I have resorted to sugaring over the past year, but after learning that my regular place went out of business I decided to give waxing another try since it received so many good reviews. Went here yesterday for waxing (booked it with Thuy after reading all the great reviews on here). Def. one of the best waxing experiences I've had! Thuy was very knowledgeable as many other yelpers mentioned. Liked how she gave really good tips to avoid ingrown hairs. Asked if I was doing okay and was very friendly. The location is a bit out of the way for me to go to as I live more downtown but well worth the trip! I am def. going to go back at least once more before I go back to Waterloo in Jan. I have been to Nailsense several times, for waxing and manicure. A great salon with great prices. *Waxing: Both Kim and Thuy are excellent and provide useful advice throughout the process... I won't say they make it painless but they make it as pleasant as waxing can be! And the place is very clean. I won't go anywhere else for my waxing! I don't live in the area anymore, but I go out of my way to come back just to get my eyebrows waxed by Thuy. She's the only person who doesn't give me the nervous sweats while they're hacking away at my mammoth brows because I know they'll turn out looking amazing every time. She's thorough and meticulous and is usually chewing gum, which is nice. I've had other services done here (manicure, pedicure, shellac, etc) and they were A-OK. Everything is clean and reasonably priced and they do a good job. This is a review for mani+pedi for $35* I finally decided to go to Nailsense after having a not-so-good job at another place. I had an appointment at 11:30 but came earlier. Upon arriving here, I was taken aback at how crowded this place was! The guy behind the counter gave me a warm welcome and kindly told me that there was a Starbucks nearby and I can wait until my appointment there or, take a look at the nail polish colours beforehand. There was alot of colours to choose from but I was quick to find my colour of choosing. It was a nice autumn-feeling orange (: I decided to go to the Subway nearby for brunch and then came back at :11:30 when thankfully, I was seated right away for my pedicure. I usually don't have alot of experiences with nail salon/spa places so I get super awkward but what made this particular experience easier was because one of the ladies working was actually someone I knew (small world, huh?) For the duration of my pedi, I was mostly absorbed by the movie playing on their TV hung up on the wall (playing The Artist). The lady doing my pedicure was Dina and did a swift job in giving my legs/feet/toes a happy feeling. I was then given a manicure almost right away after my manicure was done, which again, was swiftly done and efficient. The experience was quick except for the drying part---oh god, I always hate the drying part, because they kind of just leave you there until you have enough courage to ask them to check your nails. Lynn is really good, she's nice and professional. I told her how I want to apply two colours for my mani and she did it exactly as I said, and these two stars are for her. But my experience there was not satisfaying. I called them to make an appointment for mani and pedi at 2:45, and called them again for bikini waxing at 2:30, the girl who answered the phone told me bikini wax takes about 15mins so the timing is perfect. I even received two confirmation emails from them before my appointment. When I arrived, on time, the place was full, there was no one at the reception desk, so I sit there and wait. A girl came to me and asked my name, I told her my appointment schedule and she left. And then the girl came back and asked me to sit on the pedi chair, I told her my bikini wax is scheduled first, and another lady (who did my waxing) said okay I can do waxing for you first if you like,I was a bit uncomfortable that moment because they scheduled my appointment and now it's like I'm asking for some kind of special request. The meni and pedi takes more than one hour, what if there's another customer scheduled for waxing after I'm done with pedi? Considering the place is so packed, it sure can happen. The waxing lady was kind of in a rush, so of course it was more painful than my previous experience, when I get back home I found wax and some hair left. After waxing I came out of the room, someone came to me and asked my name again, I told her it's time for meni and pedi, and I was led to a pedi chair. After 30 minutes I realized no one was doing my meni, considering everyone sitting next to me were given meni and pedi service by two person at the same time. So I asked them is anyone coming to do my meni, for the third time, they asked my name again and went to check the computer, I was really mad at that moment, and really uncomfortable, they explained no one can do it now because they are all occupied. About 20mins later a girl came and started to polish my fingers. Finally, the service was done I went to the checkout, the waxing lady did the checkout, she just passed the machine to me without a bill, so I asked how much is the total cost(I know the service is done I have to pay no matter how much it costs, but isn't a customer deserve to know how much they are going to pay before inserting their card?)The waxing lady said you will see the price when you insert the card, okay, the total price was 130 something with 15% tip I paid 149 in total, but when she gave me the receipt there's only final payment without indicating each service's price, this is the most uncomfortable payment experience I had so far, and yes, never coming back again. read more

