I usually have a hard time with manicures because of hyperhydrosis in my hands, but the nail tech was so sweet and unbothered by it. I've now had two appointments in a row that I've shown up for only to find out that they overbooked, or Anna wasn't actually working that day. Both times I would have really appreciated a phone call to let me know my appointment couldn't be honored, and giving me a chance to reschedule instead of wasting time and money on Ubers to get there. One other note: When I arrived and found out Anna wasn't actually working on the day of my appointment and someone else would be doing my nails, I also found out that no one else there is able to do nail designs. The style I wanted was simple, with only 2 colors and a few lines but the manager told me I would have come back a different day if I wanted any kind of design.
