I was looking for a nail shop in my area and stumbled across this gem. I only get regular mani pedi's - they do great work and have good prices! They get super busy so I recommend making an appointment. read more

I have been coming here for a while now and usually have to wait at least 15-40 even though I have an appointment!!! I go to them because they are a few minutes from my house. I walk in today 8 min late and she tell me I'm late and can't take me. I have to come back at 5:30!!! Ridiculous!!! For all the times I've waited here, I think 8 min is nothing. That's not how you treat a long time customer!! Never will come back...unless under new management. What a shame!! read more

I do not recommend this salon primarily due to the product that they use. I've been getting gel manicures for the past 3 years at a salon near my house, but recently switched to Nailtastic since it's close to work. They recommend not using OPI, although I think they carry it, so I've selected color off of their non-OPI wheel. It starts to lift prior to 2 weeks. I can normally go 3 weeks between manicures. The last time I went I got a deep blue color, and within a week the color starting having brown spots on it. At almost 2 weeks I called to let them know and asked what they could do for me, and their response was basically nothing. I could come in for a new manicure was the only option. They said that gels should be changed every 2 weeks, and the color change was the result of something I did. They asked if I had been to the beach, the pool, ran my hands through my hair or touched my face. Really?? This was the first time this has ever happened, and I'm convinced it's due to the poor gel products they use. I will not be back. read more

I've never had a nail tech be so rude to me in all of my days of getting my nails done. I grew up in a world of customer satisfaction. Making sure the customer is satisfied with their experience. Anyways, long story short...I went in for a pedicure. I never got the massage and lotion portion of my pedicure. I just simply said can I get the lotion and massage please. The woman blew up saying she already did it. ( no you didn't, look at my ashy ass legs) but I said ok, no need to get upset but you didn't. I got the sea salt scrub and that was all. Another tech comes up and tells me she already did . She does a great job. You already got it but if you need one more minute she'll do it for you, one more minute of massage. mind you she was at the last table and was helping another customer so how would she know? She didn't. They both are ranting at me and I said no big deal never mind. I felt attacked by the both of them and one of the ladies said to me you complain every time you come here. I haven't been here in over a year so maybe it was mistaken identity but regardless no way to treat a paying customer. Needless to say I want be going back. Based off of the way they escalated the situation. It was very unnecessary and embarrassing. read more

Lynn is the best!!! I get acrylics and they are always consistent and well shaped. I never have random nails that are wonky or misshapen. She is great at designs and super funny. It's always a great experience. read more

I really enjoy this nail salon as they are very professional and friendly Mia does a great job on my nails and I will continue to go back.

Been going here for 4 years now. They're great. They get busy so don't go without an appointment

The people are nice and it's cheap, still not worth coming to in my opinion. Made an appointment for 6. The water my feet were in had turned ice cold by the time someone started my pedicure at 7:05. They put my color back, so had to get up mid way and find a color. Then the woman puts 4 coats of polish on meaning 10 minutes later my toes are still very wet. She nicks the polish and attempts to fix it by adding another coat. I finally after 1.5 hours and a pedicure that didn't even have a massage give up and leave with the knowledge that I will have to pay someone else to do a polish change, because I can't commit another hour to waiting for the extreme amount of polish dry. read more

Excellent service! Lynn is amazing!!! I live 8 miles from Nailtastic and drive over every 3 weeks to get my nails and pedicure done.

Incredibly unprofessional and petty! First, they weren't taking care and didn't inform me until they already started the service. Secondly, I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time for someone to actually get started on me and the tech didn't speak or understand any English and would guess what I was informing her about my service. Third, when they were done (Carrie) ripped my pants as she was pulling them down when I had already started doing it myself, and acted like it didn't happen. When I pointed it out to her she tried to pass it off as if it were already like that, when I disagreed and told her and Mia that she ruined my pants they carelessly apologized and even charged me full price! Really?! I didn't want to make a fuss and even kindly left an undeserved tip. Lastly, I went back and asked for my money back because the rip was worse than I thought and they had completely ruined my pants. They all had a snarky attitude and were incredibly rude and dismissive. Carrie didn't even look at me, and Mia wouldn't talk to me just repeating that she couldn't do anything and to come back the next day to talk to a manager who was on vacation at the time. So, not only did they make me go back to get cash, ruined my favorite pair of jeans, and refused to refund my money, but they are making me make another 15-20 min trip to talk to the manager. Worst. Nail salon. Ever. Save your money, energy, and good spirits and go elsewhere. read more