I came for a brazilian and only have great things to say about it. I was so thrilled with the salon I decided to come back the following day for eyelash tinting. Boy did I push my luck. The procedure was SO painful! The dye was applied to my eyelids and it stung so badly my eyes were watering and I was counting down the seconds until she finally wiped it off. It still stung for a good 30 mins after. ,I woke up the next morning to a horrible reaction. My eyes swelled up like golf balls and it took a solid 7 days to come down. I had to go to the doctor and get prescribed cream and took benadryl/reactine. So, overall, brazilians, yes, eyelash tinting no... or at least do a skin-reaction test the day before. On a side note, the manager was quite rude and the girl who did my eyelashes was 30 minutes late. But - the brazilian + Thuy = perfection. read more

I had a horrible experince with manicure and pedicure not too long ago, and it pretty much turned me off the whole thing. Anyways, Nailsense is clean. yep! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Super comfy seats with back message are always a PLUS. The staff were all very friendly. Mine was amazing- she even wrapped my toes in cling wrap after it was all done! My nails and fingers did not bleed- and they are still not bleeding. Prices are reasonable, and it's god wicked colour selection. You'll be torn-- really. All in all, NAILSENSE is awesome! read more

I recently had a great experience at Nailsense. I needed a pedicure and didn't want to spend an absolute fortune (i.e. Luxe Spa in Yorkville - which is amazing but expensive!). Ok, I liked the results, but the service was horrible! I was rushed in and out of there. The gentleman at the reception desk wasn't friendly at all, he rushed me to the chairs for my pedi, the technitians would only speak on their language, which I consider very rude. For my pedicure, she went TOO deep into cutting the corners of my nails. When I was done mani/pedi, I asked if it was possible to do my eyebrows as well. The gentleman took a deep breath and said "But you don't have an appointment.". As I glanced over the technicians, they were all sitting together and chatting. No costumers whatsoever and still they couldn't take 5 minutes to do my eyebrows. I was vey VERY disappointed. After reading all the good reviews here, my experience was the complete opposite. After reading all the great reviews on this site, I decided to treat my 8 yr old daughter to a manicure and a pedicure last Saturday. I booked a mani and pedi for both of us online which was super convenient. I was running a bit late for my appointment. I immediately called the salon to advise as such. The guy who answered the phone was aloof and abrupt and after asking me my name just stated see you soon and hung up. OK! We got there and the same guy didn't even acknowledge our arrival, he barely looked up as he asked us to pick our colors. He didn't even tell us where we could hang our coats. I was immediately disappointed in the customer service but my daughter was so excited, I decided to tough it out. Now I must mention I heard the same gentleman greet other clients as they entered the salon in a courteous and warm manner. We were ushered into the pedicure chairs after picking our colors. Before the pedicure began I noticed the nail file the tech was about to use was already used. I asked for a new file and she had this incredulous look on her face as she repeated my request to me. I made sure new files were used on my feet and my daughter's. The pedicure was good though and she took the time to ask if I did like the color. Apparently the tech that was scheduled to do my daughter's manicure was ready and proceeded to give my daughter a dry manicure while she was still doing her pedicure. Dry because her cuticles were never soaked in water to soften them. This dual service also meant she stretch her arm across her body to complete it. YEAH, SO NOT ENJOYING THE EXPERIENCE THUS FAR. Now I know this is probably a method of time management but the client should've been asked beforehand. While I was in the chair, I asked my tech if I could have my eyebrows waxed. She advised, "I will check with the boss and let you know." At that time a walkin came in because I distinctly heard her ask to be fitted in for a mani and pedi. The "boss" then told her to have a seat and he would fit her in. After hearing this I asked the tech again if I could have my eyebrows waxed and she said it wasn't possible because they were fully booked. She didn't even ask. Next was the manicure, which was done with the same file which was used on my toes. All I can say about it is disappointing. The tech I believe her name was Trixxie was horrid, poor customer service and zero accountability. I specifically told her to please keep the shape of my current manicure (less than 1 mth old); she shaped my nail too pointy. When I told her it was too pointy she rudely stated "next time explain the shape I wanted properly." The end result was shorter than usual nails. My manicure was rushed and she pushed back my cuticles before my hands were even placed in the manicure bowl to soak. I was happy it was over. Next I was ushered to the drying station where we were abandoned. No one came to check on our nails. No one even helped us remove the slippers or toes dividers. Mind you as I was drying I saw another tech wrap her client's toes in cling wrap before she put on her shoes. That was it for me. I immediately got up, got my coat and proceeded to the front desk to pay. Finally the "boss" asked how everything was today. I calmly said "DISAPPOINTING". He just smiled, nodded and swiped my card. All in all this was the worst salon experience ever. I regularly try different salons and this is the first time I didn't feel valued, welcomed or even considered. Maybe it was because I was there on a Saturday, or I just caught the techs on a bad day or it was my first time visiting the salon. Last week was my 3rd visit to Nailsense. I bought into the hype early on in 2011 and had waxing and mani-pedis done but in the last year, it has become impossible to track an appointment down that's conveniently timed (added to the inconvenience that it's not local to me) I'm not a noob to nail salons in the city and would have to agree with past reviews that you can find better in the city and for more competitive prices. I have found the nail techs go a little too cuticlecuttinghappy - my thumbs are proof of this (they're healing from the deep bloody cuts they left them in and cuticles are sprouting in all sorts of weird directions). Since I've only tried Shellac manis, I can say that I've splurged on many Shellac manis in the city and this Shellac French manicure is not looking up to par. I can see where they coloured over the french white part with the pink coat... for paying a $45 Shellac French manicure, I'm disappointed because I could easily have went to another salon I preferred and would have had smooth white tips (with no visible overcoat). Since last year, this salon started using OPI gel color instead of CND shellac. This is the first time I've had OPI gel color but it's already chipping, which is a bad sign since it's only been exactly 7 days since I got my nails done last Friday. I've had some Shellac manis in the city last for 2-3 weeks before showing a chip (and with lots of housework in between). On a second note, the gorgeous lighting in the salon do really highlight how your nails look like in the salon, until you get into natural lighting.... My pedi actually looks quite average, as if I could have painted them myself. I still reserve two stars only because unlike other nail salons, it's a) very clean and aesthetically pleasing (all the tools are heated or new) and b) the technicians do consult you on almost everything - if you would prefer a buffer/razor, preferred nail shape for filing. As for the waxing I had done prior, it was very gentle but personally, I prefer shorter waxing times done with the least amount of strips and the highest return. The waxers at nailsense are meticulous to detail (even going so far as to tweeze everything they missed). But personally, I prefer not to lie in a bed for half an hour while they scrutinize every hair follicle. read more

