This one irks me the most: there is no point making appointment, they will make you wait 30-40 mins at the very least before seating you. Cons: rude customer service, don't respect appointments, my anxiety makes it hard to speak up but when I try to, they make me feel very bad for asking them to clean a bubble or brush hair in my polish... they act like they are doing me huge favor and make me feel very guilty for speaking up. not friendly staff. They do not use new tools between clients/not extremely sanitary but also are more gentle and don't cut your skin very much during manicures (unlike other salons in town).