I'm so happy I found Lin!!! I like the most current and fun nail trends and designs. They are on top of that. I like my nails long, and they never break. The quality is so great. I agree with other review- they are very busy and sometimes appointments might run a bit late. But it's usually because clients are late pushing back the schedule. However I'm so pleased with my nails (finally) that I'm patient and have no problem waiting. It's worth it. If you're not that picky and are always in a rush then this might not be your place. But if quality and kindness is what you're looking for, it's worth it! Starbucks is next door, grab a drink n set aside a little extra time to be there. You'll be glad you did. read more

There's ample parking and the service was good, unfortunately their equipment isn't working well enough to accommodate all their clients. It's not a good look to just tell someone they can't dry their nails bc only one lamp works. read more

Went in and it was very quiet..dead silence, which is okay but awkward...I asked for a specific design and the girl did something COMPLETELY off..gel nails were NOT solid they had bumps all over which made my nails look horrible.. peeled them off the day after, that also shows how easy it was to take off....will NOT be going back! I could have done these nails drunk, with a blind fold on. read more

I just found out this salon, it is a gem. Very clean and sanitize. I love how the service, very professional. The polish selection is massive. There are plenty of parking. I like the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I am highly recommended. read more

Cute, clean & new. There are no nail places on this side of Burbank, however my gel nails started peeling the next day. I won't be going back. read more

Wanted to like this place. Really, I did. The first time I went in for a pink and white fill, the guy put gel on top without asking and charged me extra. It was about $10 more than my usual nail shop. Nails looked ok for a week, but after that, no bueno. To save a few bucks, I made a Monday appointment because you get 20% off. Nail techs were nice, but I don't think they knew how to do a pink And white fill. I guess the 20% is not automatic because I had to remind them of the discount. When I attempted to make another Monday appointment, I was told that the promotion would soon be ending ( ya, right) and to choose another day with the guy who knows pink and white. I refused and now I'm back at my old nail place. Nailtastic could have made $600+, even with my 20% discount. Now they will get zilch. Maybe that is why they have resorted to groupons to drum up business. Bottom line: not great quality, expensive, and bad business sense. Ps: 20% discount is still posted. You think they Just didn't want to keep giving it to me? Shocking! ;) Too bad. I really wanted to like the place. read more

I'm obsessed with this nail salon. Mia is incredible with gels! They always get me in and I never have to wait. Love love love this place! And their prices are great! Thanks Nailtastic!! read more

I've been coming here for years. Lina is the sweetest angel. She really takes her time cleaning your cuticles and making sure your nails are nice and clean before applying any color. She's very detail-oriented. My. favorite nail salon! read more

I love this place! It was my first time with a friend before an event. They are super clean, using sealed sterile tools. It wasn't busy so I don't know if they clean the pedi bowl before/after but I can only assume if they practice one good hygienic practice then they would do that too! I got the mani pedi which they did really well, got all my cuticles, and the massage was pretty good. The price was great, $30 total. The cons, they only take cash tips vs putting it on ur cc...I've never understood this business practice! And to be honest u definitely can get a more pampering mani/pedi but would have to pay a whole lot more! This did the trick at a reasonable price! I will definitely be back! read more

Nailtastic is amazing !!!!! I fell in love with the place! They offer great service and nothing but genuine, clean and honest hospitality! As a mother of a three year old daughter it is not easy to find the time for myself most of the time so I bring my daughter along with me. Not only are the staff that work at nailtastic so helpful but they actually love seeing my daughter when I bring her in with me. This was very surprising to me because in the past when I would take my daughter with me to other salons I would have bad experiences and it was a nightmare! I'm so thankful to have found such a great fantastic salon like Nailtastic they are truly amazing ! But my great experience didn't end their. They also have so many beautiful colors to chose from. So vibrant and modern the salon has so much to offer. They all do a great job on anything I get done from gel manicure/pedicures to full set acrylic. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to every one ! Definitely deserves five stars hands down the best in burbank! FYI ! My gel last for over 2 weeks and still looks amazing when I go in for my follow up appointment! read more

