I am a picky customer, I know it, and had a hard time finding somewhere that gave me a great experience AND nails that last. I found this place several years ago and have never gone anywhere else! They are friendly, professional, and very clean! I won't lie, their prices are on the more expensive side, but I promise, they're worth it! My nails always come out looking fantastic and my gel manicures last 3-4 weeks! They have an amazing selection of bright colors, too, which for no reason is hard to find in Boston. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who genuinely loves their nails and getting them done right!

I took my roommate to…read moreget gel nails for her engagement and she couldn't figure out which color would give her what she wanted- she showed the tech who nailed it first try. I got regular polish again and it's been 2 weeks- no chips. Genuinely nothing!! And a great price for how long lasting they are. I loved how attentive the techs are as well. He made sure to go back and fix any spill on the sides and was obviously very experienced. It's very calm inside but clean appearing and I appreciate that you can see that they have steam cleaned their materials.

They're willing to show you a few colors/design, allowing you to compare the designs before they start and finalize it. This way, you know you will be pleased with the final product. The designs are also unique -- they have the trendy "jelly" colors and can do unique cat eye nail designs, and the amount of jewel options to choose from is amazing. :) Definitely a lot more fun than a typical gel design! The person working on my nails worked extremely quickly sanding off the gel to the point that my natural nails were left damaged and rough from being sanded down. It's been two months and my nails are still breaking off from the damaged portion of my nails growing off. Then came the price. Throughout the removal the staff kept asking each other how much to charge me since they didn't know the price of this service. They ended up charging me $40.. you can get this service for $20 or even less for only gel removal.

Technically I've always felt they've done a perfect job. My nails always last (I always get gel) and I never have the issue with the sides of the gel separating. The team uses a bunch of different cuticle files which really allow them to get the paint super close to your cuticle. Shout out to Aimee who always deals with my sweaty hands without judgement :)

On top of that, they started chipping after just three days, which is ridiculous. The salon itself was also extremely dirty, there were piles of clutter everywhere, nothing looked sanitized, the tools were visibly dirty, and there was nail dust covering pretty much every surface. It felt really unhygienic and uncomfortable the entire time. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I don't know how on earth this place has four stars.

I have a great gal in Houston, so it was a personal conflict to let anyone else do my nails. However, we had been traveling for almost three weeks, so my nails were quite grown out. Our hotel front desk called them, so they graciously squeezed me in. I am very picky and particular about how my nails are done, but I didn't have to give much direction. My nails were just done right. The shop is clean, not fancy, and the warmth and professionalism of the technicians gave me the confidence that I had made a sound decision to get my nails done away from home. My nails look great and feel wonderful at a comfortable price point. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been getting my nails done regularly for over ten years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I didn't have time to drive an hour to my usual salon. I'm concerned about infection and shocked this service cost $120. My hands were hit by the drill multiple times, skin cut with cuticle scissors, and my appointment (hard gel on natural nails) was over 3 hours for one color. Usually two hours with removal at other salons. My tech seemed nervous and novice. Other patrons had full, decorative sets with tips started and finished during my appointment window. Stuff was getting wiped off my nails like she forgot the order (which can give you a gel allergy), and the gel was so lumpy and thick it had to be filed down. I'm generally really people-pleasing and tried to be understanding, but wanted to cry after my appointment. "Sorry" from your tech gets old after 5+ hits and a cut that keeps bleeding. She disappeared towards the end of my appointment, and the receptionist offered me a $20 ring from the accessories table when I checked out as consolation. I asked if I could get $20 back on the service instead and was told no. I tipped because I felt bad this girl might lose her job but I really feel she shouldn't be licensed. Nail Monster is lucky I'm not litigious, and I'm really hoping I don't get an infection.

I met Nari, told her my aesthetic, she showed me some fun inspo, and then she crafted a unique nail set design for me! I've been going back ever since and decided to make a cool collage of all the designs Nari has created for me. I can't recommend Nari enough !!! She takes her time to prep my nails and she lets me send her mood boards for my inspo before my appointment. I have been living all of my nail dreams thanks to her. The shop is also very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. Everyone deserves shiny and fun nails. Go check them out !!

No one apologized until I complained to the woman at the front desk on my way out. She gave a superficial apology and that was it. I would never go there again nor would I recommend it to anybody else
