I used to love this salon. I'm sad this was such a bad experience... I came in for a pedicure and acrylic set. The girl who did my pedicure didn't talk much and it was honestly not a good vibe. When she asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, I said, "mmmm yeah sure. Just trim my big toes, the other toes are fine." (I had already trimmed and shaped them to my liking prior to coming, but I thought the big toes could still go a little shorter). She proceeded to cut all my toenails and cut my big toes down to nubs. I like a little bit of length in my toenails, nothing crazy, but nubs? Bruh. It was too late when I acknowledged it. I honestly was holding back and trying to let her cook, but it wasn't giving what I asked for... I told her she completely ignored me and what I just said lol and they offered to have me pay for the basic pedicure instead of the gel pedicure, which is something I guess. Honestly, the whole pedicure was NOT a relaxing experience. The water was super hot and when she rubbed the scrub soap on my legs, it was scratchy and painful. Then they do that thing where they beat the crap out of your legs. I'm anemic. 100% chance I'm bruising. As for the acrylic set, I am disappointed in how many of these places DON'T PRIORITIZE NAIL HEALTH! In the big 2026?? My nails are already thin. The man who did my nails used the nail drill to "buff the surface" which thinned them even more. The acrylic burned like hellll (which happens when your nails are too thin, the acrylic is too thick, or both.) Also, just look at the pictures of how the back of my nails looked when I left... you guys... be so forreal (P.S. I'm not including a pic of my pedicure ya freaks) read more

I'm not accustomed to hitting nail salons solo; it's usually a thing I do with my best friend and her mom. This time, they checked around and Nails Club was the first place that could accommodate all three of us without a wait. While the service at Nails Club didn't particularly stand out, they did surprise us with a little Christmas gift at the end. One thing I wished for was a fan or some sort of quick-drying method after our pedicures. We got the green light from my best friend's mom that our nails were dry enough for shoes, but turns out, they weren't quite there. Not their fault at all.Thankfully, it's winter, so my now-textured toenails won't be on display for all to see. read more

I came here on a whim I'm not actually even from Bloomington, but my dip nails needed removed and I wanted a new manicure. The young lady who did my nails did such a fantastic job. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was patient but worked fairly quickly, and it's probably one of the better manicures I've gotten. read more

I came into Nails Club 12/18 for a fill. Not even a week later, my nails are already lifting and falling off. I've had 2 nails completely fall off since then. a full set should last at LEAST one week. I should also mention that one of my nails was filed completely uneven and is nearly diagonal to my nail bed. This is also one of the more expensive nail salons in Bloomington. You're better off going to. T&T or Soho Nails for a lower price and better quality. read more

Teo was so patient and helpful in picking out the perfect colors and taking the time to recheck my reference picture. This was my first time getting tips and I'm a convert ! Last dip I got here lasted four weeks before I took it off. Update: the nails started lifting about a week and a half after I got them which was disappointing but I stand by how thorough and patient teo was read more

It's A YES FOR ME! Teo always impresses me with his skills. Anytime I had to wait it has always been worth it. The atmosphere is light and relaxed. It's literally a nails club where you can sip on the talent of the nail artists. They are always serving up some nice styles. I've never been disappointed and I won't hold my breath. Instead I will recline in the chair and allow the foot spa to take over. Bring cash to tip! You will definitely want to! read more

This used to be my go to place, I've even gotten this same design before and they looked amazing. However this time they were not even in length and the only design done was messy. Made me sad leaving there because I always loved going there. read more

My usual place was not available so I have this place another try. In the past I haven't been satisfied with their work but this time was better. This shop is still relatively new and it's away from campus therefore it was not as crowded as some of the other shops. I think as far as aesthetic of the place it is one of the nicest. The shop is clean and spacious and there is plenty of people staffed. The bathroom is clean and nice smelling. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was basic nothing special or to write home about. The dip manicure wasn't bad. This was my first time doing a dip manicure. I understand why it costs so much it is a lot of work. Overall I think it came out nice. They did have a problem finding the original color I picked but they had plenty to choose from. read more

if I could give less stars, I would. my bf and I went in for pedicures, he got his nails PAINTED, and I got dip with tips. they charged me 50 for his nails to be PAINTED. not to mention, my nails are trash, ive literally never had them look so bad. They're not even the same shape or length and let's not talk about how horrible the top coat looks. I don't even wanna keep them on through the night. read more

Made appointment two days ago for a pedicure and manicure for two. Showed up, and the gentleman seemed like he didn't want to serve us. He asked if made an appointment, then accused me of not making the appointment and lying. I could see my name, the only appointment for the day, written in red ink. I'm rather certain he didn't want to serve me or my niece because I was wearing a Indiana Pride shirt for Pride month. If business is that good and they don't want to honor their appointments that's ok, but they won't be getting my business. We left and won't be back. read more

I've been to Nail Club a few times recently and overall have been very happy with my experience! The sign-in process is done through an iPad and they try to even provide an estimate time for how long a service will take. They have a decent selection of polishes to choose from which are all displayed on plastic chips instead of by the bottle which helps you better see the color. Overall the inside is simple but clean and very inviting with plenty of chairs for manicures and pedicures. The staff is also nice and ensures you have a positive experience. If you're looking for a place on the west side of Bloomington I would recommend Nail Club. read more

