One of the newer technicians was extremely rough and trimmed my nails far too short. I told her several times that her digging into the side of my nail was extremely painful. I asked her to stop, and she rushed through the polish. By the next morning, my toe was red, swollen, and throbbing. Now that I'm on antibiotics and the swelling has gone down, I can clearly see the open wound where she was scraping and clipping. I emailed the salon and left a message for the owner, but I've received no response, which is incredibly disappointing after so many years of loyalty. It's clear that the quality has declined and the experience is no longer the relaxing self care it once was. I will not return for services here

It's been two months and my nails are still breaking off from the damaged portion of my nails growing off. Then came the price. Throughout the removal the staff kept asking each other how much to charge me since they didn't know the price of this service. They ended up charging me $40.. you can get this service for $20 or even less for only gel removal.

I think this salon is elite and would highly recommend as they do an amazing job. I got both a russian gel manicure (Yanna - color: natural, paid $110) and pedicure (Anna - $135) and the quality is amazing, my cuticles are so clean but they do a really good job in making sure it's not invasive (I've had some bad experiences where they are super invasive and have gotten painful, red and swollen cuticles). Another thing that I wanted to mention is that when they remove previous gel, they are so experienced in making sure not to buff too much. Sometimes, at other salons, I've experienced alot of pain due to the heat spike when curing because of this but had zero pain today which I absolutely loved. They take great care throughout the service and are extremely detailed oriented. I've never had a better quality service and will definitely be a regular customer here. The salon itself is so cute and girly, everything is pink, well-designed and super clean, I feel like a princess. If you're on the fence, definitely do it, you won't regret it.
