They were told my phone was stolen and sent me a bill for the payoff amount, then started the process to send a replacement.....to somewhere other than the address listed on my account. I stopped the process of the new phone but they couldn't figure out how to revert me BACK to the monthly payoff. More than once they claimed it was rectified only to find out they lied. They have ZERO clue what they are doing. Even the Xfinity branded store people are clueless. All they know is how to sell more . Even worse, I couldn't understand many of them. ONE start is really too many.

And sadly this is true. My parents went back to Xfinity over a year ago and he still sends email with an Agape Media Solutions Recurring Invoice $9.99 I have asked that they be no longer charged but it never ends. I do not believe he is actually collecting the $9.99 because I had them get new Credit Cards. Although I am not sure about this. My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year. I am close to going to the Attorney General to report Elder Fraud. I would stay away from this company or any company this Derek person is related to. Seems like he may have a criminal history regarding voter fraud after a Google Search.

Consolidated has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. No dial tone for…read moreweeks at a time. When you finally get through to customer service, they have no landline phone option, only internet and VOIP options. Their customer portal is useless because when you report problems, and try to submit the troubleshooting request, Consolidated says that nothing can be uploaded and those services are unavailable. I hate hate hate Consolidated Communications landline service, it's useless and too expensive for poor intermittent service.
