My color is bright and even, and she really listened to what I wanted. She also has a fantastic personality and is easy to chat with while she works. Jade cut my hair and before she began we talked about what I wanted and I showed her a couple of pictures of what I had in mind. She also did exactly what I wanted, and it looks great! I have had many experiences with stylists ignoring what I've asked for and just doing whatever they felt like and then I end up having to go and get it corrected. Not here! They took their time and did everything just right! This will be my go-to salon from now on. I couldn't be happier!

The stylist needs to bring her dog in for a medical emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, but the timing left me with the cost of two Lyft rides (to the salon and back) with no service provided. I was offered an alternative time at 1:45 but that conflicts with my scheduled work commitment so I am not able to take it. I left this review on Yelp because the extremely late notice and the inconvenience make me determined that I will not be returning. The salon even confirmed my appointment the day before and cancelling via text 5 minutes before start time when a customer already arrived is not acceptable for people on a tight schedule.

She even came out to where we were getting ready on my wedding day to do our hair, for no extra charge. I have been let down so many times by getting my hair done for special events, but Felicia did an amazing job! Her prices for hair and makeup are very reasonable. I called to see if they had any open appointments and was able to come in only an hour after I called. The studio is still very covid safe so you have to wear a mask while you're there and they ask you to wash your hands before coming in - very sanitary! I was greeted in the parking lot by my stylist who explained the whole process step by step. She asked me about my hair care routine/products so she could best advise me on how to get my hair the way I want it on a daily basis. All of the information and product suggestions were comforting to hear because she really knew what she was talking about and it didn't seem like she was just trying to sell me a product. (My stylist was Courtney, but all of the stylists were super friendly and sweet) I got a quick hair consult, shampoo/wash, scalp massage, diffusion, cut and style for only $33 which is insanely good pricing for any salon I've been to! The aesthetic of the studio itself is very calming and the staff are great as well.
