My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year. I am close to going to the Attorney General to report Elder Fraud. I would stay away from this company or any company this Derek person is related to. No solutions were offered, no explanation beyond "store policy," and no effort was made to assist. When I asked reasonable questions and requested contact information for a higher-level manager, that was refused as well. The situation escalated unnecessarily when I was told the police would be called simply because I wanted help as a customer. That was surprising and disappointing. Ironically, while I was being turned away, other customers were being assisted with phone sales. The message was pretty clear: if you're not buying a device, don't expect service. If this store is unable or unwilling to help customers switch carriers, that should be made clear upfront. I won't be returning