Mandy did my shellac mani and pedi before I left for my vacation. I did not have an appointment but they were totally busy when I walked in. I was offered water or green tea. I chose the later; it wasn't very good. (Reminds me of the walmart brand I once tried. I'm sticking to sencha powder from Japan only from now on...) The pedi was great, but later I realized that she cut too close for one nail, and that got a little infected. As for the mani, I asked for the french tips and they were not symmetrical and too thick for how short my nails were cut. Of course after she did the first one, she showed me and it looked just fine. My first time at Nailsense was a disappointment. The woman who was doing my manicure cut my finger and caused it to bleed. I was not able to continue with the manicure as I wanted a light colour on my nails and my nail was still bleeding. I received an apology after being made to feel it was my fault because I had "thin skin". I asked to speak to someone in charge and all I got was a blank stare. Not going to lie. Service could've been much better. I called in to make an appointment for a pedicure. But, when I came in I asked for a manicure too. They said ok. So I went to pick out my colors. After the pedicure, she said no time for a manicure. Um...it takes 15-20 minutes and you let me pick out my colors. Couldn't you have told me before the service? If they want to run an efficient business, this isn't how to do it. I went 2 doors down for a manicure. As competition continues to grow in Toronto, they need to play ball. Never in my life have I ever been turned down for a manicure after getting a pedicure, and I get weekly manis and monthly pedicures. I grew up in NY so we spend money on having beautiful nails. If this is the best nail salon in Toronto, I dread to think what the worst one, or even an average one, is like. I'll start off with the positives, the premises is clean and appealing and the end product of my manicure/pedicure was admittedly quite good. Unfortunately, the service is appalling. When I arrived, no one took my coat, directed me as to where I should leave my shoes or handbag, offered me a magazine or even a glass of water. I wasn't even shown the whole range of colours they had on offer for my nails, which was really frustrating when I only realised certain colours and effects were available after having paid!!! The receptionist/technician briefly acknowledged me by gruffly asking me for my name while she was working on another customer's nails, and then abruptly and incoherently directed me towards a foot bath. The next technician who did my feet did not even say hello, was rude and had bad communication skills when I asked a question, and gave me instructions by tapping my legs and feet directing me to move as if I was an animal! She was rough and at times her massage really hurt. The warm towel press was scorching hot!! The girl who did my manicure was more pleasant and made the effort to smile at me, so I appreciated that. I would name her and single her out but unfortunately she didn't have a name badge. Overall, the poor service was really disappointing. I wasn't given any interaction or guidance during the procedures, e.g: when I sat on the massage chair no one turned it on or offered to show me how it worked. When my fingernails were drying, no one came over to let me know I was good to go, I had to just guess when it was time to leave. I've never been made to feel so unwelcome in any establishment, and having worked in retail/hospitality for years, I'm usually lenient with customer service folk, as I know how taxing it can be dealing with people all day. But honestly it is only a slight exaggeration to say that my entire two hours in this salon may has well have been conducted in silence! Is it so hard to smile and say hi, or "you're welcome"?! I wasn't looking for constant conversation, or special treatment, and the staff's conversing amongst themselves in their own language didn't bother me either. I have been to Nailsense several times now and I would have to say that this salon stands out in Toronto. First of all, you can book your appointment through email and they provide very prompt response. The nail salon is covered with spotless white floor. At one of my pedicure appointments, the owner mopped the floor 5 times and wiped the counter twice. I was told that every year during the Christmas holidays, the owner will scrub the place top to bottom and repaint it. Their services such as manicure and pedicure are very thorough. I had a regular manicure done by Khanh and it lasted me over 2 weeks considering I was doing lots of cooking, dishes and sports every day. If a regular manicure can last me over 2 weeks, I wonder how long a Shellac manicure will last me. I love their nice and clean packaged sterilized tools that they open right in front of you. It really reassures their cleanliness. Their Brazilian wax is the best in town. Both Kim and Thuy are very gentle. They wax small areas at a time and use as many strips as required. They do not double dip. They explain the procedure very well and even provide after care tips. If you have any specific questions or concerns, the owner will research the answers for you or even have the esthetician call you directly. The pain level for their Brazilian wax is next to none. Also, if you listen carefully, the owner doesn't use the term Brazilian wax at the cash register. He would just say waxing which I find very professional. I personally don't have a problem if he was to use the actual term, but to alleviate embarrassment his choice of word is perfect just like his staffs and services! read more

