She takes her time with your nails and they always come out looking natural. She's a bit of a perfectionist and she takes her time with your nails and the designs you want (if you want any, she's great either way). She always tries her best and almost always is able to do any design I bring to her. She's truly an artist and I always get compliments on my nails. I originally made an appointment for a full set manicure, but halfway through, I requested a pedicure and they accommodated me right away! If you go, I totally recommend you ask for Na! I've been here a few times and this location is very clean. They greet you immediately and get you in within 15 minutes wait. I usually go to a older lady with glasses. She is really sweet and takes her time give you a good shape for acrylic nails with gel full set. The only problem is it took 2 hours or more this time to get finished. Service is great just don't expect designs they only do classic nails. read more

This is hard gel with gel color overlay. I wash my hands a lot and historically by other salons the nails chip and lift. Nails by Na never lift. I can go 2.5 weeks before a full. I was avoiding writing this but I'm more frustrated with my nails each day. These photos were taken 5 days after the service. I had gel x nail extensions done (not what I was originally wanting but was talked into it). I honestly could've done it better myself after seeing how easy it is compared to nails that have to be sculpted. The nail extensions are way too narrow and you can see tons of my natural nail on the sides of each nail (and this was true the day of service as well). They hurt for 48 hours because of how much they are squeezing my nails but I'm assuming I just got used to it. So much gel spilled out from under each extension that I have gel all over the place. It's on top of my cuticles on almost every nail and I've broken off huge clumps from under my nails as well. The craziest part was the sheets of gel I had to peel off of my skin on the tips of 3 or 4 fingers. Overall, this is just so sloppy. The woman who did my nails was very friendly, I just don't think she cared that she was doing a sloppy job after talking me into an easier and more expensive service than I had originally requested. Not giving a one-star review because everyone was very friendly and the salon was very clean and run efficiently. read more

I got a full set with dip powder and a deluxe pedicure. Dip powder: $40 Deluxe pedi $37 It took 2 hours to complete my full set. My thumbs are not proportional to the rest of my nails. The nail tech offered to check me out and let me know I could leave a tip on my card. She never mentioned they were using a cash back option and there was a $2.50 atm fee. If you need your nails done real quick it's fine, but definitely make sure you get a nail tech who can get you done in a timely manner and bring cash. read more

Upon arriving staff was friendly and seated me right away. I came in for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. I was given a menu and the manicurist made it so difficult and started selecting the services I wanted. I couldn't really understand her but at the end I told her I wanted a regular pedi and mani. No add ons! During the pedi I was charged before being finished which was odd to me. I gave the owner the tip in cash and asked her to split it in three ways since I had three people work on me. She split it two ways instead of 3 and didn't give the lady that worked on my pedi a tip. The lady was asking why I didn't tip I told her to ask the owner since I told her to tip three ways. Plus I didn't have anymore cash.The owner ignored her and I told the person working on me to please split the tip with her since the owner did it incorrectly, he hesitated and shrugged it off until I explained to him that his boss miscalculated the tip, this was really frustrating as I had the lady waiting for her tip almost in tears. I brought this to the attention of the owner and she ignored me and walked away with an attitude and also ignored her employee. This was not a relaxing experience as I had came to relax after a long week. Too many chaos. Won't be returning due to the owners negligence. The lady that did my pedi was super sweet. She transferred from another salon and I followed her because she's THAT good. My actual nail wouldn't grow and Na recommended using GelX nails and now my nails are long and no longer need an artificial gel nail. She puts a strong gel on top to keep them from breaking and I absolutely love the designs she creates. Went in there last week in the morning as a walk in, they where very welcoming and nice. So I'll give them two stars for that. However, I did not see them open a sanatized pack of tools to use on my fingers. Nancy was very rough and when she took out the nippers I specifically told her do not cut my cuticles. She said a little bit and proceeded anyways and ended up cutting me. I then seen her use these nippers to fix and cut polish brush. Then used them on me again and threw them back in her station box. I hope and pray they were sent for sanitizing and not left for the next customer. Especially after cutting me because she did draw blood. I immediately went to CVS and grabbed some iodine for the cut. Even though they have good reviews, I will not be returning read more

Terrible honestly. Believe all the bad reviews. Came here to get gel no-chip on my natural nails. Within 10 min of getting them done they were already lifting. The guy doing my nails, Peter, fixed it. Then literally 24 hours later they were all peeling. On top of that the work was lumpy and just bad as you can see in the pictures. Came to get them fixed and was given attitude by Peter saying I messed them up. If I'm getting no chip they shouldn't be peeling in less than 24 hours. In reality he didn't prep the nail correctly at all. The whole thing was rushed - it took 15 min total. The second time around still super lumpy and uneven. They use cheap products. There are plenty of good nail salons in Los Angeles, don't waste your money here. read more
