This one irks me the most: there is no point making appointment, they will make you wait 30-40 mins at the very least before seating you. Cons: rude customer service, don't respect appointments, my anxiety makes it hard to speak up but when I try to, they make me feel very bad for asking them to clean a bubble or brush hair in my polish... they act like they are doing me huge favor and make me feel very guilty for speaking up. not friendly staff. They do not use new tools between clients/not extremely sanitary but also are more gentle and don't cut your skin very much during manicures (unlike other salons in town). That being said, I had to drive the distance so Natalie could do my wedding nails today. Absolutely love them and they turned out better than expected. They have a nice selection of gel colors, not many brighter shades, though. Lots of neutrals, browns, etc. I will be honest, sometimes it is a little painful getting my previous gel removed. He uses a semi-sharp edged thing to try to remove it. I really don't enjoy it actually. Makes me grimace just thinking about it. But I suck it up because you can't really beat the price. They're professional, friendly, and prompt. I still have my gel pedi from about a month ago and it's looking great. Moral of the story I'm always happy at the end of the appointment.