See all

I absolutely hate the service at this place. Never again will I go there, because each worker does not understand how to make their clients satisfied. I have gone a few times and every time I get a new worker to help me, but each person seems to be more incompetent than the next. Recently I had asked for a regular file and cut just to even out my nails. As the worker was removing my gel she asked me whether I wanted either file of cut, and I clearly asked for both. Once the process of removing the gel was over she lightly filed each nail just to show that she had done some sort of work, and asked for me to wash my hands. I had done so and then came back to my seat so she can continue with the work, since I had asked over 3 times to even out my nails, but to my surprise my session had reached it's end. My nails looked far from even at that point. I was frustrated from waiting over an hour for a 2 minute service, and on top of that I did not get what I had asked for. Besides the simple work of filing and cutting nails, they for sure do not complete the level of satisfaction for applying acrylics, gel, or even a simple nail polish. Take my word and stay far away from this place, because you will only regret it after they have already taken your money. read more

They did a nice job, I think it's a little pricier than I'm used to but oh well. The foot massage was one of the best I've ever had though. I could have sat there all day. read more

Obsessed with this place! It's always clean and never noisy like most other nail salons. I've had many of the manicurists work on me and no matter who does my nails, they always turn out fabulous. The receptionist is very sweet and fun to talk to. The huge selection of polish is also a great plus! You definitely get your money's worth. read more

Great!Fast! Their acrylics stay on a lot longer than most. I bartend and I put the nails to the test. Haven't found a place better!

I live right down the street from this nail salon and I thought I would give it a try and I loved it! The service was amazing and they did such a great job. I got a manicure and pedicure and they really took their time making my nails and toes look spectacular! Very clean and professional, i'll definitely be going here from now on. read more

I thought I would like this place or at least make it "the place" since it's so close to my house and while they are professionals at taking care of your nails- they rush. I hate that. I made an appointment and while they were doing gel design, someone came in with an appointment and my design came out all messy. I get that you need to make business happen but I kinda don't want to waste $60 on pedi and gel design for it to be messed up when someone else walks into the door. read more

Where do I start!? I just love, love, love this salon! I wish I could keep this place a secret, so I can have them all to myself. First of all, the people who work here are amazing. It's not your stereotypical nail salon where they talk amongst themselves and you are left wondering what they are saying about you. In fact, they are super caring and always asking you if you are ok and if you need anything. As far as hygiene, they are super clean and everything is always sterilized. My kids even like going with me, because of how nice everyone is. They occasionally even get to sit on the pedicure chairs and get a massage :-). I can't recommend this salon enough! It's my once a week indulgence that I really look forward to. read more

Simply put, they're the best in the business. Mother, sister, and girlfriend all go here and they can't stop raving about how good everything is. read more

Called at 11:30 for an appointment and was told to come at 4pm. I arrive on time and am told to wait by a few people but don't get any understanding of who exactly I am waiting for. Other appointments come in but these seem to be regulars so they start queuing up for the workers who are finishing ... I continue to wonder who is assigned to me. 20 minutes elapse and I am still waiting, as are others with appointments. I again ask, indicating I had an appointment, and am just told to wait a few more minutes. At 4:28 I walk out! Don't go to this place - they don't respect you or your time even when you show respect and consideration by making an appointment. read more

Great customer service and great, clean work. Got my nails done with Tammy and Ivy on two separate occasions by chance. Both times my nails turned out nice! I'm very happy with this place. read more

The place is new and looks fairly clean. It's a little pricier than others, but it's worth it because it's so close to home. Most of the staff is friendly, except one, who refused to re-do my nail polish after it chipped only 2 days later. However, the manager was great and had the lady re-do my polish free of charge. The manager really knows customer service. If I was rating the manager alone, I would give her 5 stars. read more

Accommodating for appointments. Nice. Fast. Excellent work. Strong nails, they don't break! Paint as wanted

They are super clean!!! I always walk out happy with my toes and hands done perfectly! Love this place.

I love this place. All the ladies are amazing and I love Susan ,she does my pedicures all the time. They also do waxing. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. read more

I am first time customer, and my first impression was: this place needs to be updated, it looks rundown. For the pedicure, they used new tools, but the file was not sanitized, you could see the dust from the previous customer. For my acrylic set, they never used new tools, which is for me a no go and a reason not to return. My nails turned out great, but when you look closer you can see the acrylic lifts near the cuticle -after 2 days, that's poor work! read more

Today was actually my first time at this salon. My nail polish didn't dry fast enough and since I didn't have time to re do it the owner/manager was very nice and refunded the money and asked me to come back but fortunately my daughters nails came out perfect. As long as my little girls is happy I'm happy read more

I made an appointment for a spa pedicure based on good reviews. I waited 20 minutes for my appointment because my manicurist had "gone out for supplies." I eventually left and went to a place down the street that saw me immediately. I'm sorry that they didn't have a chance to show me what they can do but I'm not going back.
