Had no idea what this restaurant was like... figured it was a hippie salad bar place but I was stuck, hungry, and really cold so I gave it a whirl. So glad I did! I ended up having car issues after visiting the Nuvance Health place next door. It was freezing outside and I was hungry so, while waiting for my husband to come rescue me, I walked over to Naked Greens and thought I'd get myself a small soup or something. The food options of soup, turkey chili, burritos, sandwiches, really blew me away. The staff was so nice and accommodating and the soup ans fancy grilled cheese I ordered were delicious. There were no other customers when I walked in off-hours on a weekday but about 15 meal delivery drivers walked in for pick-up orders so they must do a great take-out business. This place is great for a quick, healthy, reasonably-priced workday lunch. I'll definitely be intentionally going here again! read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! We just stopped at Naked Greens Wilton, and it's a 10 out of 10, my dearies! The food is amazing and so fresh. So many choices for my salad, as well as protein bowls, sandwiches and wraps. And soup! Who knew?!?! The staff is super professional, all attentive, informative and extremely courteous. The shop is fresh and absolutely spotless, and there are parking spaces at the front and PLENTY more around the side and the back. Can't recommend it enough. Have loved this place for years however there are issues from my last visit (not involving food or quality but rather staff and environment). Upon using restroom there was no soap to wash hands. Came to tell the employees (there was a man and a woman) the woman acknowledged no soap comment and went in the back and sat down! I had to go into the men's room to wash, and actually I waited for her to come service the women's room but she didn't and the male employee told me to go into men's room. Sat down to eat and this table stayed dirty, two dirty settings with all the trash just sitting there for 40 minutes while not one other customer came in, the two employees were sitting in the back of the kitchen.... The place wasn't busy and they weren't productive because they sat on their phones in the back. Never did attend to the women's restroom either. Sad that this was the case because the food is great but eshhhh. Staff was not great. They also (side note) weren't friendly especially the female, acted like everyone was a bother. read more

Salads aren't usually the most exciting food in the world but sometimes it's good to eat a little healthier. I think that Naked Greens does a pretty good job in terms of freshness and making salad interesting. You can either order a salad choice from the menu or make your own from the many ingredients they have available. I tried the "Awesome Avocado" which is lettuce, avocado, sweet lime shrimp, hearts of palms and corn with a red wine vinaigrette. Although you can't really tell from my photo, there was a decent amount of shrimp in the salad and nearly half an avocado. It's definitely quite pricey ($11) but salads are expensive pretty much anywhere you go so it's nothing out of the ordinary. This isn't something I would eat every day but it's nice to know it's here for when I do want a nice bowl of veggies. read more

The options are endless! It has a stark modern interior. Ultra clean, which is a huge plus. There must have been 8 different hot soup options. I just paid $12 for this wrap, and when I opened it this is what I saw. When I picked it up it instantly fell apart into a pile of hot lettuce and a few cubes of chicken. I couldn't even eat it, I tried eating the remnants with a fork before eventually giving up. Really not cool. :( Just want to say for the record that the people that work here have always been very nice. Less than 10 minutes off of the Merritt, this is a great spot to stop when on the road and wanting food that isn't slowly giving you colon cancer. They've lots of curated salads on their menu, or you can improvise your own; they have an extensive array of ingredient options. If you don't have time to eat your vegetables, you can have them juiced or made into a smoothie to easily enjoy in the car. (And if someone in the car protests stopping at a vegetable restaurant, they also have soups and a selection of grilled cheese sandwiches.) The price is higher than typical fast food, but you're in Fairfield County and you aren't eating fried carbs. The staff sort of mills around behind the counter with no obvious workstation--which can confuse a new customer--but they're always friendly; just walk up, ask for food, and someone will feed you. read more

The salad wrap I had here was great, and the service was fast. Prices were reasonable, so what's not to love? After enjoying a nice wrap we got ready to go and found that the front door had been locked. I tried again, then a third time, and then stepped back, and was immediately, and gruffly, told by a woman working there "it's locked, you have to go out the back." The guy behind the counter gave me the keys and I let myself out. I handed the woman the keys as she shut the door behind me, not a smile, apology or "have a nice day". There are so many fresh options to pick from! I use to love this place but I always felt guilty leaving it. You only get to pick 4 toppings and then every additional topping is expensive. $3 extra for a scoop of chicken and $1.50 for 3 slivers of avocado. Your salad quickly adds up. Other salad places like Chopt charge about the same, but at least there's a large scoop and half an avocado added. I'll probably continue going to Naked Greens when I'm craving an extra healthy meal, but custom salad are truly expensive these days. Today Sunday Dec 13 at 3:25pm i entered the store and ordered 2 large containers of meat chilli. I requested not to be watery as in the past few times. They had to heat up chilli in the back for one of the containers and after waiting for it i checked it out and it was very watery. I asked the server to please drain of the water. Her response was Thats the way it comes. I politely asked again and she began arguing with me. Why didnt she just drain it off. She argued more and a customer then joined in and the two escalated the arguing. When i asked again they escalated arguing more. I just left unhappy and without my order. read more

