I have long wished to have the lower stomach tattoo removed and finally got the courage up to visit Laser and Light Surgery Center and do just that! I love that their website had a lot of information about the removal process. I also enjoyed that the price was listed as well as what to expect during and after the procedure. On the day of, I entered the office and was nervous. The receptionist that greeted me was really nice. It was only a short wait until I saw the gentleman that performs the procedure. He confirmed the price that their website states, a tattoo like mine would cost $100 per treatment and may take 7 or 8 treatments. He was very patient with me as I was hesitant to let the laser touch me but wanted the procedure. He used 2 lasers on me, one for colored ink and one for black ink. I had heard that the procedure was way more painful than getting a tattoo however I found it to be less so. Three weeks after my first treatment and my tattoo is already much lighter than it was. I am quite happy with my experience!

So happy I found this place! Solange is literally amazing, she is so helpful, kind, patient, and…read moreALWAYS available for questions. The level of accessibility is so unmatched, I feel so appreciative and safe that whenever I have any questions or need clarification about products, routine, or general skin concerns she is always so kind and goes out of her way to help answer questions. She never tries to blindly sell any service, instead she takes the time to hear your concerns and goals, look at your skin, and then suggest treatment plans that will do the most and actually get you where you want to be. That level of care, concern, and trust is top tier, and hard to find (I feel like most places just say "yep do this expensive service" and then it doesn't help because it's not actually what you needed. They are different here, they actually only suggest what you actually need, no upselling). My skin is light years different than when I first walked in, I'm so thankful. I'm also way more educated on my skin now, instead of a 30 minute, 6 step AM/PM routine with multiple products that weren't working, I now overall spend less money, and have a way shorter, simpler, easier 5 minute skincare routine with less products, saving time and money, and my skin has never looked better. The interior is calm, cute, and inviting, and everyone is so nice! Run, don't walk to le Esthetics, you'll thank yourself for it!

I can't recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal enough! Every visit to the Greenwood location has been…read morenothing short of excellent. I initially found Milan through an Instagram ad offering a free consultation, which led me to meet Jamia, who is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I spent about an hour with her going over everything. As someone with sensitive skin and a lot of skepticism, I wasn't sure if laser hair removal was for me, but I decided to give it serious thought. After leaving with pricing (it's not the cheapest service, to be honest), I did my research and compared Milan with other companies. Milan's stellar reviews, particularly about their lifetime guarantee, convinced me to move forward with them. I started with my underarms and chin--being Greek and Italian, hair comes in thick, and I didn't want to end up with a beard in my later years! The results have been amazing, and I've since expanded to more areas. I love that I no longer need to worry about shaving, and the difference has been huge. While the investment was significant upfront, it's been well worth it, especially with Milan's lifetime guarantee. It beats paying for repeated sessions elsewhere, which could end up costing more in the long run. If you're on the fence, I highly suggest giving Milan a try. From my skeptical first consultation to now being fully immersed in the process, I couldn't be happier with my decision.
