The male employee barely communicated with her throughout the appointment. Rather than politely asking her to reposition her hands, he repeatedly slapped them into place. I find that completely unprofessional and inappropriate, and had I known in the moment I would've walked out then and there. The nails took only about 30 minutes, and the turnout was very poor. The nails were noticeably crooked, lifting immediately, and had excess glue left around them. After waiting over two hours for sloppy work and spending $100, there is no justification for the high price to begin with. Very disappointing that there is such an awful salon in our new and developing shopping center. Believe all the poor reviews, don't waste your time or money.