Their juice prices are great, especially compared to The Well natural market down the street, but at Naked Greens it is not organic fruit and veggies. Their staff doesn't know how to make them, I get a different quality of juice every time. The soups make the entire place smell weird. Very oily soups. The salad dressings are LITERALLY ALL WATER. Even the "creamier" styles of dressing like ranch are completely watered down and liquified. The smoothies are very watered down as well instead of filling, rich and thick. This location is new to Wilton, but it's a great introduction! In comparison to it's Norwalk location, it's much better in service & atmosphere. Freshly prepared organic food. You get to pick whatever salad, wrap, smoothie, etc. and choose whatever toppings you want. They also allow you to add proteins, and break everything down for you. They JUST started serving Breakfast last week - which is another major plus. Shakes, Oatmeal, Breakfast wraps, smoothies. They offered free coffee the first week, so you missed out (lol). They have a Loyalty Card program too; after your 10th wrap/salad your 11th is free. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and the area is immaculate. This has been the key to making sure I pick the right ingredients and don't just call out everyone I see that they have to offer at the counter. Only downside was the cashiers were complaining to each other while I was checking out about how no one tips. A little bit awkward and definitely inappropriate. This is a pretty standard salad-station eatery. Lots of suggestions for salads (and wraps, too) or you can create your own from a large menu of options. You can build your salad creation on a bed of salad green options including romaine, mesclun, kale, baby spinach, and arugula (for an added price, sadly). Toppings range from quinoa to sun dried tomatoes to avocado to smoked bacon to mandarin oranges to seared tuna. There really is something for any taste. Seating is ample, even during the lunch hour rush. As others have noted, it does feel too much like a chain restaurant, but I doubt many people come here looking for an intimate setting. Three stars because it is pretty on par with similar places such as Chop't or Sweetgreen and doesn't offer anything that makes it stand above the rest. read more

Apparently they regularly close early (outside of their posted business hours) and don't update their online site so you can still place orders even if the store is closed (I checked their website at the time and did not see any updated hours reflected there either). I understand holidays effect hours, but if you accept online orders those sites need to reflect that. Only one person can authorize refunds, so good luck getting ahold of that person if you find yourself in this situation. Regardless of the holiday, I called each day following up when they were open and they kept telling me I had to call back the next day because the person I was speaking to couldn't put in the refund. I had to call 4 or 5 times and was promised a call back but no one did. When I did call the store and spoke to someone, they assured me that they were sorry but these things happen. In fact, they said, it happened again the day after to someone else... Can't imagine why they're proud of that and aren't doing anything to fix it. So, buyer beware. read more

Every time I go in this place I want to like it but the employees, disorganization, watered down dressings that are drenched on your salad, lack of deserts that are not gluten free, etc just turn me off. The employees are clueless, rude, sometimes pushy. There is no organized way to get your food and certain options on the menu are not even posted on the big signs over the counter. I could not find the beverage choices posted. Salads are drenched in diluted dressing. I could go on. I recommend the management go check out a couple of the salad places in neighboring towns to see how it is done. A place with great potential but falls short. read more

I stayed home sick from work today and it's my sick-day ritual to order grilled cheese and soup from Naked Greens. This time, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie as well. After an hour (and difficulty finding the Waypointe entrance), the driver showed up and handed me my food. I opened the box for the grilled cheese and saw that the smoothie had spilled all over the sand which, it was mushy and disgusting. I called Naked Greens and Joel the manager answered. I told him what happened and he apologized profusely and said he would make it right. He made me a new grilled cheese (with avocado), got in his own car and drove to the apartment to deliver it to me. You take your own chances with delivery but I was really happy with how Naked Greens handled it, and I ended up getting fresher food than you get with delivery. Thanks Joel! read more

Has potential, but really falls short. The smoothies are good, but the salads are where things go awry. All of the salad dressings are extremely watered down and seriously lack flavor. Additionally, the protein add ons really aren't great. Cold and lacking flavor. The chicken tastes more like cold turkey cubes than chicken. Big portions and a lot of options to choose from, but the dressings need to be revised and the protein should be prepared freshly in front of you and added to your salad for the price. read more
