My color is bright and even, and she really listened to what I wanted. She also has a fantastic personality and is easy to chat with while she works. Jade cut my hair and before she began we talked about what I wanted and I showed her a couple of pictures of what I had in mind. She also did exactly what I wanted, and it looks great! I have had many experiences with stylists ignoring what I've asked for and just doing whatever they felt like and then I end up having to go and get it corrected. Not here! They took their time and did everything just right! This will be my go-to salon from now on. I couldn't be happier!

They are very transparent about pricing and their additional cost services which I love because I know exactly what I am paying for. The value of the salon experience is top tier. I am from…read moreout of town, and she was very accommodating to my needs for scheduling a hair trial since I was only in town for a very short period of time. She even came out to where we were getting ready on my wedding day to do our hair, for no extra charge. I have been let down so many times by getting my hair done for special events, but Felicia did an amazing job! Her prices for hair and makeup are very reasonable. She is very easy going, punctual, and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

If she didn't want to do my hair, she should have simply declined, not making me wait for weeks and canceling last minute. Now, I have my engagement party and no one to do my hair. I hope the other stylists there are not this way and unprofessional there. She ruined the most important day for me. And she blocked me after.