Had booked an appointment for 4pm through their website which is nice on Dec 30th was seated right away and had one aesthetician doing my pedicure and the other my manicure. Felt like a queen it was really nice. No nicks or cuts which I usually have from other places. They were all speaking their language but that would be the only thing that could've been better otherwise the cost for both which comes to $40 with taxes is worth it. They also have a drying station that helps the nail polish dry faster and they were playing a movie for us to watch while we wait and the woman at the cash ran to me to wrap my feet in cling wrap before putting on my shoes to help prevent smudging even once dry. The location and decor is very nice and serene and they have a fantastic selection of colours. But the customer service needs some help. I booked an appointment several weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure started promptly on time and halfway through somebody else started in my manicure concurrently. She then stopped halfway because she had another customer. When my pedicure finished I was asked if I could wait 15 min because she has another customer for a manicure. I responded that I have a booked appointment starting now for a manicure. She pointed to another person and said "sorry, I have another customer". This is appalling! Now I'm sitting here WAITING while other people get services despite the fact that I had appointments booked and confirmed. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Well I did it, I made the schlep! I actually found a much better route then Avenue Rd. I arrived just over half an hour early for my appointment this time and Thuy was available to take me in early. Thankfully because as a newbie it took a little more time than I imagine a maintenance session would. Does it hurt? For a second there's the usual waxing rip of pain but gone a second later. I did take two aspirin an hour before the appointment as Tien recommended and I can't be sure if that was necessary. I'd like to think I could handle the discomfort unmanaged but won't know better till next time. Yes, the place is immaculately clean. Thuy is experienced and enjoys her work. She told me how to maintain my wax to prevent ingrown hairs and definitely what not to do. I would highly recommend this place and am glad to have it in my bag of tricks. I found nailsense right after it opened when I was searching online for a reasonably priced place for Brazillian waxing. I decided to give it a shot, not knowing what to expect...and I was blown away! Thuy is incredible - she gives better waxes than you'll find at the top spas throughout Toronto and for such a good price. She is quick with the wax and spends much time tweezing and advising you on how to prevent ingrowns. She is incredibly friendly and always leaves the room while you change and leaves you with a clean towel. Nailsense is extremely clean. They never double dip into the wax, something that I've seen them do at spas that charge 70 dollars for a Brazillian!!! I love that you can book online, too! I have referred all of my friends here and we're all obsessed. I will never go anywhere else for waxing...Thuy is just the best! read more

