had to eat with our hands to keep it from getting cold because the server never brought plates or utensils. On top of that, an 18% tip charge was added to the bill. We spent $400 on one combo that were supposedly meant for four people, but they only fed two-- that's how small the portions were. Stay away from this establishment." read more

Food is amazing. We were a mid-size group I ordered a mid-size appetizer platter so I thought. We all ate and took leftovers. Definitely visit you are going to want to return to try different plates, drinks can't go wrong service I give it an 81/2 that's good. If I remember correctly my only complaint was the music was a bit loud for me I like to be able to have a conversation without having to speak over the music. Sorry I don't have access to photos but google what u see is what you get. Also cool place to take photos with family & friends. read more

Service is excellent and very good environment, the menu is good to pick from. For appetizers we order the plantains with pork belly, that was to die for. The drinks are excellent. Now the food is a very different story. . We order the Combo Tamanaco. Everything was very good. But the meat. Had no flavor and understand grand opening the service was going to be rush. We let our server know and he handle everything was handle quickly and our meat was fixed and handle properly. We had a few Mojitos and Margaritas. Definitely this place to be opening night. Was right on point. Our server Ricardo was right on point, excellent service and Nayeli Paula checking on us making sure we were ok. Then Renzo making sure our drinks were ok. Bottom line I recommend this place. You get your money's worth. If you come here ask for Ricardo. Not for nothing but he was very attempting to our needs. 10/10 read more

The food quality doesn't truly represent the authentic Venezuelan flavor, and the prices are excessively high.

Food ... Services by Enrique Salas was amazing .. I would definitely recommend having lunch and dinner definitely coming back !!! read more

Food is OK, nothing special. They up-charged $10 for paying with a credit card. Who does that? Maybe it's for Maduro.

First impression the restaurant is very beautifully decorated, the restaurant is super clean, staff is very friendly & attentive. Now the food wasn't the best, I'd classify it; mediocre Venezuelan food. I will say their queso con guayaba was amazing, the plantain chips were also good, the meat is juicy and tender but tasteless. The jugo de maracuyá tasted very minty different than others I've had. The piña colada tasted a bit like metal too. Personally I'd say Nandos is aesthetically pleasing but I wouldn't go back for food. read more

This place is nice, but the food is horrible. Meats have 0 flavor! ribs were tasteless and hard, I returned my plate and still got charged half for it. Walked in and had complete stares, the vibe was not on point. We were seated by our hostess and my wife was caring our 9 month old daughter, and the waiter came over and picked up a high chair and my wife said thank you and he took the chair to another table, we had to get our own high chair. Waiting a while for our server to come over , while we sat in the back of the restaurant. Service was horrible . Food and ambience was excellent, the live music was out of this world the guys did an amazing job, the food was awesome !

Food was great but VERY expensive! Our combo was over $200 (they say it feeds 7 people but that's FAR from the truth. It will feed 4 adults and that's it). Total check with drinks and tips was about $260 for 2 adults and a 12 year old that drank water only. I had a soda and my wife one beer. That's VERY expensive. Granted I wanted that specific combo with the pork belly on top... I guess if you're in a group with two other adults, will be about $100 bucks per couple, which is still not cheap. Live music is stupid loud... bring your phones for distraction as you won't be able to have a conversation if the band is playing. Service was VERY good! No weekend reservations... It took us almost 30 minutes just to get to the host to learn that there was a 90 minute wait. We were super lucky that a table freed up right in front of us and the host say "go sit there". This place gets PACKED. We loved the food but probably won't be back as it's far for a relaxing family day out. read more
