I just love what they did with the former Genghis Grill location. It is really amazing to be able to see your food being cooked for all to see. Nothing to hide here! I ordered the lamb curry, my husband ordered the butter chicken and we split the garlic naan and the vegetable biryani. Everything was served piping hot and the food was exceptional. I really could go on and on. I guess that is our job as Yelpers, right! The restaurant had a very nice ambiance. The owners take your order, cook and serve your food. It appears they have another cook who works in the kitchen along with one of the owners. There is also a bar with bar stools to enjoy adult beverages and a stage that is used for receptions and events. I took some pictures of a very beautiful wooden cabinet full of hammered brass and silver serving pieces. I was told by the owner that the hammered brass bowls are used to serve their curries. You can see the vessels in the photographs as well filled with delcious curries. Please note: naan is served with many, if not all of the entrees. I did not realize that (probably because I did not read the menu closely) and I ordered garlic naan separately and we ended up with a lot of food leftover. My husband and I could share an entree here easily. I was not hating bringing delicious leftovers back home and we will enjoy those this evening.

However, I was told the pizza would take 20-25 minutes and I waited for 43. I stopped here on my way to a business meeting in Dallas and didn't expect to wait almost an hour for my food. For this reason, I wouldn't come back. I wasn't even able to eat the food because it took so long and I had to immediately get in the car and drive. I also saw the gentleman who took my order (and made my food) cough into his fist - which set a bad tone for my experience and how safe their food handling is. I also got noodles which were just okay. Super greasy with oil pooling at the bottom.

Service: Our server was very friendly! He was checking in on all the tables (about 5) dining at the time. Food: The breakfast was really good! I wanted to try some traditional Desi breakfast since the owner, Jana, told us about it when we had dinner here. They also serve traditional breakfast pancakes that made Country Club Cafe so popular (former tenant and owners). We ordered a few items off the breakfast menu: 1) Classic Breakfast Croffle (croissant waffle) 2) nihari and naan (beef stew with naan bread) 3) Desi Omelette with paratha (paratha is similar to a well done crispy crepe) All of the breakfast items were really good! I love that they are setting themselves apart from other breakfast places near here. It will give people options if they want to venture out from traditional breakfast items and try something new!