Went to get my very first bikini wax yesterday by Thuy. I walked into the room and she left the room and told me she'd be back. I was soo nervous, I had to take several deep breaths, took off my shorts and lay on the bed with the towel on my lap. The process was quick and painful. But she was soo good at it, it hurt at first, stung afterwards and eventually stopped altogether. I will definitely be going back. I give her a 5 star rating but if there was the option of giving her a 4.5 star I would. This is just because one side was all clear of hair and the other was not as clear. She did explain to me that it was because my hair was curly so it'd probably be more painful for her to tweeze everything off. Seeing as you can't wax the same part twice. But it'd have been nice to leave with both sides looking spotless you know? But she was amazing nevertheless. I will be going back to her for a bikini again and a Brazilian soon! My fave nail place! Been here twice for shellac manicure with nail art design and regular pedicure. Place is very clean with a wide selection of colors to choose from. The staff take their time with your nails. They have a large TV playing a teenybopper movie (on mute with subtitles). Free daytime weekday parking on the residential streets nearby. Not sure about weekends or evenings. My only beef is that the price is quite high and they don't have a combo discount for shellac mani/pedi. read more

I raved about this place but now I feel that ppl should know what I have come to realise about this place - especially since everyone is feeling its so great (what I used to think) - read this and go there and check it out for yourself. I have been here 3 times... wait .... 4. The first time was for a brazillian.. and that was mostly due to the fact that they advertize sterile techniques and they do not double dip the stick into the wax throughout treatment and especially those used on other people! Thuy was great! though it still hurt no matter the technique. The other times I went was for a manicure. I actually like the designs that they can make on the nails after the manicure. Such talent. (never knew why people just got a plain manicure, the designs are only a few dollars more) All was going great BUT yet on my last visit I noticed a few things and the things that I passed over as one time instances on the other visits confirmed that it happens all the time -- which bring the stars down from a 5 to a 2. And actually I dont quite recommend them to friends and family anymore. - because Im in the health field I have worked with sterilizers and instruments before. So I noticed those "sterile" pouches that they use for each person for the manicure - when removing the cuticle excess - though it was wrapped up in those pouches - the sterilization indicator colour that is supposed to change after being sterilized had not change to a different colour. Thus, though the package was wrapped - the contents were not heat sterilized. (maybe they can explain this but I did not ask) - I was cut on my cuticule and it bled. She put a styptic (medication that only stops the bleeding) but when I asked for a topical antibiotic (so it will not get infected) she looked confused and said that that is all they have and that was enough. It was stinging throughout the manicure and drying process and started to get inflammed when I was at home - so I had to put some polysporin on it myself. So - though they pride themselves in cleanliness - I find it weird that they can really injure someone with the instruments yet they do not prepare to protect from infection or cross contamination - also - the last 2 times I had my manicure done - I realized that once they are finished cutting all the dead skin excess cuticle from you and cleaning your nails - they dump that garbage on the floor behind them or to the side of them!!! Hello?? what if I had fungal nails? everyone else is going to be walking on all that plus they may even get a sharp nail piece stuck in their foot! - also, the last time they messed up on the nail design - it was so horrific - looked like a dead black bird smeared all over my nail (supposed to be a flower) - I asked them to remove it - they did so but seemed annoyed and said for them to correct it - since that gal is already working on someone else I would have to wait until she was done - I told them to never mind and they gave me back the 5$ for the design - yet did not consider the tax on that . extra bonus I guess for messing up my nails. Anyways... Its too bad that Im beginning to doubt the cleanliness of this place - because that was the main reason I went here in the first place. Their boss seems to be unfriendly or at least doesnt smile and the gals seem like they are kinda miserable but smile cause they have to. There is one lady there that always has a smile on her face and is very nice. But the rest do not look too happy, especially when their boss is in. Its a shame because these are the only places that have the talent to make great nail designs yet the main reason people chose not to go and infact go to higher end places like spas (Elmwood - uses approved steam sterilizers!) is because of cleanliness. If they truely make this a priority and do not over work the girls that work there then they can be more of a success! read more

