The prices are also affordable for what options they offer one to select from. The interior is open, vibrant, and clean. The donut itself is well made and is similar to a cake consistency for the bit and not the light airy type one gets with Krispy Crème. The frosting is flavorful. The down side is because the donuts are made to order they are extremely warm after the fry and the frosting will melt over the donut. They will be messy. It is still a very good donut and if one enjoys a slightly messy donut they will enjoy them. If one is ordering for the office or at home, one could ask for their donuts to be cooled a bit prior to being glazed or decorated so that the frosting sets better. In the past, the donuts were consistently fresh and excellent. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service no longer seem to be what they once were. The employee behind the counter has been rude and dismissive, and I have also noticed that donuts are often packed into the box so tightly that they become crushed or damaged. I have also had concerns about proper hygiene, particularly regarding whether the same gloves used to handle money are also being used to handle the food. Today was my final visit. I ordered four chocolate éclairs, three cinnamon rolls, and one sprinkled donut. Two of the éclairs were unusually small--closer to the size of a small donut--and only two of the three cinnamon rolls I ordered were actually placed in the box. I was charged $30 for the order. Unfortunately, everything tasted stale, as though it had been sitting for at least a day. What was especially frustrating was seeing two cinnamon rolls placed on top of the éclairs, which contributed to the items being crushed and poorly presented. Had I noticed this while the order was being prepared, I would have simply left without purchasing it. After being a customer for 10 years, I am genuinely disappointed to have to say this, but I will not be returning. Based on my recent experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider the quality, freshness, service, and value before spending their money at this location. The experience is no longer what it used to be.
