WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE.!!!!! I have been a LONG time customer for 10 years and recently every time me and my mother have come (2 times a year), the quality has declined and the health of our nails has deteriorated. When my mother removed the polish from her nail it look like a weird discolored white and for weeks since it hasn't changed and both toes look awful! On top of this I went to get gel pedicure and the first time was ok and I just now went to get them redone and now my nail has cracked IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NAIL BED. The lady must have sanded down too much of my nail and it finally split. This is from my second time only doing my nails since May!!! If you guys care about your feet and don't want weird fungus looking discoloration or to LOSE YOUR TOENAIL avoid this place!!!! Horrible!!!!!! The gentleman that did my nails was texting on his phone the whole the service and especially between polishing my nails which he did a horrible job at. The finished look was sloppy and unprofessional. There's dried acrylic all around my cuticles. The woman who did my pedicure at least tried her best but she isn't adequately trained. My gel nails lasted 6 days before one of them started peeling off from the bottom of my nail. They applied multiple coats when I was there to try and guarantee longer lasting gel nails, but unfortunately this was not the case. The actual service itself was quick and the employees are friendly. They do use the hot water from the feet pedicure buckets to soften your hands' nails, if you care about that. read more

This isn't an upscale nail salon...but it's cozy and the staff treats you like family once you begin coming on a regular basis. The spot is beginning to look a little worn down but it is clean and they are sanitarI've been coning to see Chung, (whom I call Dr. Chung cause she is amazing at healing my lifelong issue with ingrown toenails!) for maybe about 10 years or more now. I also see Lisa and Mi and they are just incredibly sweet and accommodating. Beyond disappointed!! Do not go here!! I kept trying this place to see if it got any better, it has NOT. One time the manager/owner fired a sassy nail lady WHILE she was doing my nails. How unprofessional!! I go to get my nails done to relax - definitely not relaxing experience. Last two days I had to go back because my nail broke off. I have not had that happen after getting acrylic nails done EVER. I go back and they fix my manicure to make it look great. Last night a nail broke off while I was cooking. And this morning more nails broke off. My NAILS LOOK HORRIFIC. I don't have time to go back a THIRD time and my career is my hands. I went to get my nails done there last weekend and I had made an appointment. First of all none of the people I have made an appointment with were available so I just got assigned whoever was available and not who had been recommended to me by my sister in law. Then they wanted me to wait 30 minutes until I said to just have whoever do my full set. I regret it !! My nails are horrible and thick and to top it off a week later they are already lifting !. I paid almost $100 for gel mani and full set and I feel I should have at Least gotten who I had requested . Very unorganized and overpriced !! Very disappointed! Walked in for the very first time here for a pedicure and they fit me in for a 5 minute wait for the next nail technician. Ann was very thorough with the feet scrub, wax and massage - speaking in of massages, all the chairs here are massage chairs which is a nice bonus. Ann did a great job overall. The price is competitive compared to other salons I've been to, but the service overall didn't fall short of what they offered. Place is clean, calm with some nature on the flatscreens and calming music. The manager was attentive and courteous. Gotta give this place 5 stars for an overall pleasant experience. read more

What I will say, if you want your gel manicure to be the same color as your pedicure nail polish don't come here. After I asked if it match's right when they started, they said yes. My mani and pedi were two very different colors. Then they tell me none of theirs colors matches. The worst part of the girl at the front was so rude, and asked if o told them before they started if I wanted the same polish color. Like what?!? Then the said the only thing they could do is do gel on my feet but I would have to pay extra. Worst part is the front desk girl over charged me. When I caught her lying she said oh our rates went up. She was lying. And ran my card, after she asked if I could pay in cash? Morally of the story, if you want the same color for your mani and pedi , go somewhere else or get a French manicure. Also, they keep pushing this sign in app they have.