i decided to go to nailsense for my first experience w brazilian because of their rating on yelp. so thanks yelp!!! i wont repeat what everyone else have already said. they're just so wonderful. when i went in for my appointment, it seemed like they made a mistake and actually didnt book me for an appointment. :( but its okay!! they still made sure i was accommodated! :D GO. TO. THUY. FOR YOUR FIRST BRAZILIAN. shes just amazing and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable at all, explaining what shes doing throughout the whole procedure. shes very thorough, going over with the twizzer (ouch!!) for the hair that didnt get pulled out. all this and i didnt feel uncomfortable. she was so professional about everything. on top of that, as a cherry on top, they only charged me $30 instead of the regular price of $35 for first time brazilian! ive already decided that i'm going to be a regular here. :) read more

my first time writing a review, but I HAD to. This place really is as good as it gets in terms of mani-pedi. It has now been 10 days since I had my appointment and my hands are still in perfect condition! After TEN whole days of doing normal things! That is the first time ever in my life, and I'm starting to get bored of the color, but just want to see how long they can last. In any case, I HIGHLY recommend this place. I started coming here for mani-pedi's based on Yelp reviews & I really do love it! I'm *very* fussy about cleanliness (I'm a nurse) & Nailsense is the cleanest nail salon I've seen. All the staff are very warm & professional, their work is excellent & they take care to ensure that you are happy with the results. They have an wide range of nail colours (OPI, Essie, China Glaze), including the latest colour collections. The prices are outstanding, good luck finding their level of service cheaper! Definitely worth going. Lastly, you can book appointments via email, very handy! I haven't tried their other services so I cannot comment on those. read more

I travel over an hour to get to this place. The reason? Thuy. She does the most amazing Brazilians. I've been to another place, and every person I've had there has left my lady bits feeling sore and burning. Thuy has magic hands because a Brazilian from her never hurts. She even gets the unwaxed hairs with tweezers. I'd recommend a Brazilian from Thuy to anyone who is sitting on the fence. read more

What drew me to Nailsense is that it's known to be one of the cleanest salons in the city and after several great experiences I decided it's definitely my go-to for manis/pedis and waxes. I recently went in for a Shellac mani and let my technician know to be gentle with my cuticles as they are sensitive. However one of my cuticles started bleeding, so the technician applied an antiseptic until it stopped. Three hours later I took the bandaid off my sore cuticle to find that it was still bleeding (downside of having the worst cuticles in the world). I emailed and later called the salon to see if it was possible to get a refund as I was in quite a bit of pain. The manager was very understanding and offered my next nail appointment on the house. This salon is run very well and really cares about its customers. I really appreciate all the great service I've gotten here! read more

I initially heard about Nailsense from my best friend who is addicted to manicures and pedicures. When she recommended that I give this place a try, I couldn't resist because it was definitely the advice of a professional. I was pleased by their service as well as how great my nails looked after I was done. They have an endless selection of colors which include brand names like Essie, OPI, and China Glaze. I couldn't find the exact shade that I wanted but a technician was able to convince to use a pretty aqua color from Essie. So I am sure that even the pickiest customers will find their perfect shade of nail polish. The service is good and efficient, they take their time are make sure you are happy with the work. I actually made the mistake of booking at the last minute for a manicure, pedicure and an eyebrow waxing. Thankfully, I did not have to wait long, even though I failed to book an appointment. They were very professional as well as hygienic, in the way that they cleaned up after every individual customer. When it came to the prices of the services, I was a happy customer. I was receiving both a manicure and pedicure at the same time. They also have specials for customers that choose to book both a manicure as well as a pedicure. The experienced eyebrow artist did an great job on my eyebrows. She was well deserving of my generous tip. She was skilled and able to shape and determine the perfect thickness of your eyebrows, without overpowering the actual shape and form of your face. This skill is definitely a much appreciated as I've had bad experiences with getting my eyebrows done in the past! Nailsense offers no booking fee or minimum charge for parties that do not need their space. I will definitely consider booking them for my next girls out. All in all, Nailsense has become my new favourite place for manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, and a possible brazilian if I eventually get the courage to try one LOL. read more
