During my visit, I noticed a shift in the overall atmosphere when a manager arrived. The dynamic in the salon felt a bit different, and I observed more involvement in conversations between staff and clients. It also seemed like there may have been recent changes with staff or ownership, which could explain some of the differences in experience. During every conversation the receptionist had with the employees, she kept saying, "appointment only" although they were still able to accommodate me as a walk-in. So, this tells me flexibility may be changing moving forward. On a positive note, the salon remains very clean, uses sanitized equipment, and pricing appears consistent for now. I do hope the atmosphere settles over time, as I'd love to continue supporting a local business in my community.
