We checked in two women took us over to the pedicure chairs and had started our pedicures and it wasn't Kim again. It was my first time there so I didn't know who she was. The pedicures weren't bad, but we had to keep asking them to either cut my father's nails shorter, which the girl seemed afraid to do and then we both had problems with ingrown luckily Khoi was available to come over and check mine. He was super nice and friendly and welcoming. Again the pedicures were just OK. The technicians really didn't talk much or I think there was just a communication barrier. I do plan on going back only to see Kim or Khoi. I woke up today and I'm not sure what happened to my big toes. I have skin peeling that wasn't there before and my calluses on both of my big toes. Are this funny color extremely red and round this has never happened to me. So that's my only other concern. The atmosphere in the salon is great. It is super clean. Everyone seems to be friendly and the prices are reasonable again. I will be going again and I wish I got the two technicians names we saw because I wouldn't recommend them.

I got a manicure and pedicure and I pretty much came on time like three minutes before they opened since I didn't know where to go at first and it was my first time coming to this place for a nail appointment. The place is pretty big and spacious and it was pretty quiet probably because it's the weekday too, the person who did my nails was pretty nice and quick and she did what I asked. It was just a simple French nail, but in a different style both service and in about an hour, they have options to pay like Venmo and Apple Pay if you use Venmo, I think you get a 10% off so that was a good plus I didn't know about it at first, but it's a good thing. Might come back next time if I need some nail touch up

The nail technician who took care of me was a middle-aged man. He stared at me several times and showed an upset expression when the machine accidentally touched me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It was an awful experience, and I really wanted to request another nail technician. This was my fourth time going there, and every time they charged me a different price. This time I got builder gel and cat eye nails, and they charged me $83, which was much more expensive than I expected. Because of this experience, I don't think I will go there anymore.

I thought he was drilling them a little too far, but wrote it off. As I was having the polish removed, I looked more closely at the state at the salon and noticed it was really dirty, especially the floor. The nail tech grabbed a cuticle scissors from another station, which did not seem sterilized prior to use, and I should've stopped it there. The final straw was that the tech did not wrap my nails - instead he used the cuticle scissors to BREAK AND PULL OFF MY POLISH. I let him do it for two nails, the second nail breaking as a result of this. I finally asked to stop the service, which is something I've never done in my life. It was a horrifying experience. Sandy is easy to talk to and does a wonderful job. The leg massage is amazing. The other techs and the front desk staff are all very friendly and kind, and the salon is clean & seats are comfortable. Three, I came in as a walk in but I will definitely be making an appointment next time, I didn't have to wait at all but this place was obviously well respected in that aspect. In addition there were 3 men all getting their toes freshened up throughout my short time in there... that's more than I've ever seen in my life inside of a salon. All of this highlights how well respected and run Destiny Nails is. I will go back
