You can see in this photo the "french tip" is clearly not a french tip, they didn't even try. You'll notice only the tips are done, there's no curve on the sides like there should be. The acrylics here are extremely low quality and just so poorly done. They would always break within a week. I remember one of the employees being so rude and aggressive saying "you don't know how to dry your hands" when they absolutely were dry. I was a great customer and their vibe consistently remained so passive aggressive, lazy and unprofessional. I've been to literally all the nail salons in Bloomington & this one is 10/10 the worst of them all.

That being said, I had to drive the distance so Natalie could do my wedding nails today. Absolutely love them and they turned out better than expected. Another thing I like about Nikki's is the atmosphere.
