I made an appointment, arrived on time and my technician was ready and waiting for me to start my service. Everyone was friendly and the technician made sure to explain about aftercare. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. And their prices definitely are awesome. Possibly the cheapest in town, or at least I haven't seen anything cheaper!