When I entered the parlor I was greeted by a few Asian women who were delighted that I had arrived and wanted to properly accommodate me-amid COVID, offering me masks and things of that sort to make the process easier. But when I entered the parlor there was a heavyset Caucasian woman who seemed immediately as if she was in a hurry, throwing the bombers into the water for my pedicure and rushing to set everything up. Unfortunately for me, this is exactly how she approached my pedicure. She rushed and did a poor job on my feet and didn't even rub in the lotion on my legs or feet. Though I regretfully tipped here, I definitely have had better service and so I would advise you to choose someone else or another parlor... 'cause she wasn't it. SMH what a shame. My feet are still scraping up against my bedsheets, I don't need this... Never again! read more

Rude people.. everyone who came in was obviously uncomfortable, it was a weird vibe. They do not take the time or care to make your nails look perfect. They also don't have as many tools/steps to pre treating the nail and really curating it after the acrylic and before polish to make sure it is even and smooth. Have been to multiple places in town (Nails Studio and Me N Mai) that do a MUCH better job than this place.. do not recommend. Will not be returning. read more

Really clean salon with nice and talented staff. Loved my gel manicure. Will definitely come back when I'm in town next!

This is the second time I have made an appointment at this salon and when I get there I'm told it will be 10 or 15 min. The guy at the front is the rudest person ever. Not once since I have been I. There has he been nice. The place looks clean and is decorated nicely but the fact you can't make an appointment that will be honored and the guy at the front is an ass I WONT BE COMING BACK. read more

In the midst of COVID, my husband and I wanted to have a day date so we got a sitter and went to the nail salon. There were so many great safety precautions and even though we were socially distanced from the staff, they were very hospitable and welcoming. My husband got a much needed pedicure and I got the encapsulated nails of my dream. And the price was very reasonable for all of the work we got done. I'm definitely going back. This will be my new nail spot! read more

If I could give this place a negative review I would. I have been coming to this nail salon and have never had a problem. This was my last time coming in to get my nails done. I had asked for acrylic nails regular polish no gel, and wanted a pedicure as well. The pedicure was fine, I wish she did focus a little more on my nails instead of trying to take my skin off. When it was time for my nails to be done I gave the polish to her and asked her to make keep my nails short. The nail tech pulled out scissors to cut the acrylic, she then proceeded to pull and cut my cuticles and skin so bad, to the point she actually had to put on a styptic on my fingers. She was then using the dremel on my nails for so long that it burned my nails/fingers. When she stated filing the nails not only were they crooked and sharp but also uneven, when trying to have her fix it she made it worse. At this point I was crying in the shop and just wanting to go home. I got home after everything was done and I live only a couple minutes away, my index fingers were already lifted and chipping. So I went back to politely ask to get them fixed by the new owner/manager, she wasn't the one who did my nails. She fixed the nail so they aren't lifted, however when addressing the concerns and trying to fix the uneven nails she just ignored me. When applying the color she used gel instead of regular even when I tried to explain and show her she kept saying "no your wrong it's gel" so now I have 3 fingers with gel polish and all the other regular polish. Not only did I leave disappointed I left with wonky ass looking nails! I used to see An when she owned it and was working there, but this new owner and staff is rude and disrespectful. I hate to be the Karen and write this, but I tried to get the attention of the nail tech, manager, and owners to fix this and they haven't. So I'm trying to warn people now before they go. read more

The salon is really clean and nice. I've been twice and gotten a gel pedicure and dip manicure each time. The pedicure is nothing special, just a good basic pedi. I was happy to see that they do the dip powder, as I think it lasts longer than gel and is a lot better on your nails than acrylics. I noticed that they finished off the dip with a top layer of gel polish. This leads to them looking very shiny for a few days, but then they start to chip around the edges. I've been to other salons that do dip and none of them finish with a gel top coat because of this. I think if you're looking for acrylics or gel manicure you'd be fine with this place, but maybe go else where if looking for a dip mani! read more

I went and got my nails done here and within 3 days i had lost 2 all ready, the full acrylic nail just fell off. Regardless I wasn't upset and maybe thought it could be my fault until the third nail popped off not even a day after. So within 4 days i lost 3 full nails, i was out of town at this time and i wasn't trying to bother with trying to get it fixed fill i got home and figured out when i could go to get them fixed. When i called the guy i explained that i would like to get them fixed and i wanted to know if i had to pay for it since they fell off in less than a week. He argued with me about them falling off and i repeatedly explained i did not hit or have my nails in water. They simply fell off like the kids gel nails you get from the dollar store. He told me i did have to pay which is fine, like i said before, i wasn't that upset i understand things like this happen. When i asked when i could get them done he told me then that he didn't want to service me and that he could just give me a refund. i was surprised because i didn't feel i was being disrespectful or hateful in anyway for him to not want to service me? I went to get my refund and the woman i spoke to was just as rude as the man and laughed at me because it had been a week since i got them when i finally was able to make it to get the refund. Im just confused at this behavior. read more

One star for friendly service by my nail tech. She did a great job & was very friendly. However, the owner of the salon was not nice to me at all! My initial call when I made the appt should have been my first clue, but no other salons in the area were available today. It was the type of experience when you walk in & he just like...stares at you? And I've never been there so idk maybe a friendly "hello" would have been nice. And perhaps show me where I pick out my color. I also heard multiple calls (which he had on speaker in the salon, so know that if you're planning on calling everyone can hear you) and he was not particularly polite on any of them. read more
